@VodafoneAU After ditching #Vodafone broadband to my mother's house...for terrible service and drop out after drop out and not a phone call to her...#telstra called today to update us on the Gen 3 modem and more. Not 1 drop out yet since Friday. This is service is so welcoming !

@VodafoneAU So today go to @Vodafone at Southport...manager there puts a new sim into my Samsung 21s...talking crypto...4 times it wouldn't load a Web page...manager say not good! I have to see if new sim was going to solve my problem at home...Fail big time...

@Pamduckling @VodafoneAU More than that, it's patched together systems that don't have a primary database that it takes its information from. So there's half a dozen entries of a customer's name, and not a primary key next to a customer number that you only need to edit once.

@VodafoneAU i have migrated my number from postpaid to prepaid in the morning and since then internet was not working. Now since last 2 hrs the complete network is gone and phone showing SOS. I have already spend 2 hrs on phone with your executives they are doing cold transfers.
