There app does not work, identity verification does not work, they have also already billed me for one month. When l haven't even got my internet up and running. Terrible service.

The support person was telling me repeatedly that unless an RJ11 socket could be installed I couldn't get internet. Hopefully @NBNAustralia can sort it out.
