Andrew Thai Dang (@drydryruins) reported@VodafoneAU I am really interested in porting my secondary number to you as a new customer for mainly international roaming. If stop paying after a while after I come back due to money constraints, is there options available to keep the number connected to you cheap long term?
-
Professor West Wing Fried Chicken Shack (@garystark) reportedA visit with @VodafoneAU, including a new SIM, yielded no solution. My SIM in other phones worked fine. Other SIMs in my phone did not. What the hell is going on here?
-
Jean-Paul Bartolomei (@ultimablackmage) reportedThanks to @Optus & their ongoing "upgrade" to my tower, killing my @VodafoneAU mobile service on top of my 5G Home Broadband... I found out my sister spent an hour trying to call me about a family death! I literally got a call AFTER leaving the cell tower covered area! 🤬
-
Darryl Anderson (@anvildarryl) reported@stationmum101 @soupercocky Introduce Mark and Col to each other, suggest that they start a consultancy for rural/remote landholders who @VodafoneAU says don’t exist, and watch them rake the money in. They could probably help you grow ****, too, since that’s usually the solution to everything.
-
Koenji Vintage (@koenjivintage) reported@VodafoneAU my nbn has been down for over an hour now. Nothing on NBN site or yours to indicate any outages. Box has been rebooted and cables checked
-
Barry (@strangebaaza) reported3) we got a msg saying NBN is connected. But it clearly wasn't. Spoke to 3 reps. 1 of them didn't evn find our acc 👏🏽 We still don't have internet 24 hours later on a work day! We're getting a technician on Mon! TERRIBLE service! should've just switched to optus @VodafoneAU
-
Starscream (@Skypenet) reported@VodafoneAU @hawks_trev Why is their no webpage to check your mobile network speeds?
-
Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.
