    @VodafoneAU I’ve been waiting to pick my Home 4G WiFi modem up from your Robina store since Friday (actually Thursday night but they redid the order on Friday). They’re not able to find and apply the promotion code to my order and it’s been escalated twice now level 2. Help!

    So, despite the in store rep at @VodafoneAU promising me they'd taken care of all transfers and cancellations they didn't, so @tpg continued to charge me and now they're refusing to refund me for the time I wasn't using their service. What an absolute ******* joke. Both companies

    @VodafoneAU not really impressed w/ Voda cold calls. Pretty sure Natasha thought I was a grumpy ***ed cow just now. Not cool to cold call & ask for account PIN when everyone says don’t give out account deets to cold callers. Bad form, team

    @VodafoneAU how do I contact you ? No one has called me for identity verification for my new order. I have called & apparently due to COVID you have no one available to take calls? How do I complete this order with you. Not a great start as s new customer 🙄
