The Vodafone Track/Trace page says it's still "On It's Way" while Startrack page says it was delivered to the store at 12:30pm today. In-store rep says it hasn't arrived, despite email from Startrack saying it was. Can you help?

Peter Cave (@bob_nz) reported@VodafoneAU I was (past tense) trying to port my service. Apparently you have a new process where even after spending 30mins in store signing up, you still have to get an sms link to verify. Part of this includes a facial recognition step - its absolute crap....

I was triaged by an operator overseas for 15 min before getting transferred to an Australian operator, got cut off. Triaged again before getting transferred on hold for 30min. I hung up. Disgraceful service.
