  Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

  @VodafoneAU you’ve left me stranded in the UK without roaming despite purchasing an add on. This is a safety issue as much as a customer service fail. I am sending you my phone by message. I hope to see this fixed asap

  @VodafoneAU I tried to activate an eSIM on my new phone. Before I could receive my Confirmation Code via text, they cancelled my physical SIM. I can't receive texts now. I called Vodafone. No help. I have to wait till tomorrow to go into a store to sort it out. What a joke
