Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

Hey @VodafoneAU for all of today and half of yesterday I have NOT been able to make a phone call. & no I can't call you it won't let me. What's the go? My son is with you & he has no problem. & no it's not the new Samsung s20 I'm using. I'd like to be able to make a call. Thanks

@VodafoneAU damn! Business was impossible today. No Internet for the majority of the day. No emails. No Internet banking. No crypto markets. You only came back online just after 6pm 🤬 What contingencies are you putting in place to prevent this happening again? #vodafoneoutage

@VodafoneAU In 2021 5+ hours without a phone service is not what one would expect from a provider. Perhaps a review of your network is now on the cards to build more resilience.

@9NewsAUS @VodafoneAU I was in the hospital at the time and was waiting for my disabled sister to get out of surgery so I could be there when she wakes up but I never got called by the nurse coz I had no signal. My sister was very distressed upon waking from her anaesthetic coz I wasn't there
