Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

@VodafoneAU please fix Mobil coverage on Southern Yorke peninsula SA, how can you be upgrading the network to 5G when being in a coastal country town you don’t even get 3G only emergence calls and that’s in the Main Street of town.

@VodafoneAU I tried to activate an eSIM on my new phone. Before I could receive my Confirmation Code via text, they cancelled my physical SIM. I can't receive texts now. I called Vodafone. No help. I have to wait till tomorrow to go into a store to sort it out. What a joke

@VodafoneAU Thanks for the copy & paste. At some point how about calling your Engineers or NBN Aus & get an update or update the site as per my image. If I gave an ETA on a job that's 11 hours overdue I'd have someone calling. Let's call this, for want of a better phrase...customer service!
