Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

@VodafoneAU you have a pathetic excuse for customer "service". I have been trying to get a data SIM added to my existing business account for almost a month!! Spent hours on the phone and email to no avail. Was promised an answer within 24hrs 2 days ago.

Hi @TwitterSupport & @VodafoneAU. I’m locked out of my @jameshutson account through no fault of my own. Verification requires “call me” but carrier not supported. Pls fix this. (Also are half a billion Vodafone subscribers worldwide now banned from Twitter? Publicity nightmare)

Would much prefer staying with @VodafoneAU but what good is a phone number if it is not reachable for verification / unlocking purposes. Service that worked in 2013 that ceased working now with no notices nor announcement. A promised 48 hour investigation SLA was not met either.
