Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

@VodafoneAU your service is worse than flakey on the northern end of the Gold Coast (4209) at the moment. It fluctuates from 5G to nothing instantaneously. Any explanation?

@VodafoneAU I ordered vodaphone internet a couple of weeks ago I received a modem I am paying for the premium service my top speed is 19 and avge about 10 I phoned to cancel my service but the girl talked me into giving you 1 more chance and a NB N box arrived it has got worse

@VodafoneAU I have had really bad customer service for a promotion device I was supposed to receive, and now being given a run around. Ref# 3-2842063192315. I have contacted Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman with a complaint.
