    Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

    @NicolleM88 @VodafoneAU How does any company think sending multiple texts and making multiple phone calls per day to one customer is a good idea even if that person has put themselves on the “marketing list”.

    @VodafoneAU my services have been down for 5 hours now. No information has been given by your customer service team. When will your services no longer be interrupted?? Can’t call, text or access my data. Also, no service interruptions in my area so what’s going on?!

    @VodafoneAU I’ve been paying the bill for this unknown plan because otherwise you cut my daughter and I off — after promising you wouldn’t — but it’s so stressful & unsustainable. U promised to fix but you haven’t. Is the ombudsman the only way that you’ll actually look into it?
