Hey @Optus, @VodafoneAU and other #telco providers. I want to transfer my postpaid number to my iPhone XS eSim. Support this soon and I won’t be the only one leaving Telstra for the first to provide this.

@VodafoneAU Would give less than one star if possible. Try cancelling a Vodafone of a family member who is in a nursing home with dementia. Support desk on the phone said it has to be done in store, only to be told by the staff it has to be done over the phone!.5 months now. Arse

@VodafoneAU It's incoming. I'm hoping it receives more attention than the lip service the security concerns were paid by your sales rep

  • rekab_AU
    RekabAU (@rekab_AU) reported

@VodafoneAU I explained my concerns to your operator and said I have no issues handing proof of ID over in store I was told it was a phone offer only. Poor form. Your operators are more concerned about commission than customer security.

    RekabAU (@rekab_AU) reported

@VodafoneAU Educate your call centre operators. Asking customers to email personally identifiable information to the customer support address is a security risk. If it is a standard procedure, stop. Cold calling and asking to verify is poor form too. #security #PII #cybercrime

@VodafoneAU Cold calling customers for upgrades is painful. Further, asking them to "email" forms of identification to your customer service email address is a security risk. Educate your call centre operators. #emailisnotsecure #PII #security

@skybus_aus @VodafoneAU your wifi is really bad, keeps resetting and has those annoying ads each time, doesn't remember you. #vodafail #YouCanDoBetter

Hi @VodafoneAU I'm tweeting you because once again tearing my hair out with your terrible service. I cancelled my account in May because the service was appalling and expensive. You didn't cancel a $40 a month data add-on. Your fault and I'm still being charged
