    Pretty much decided I'll be extending my relationship with @VodafoneAU. Other than a 3 year stint elsewhere I've been happy with their mobile service since 1998.

    I went to the shops today to get info on NBN plans. Spoke with @Telstra , @Optus , @VodafoneAU and @DodoAustralia . One decision was made - I will never give 1c to @DodoAustralia . Rude, condescending and made me feel I was wasting their time asking questions.

    @VodafoneAU Sent. Just need reassurance my service will be active until the 25th when I’m back from Japan- I won’t be able to organise anything until I’m back and the CSR I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful. Thanks guys :)

    @VodafoneAU What is really disappointing, is there is no notice of issue on your website, nor scheduled maintenance, or anywhere I can get information to follow up. My address is just listed as being covered with "4G Outdoor" and "VoLTE available", and nothing else. LOL at only 3G in 2019!

    @VodafoneAU This is why experience design is critical. 9 after placing an order, no SIM, no updates and a refusal to cancel the order because 'they system won't let me till the SIM is returned to us'. Unbelievable that you are still in business. #ux #servicedesign

    @TimHipsley @VodafoneAU @Telstra @Optus Totally agree mate, nothing but hassles with data usuage disputes to unreliable signal coverage (even within the CBD of Perth) forget Vodafone, go with another company. Even if they match a price they are not a good company. Expect a lot of unsolicited phone calls when u switch!
