For some reason my @SamsungAU S20 on @VodafoneAU had stopped doing wifi calling since yesterday. The setting isn't in the phone app anymore. This is an issue as there is no phone coverage at my house 🙃

1. Very sorry to be leaving @circleslifeAU, their setup process was AMAZING (fast, easy, pain free). Unfortunately I had to move to a Sim+Phone plan with @VodafoneAU - WORST setup I have seen. @TPG_Telecom should get their money back or fix things.

I should have just ordered the iPhone 12 Pro outright. @VodafoneAU stuffed up, strangely wanting a copy of my passport (after 12 years and several phones from them) which I sent and they did nothing with. Now I have a 3 week wait instead. First world problem but annoying.

@VodafoneAU I am trying to talk to a person in North Sydney on your network and on connecting can talk for 0-10 seconds before it dies. Tried second person on VF in the same area and same problem Called Landline without issues so problem is at North Sydney Milsons Point.

@VodafoneAU I’m overseas. I have activated my international roaming on my Vodafone Australia number. I’m not able to receive calls however outgoing is fine. I tried reaching customer care thrice all 3 agents put me on hold and disconnected my phone. please help
