    For some reason my @SamsungAU S20 on @VodafoneAU had stopped doing wifi calling since yesterday. The setting isn't in the phone app anymore. This is an issue as there is no phone coverage at my house πŸ™ƒ

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    @VodafoneAU 3. And on top of that I have called up to cancel the Amazon prime subscription 4 times. Have replied to stop Prime 4 times via text message and manually cancelled the subscription 2 years ago and still to this day I am being charged for it.

    @VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply. But honestly, I’ve been hearing the same message since 4th of June, and no one has contacted me to fix the issue. I'm really sorry, but at this point, I can’t trust Vodafone or the Vodafone team anymore. Too many promises, no action.

    @VodafoneAU Of all the days for your SMS system to break down it had to be Friday when I need it for a confirmation text message with a number code....
