    @VodafoneAU Then after getting watch home and realising it would not connect, called customer service line who said it could not be done. They offered in store swap for watch, promised there was one in stock in Canberra City store. I travelled to store only to find out that none in stock

    @VodafoneAU Went into store with daughter to ask how plan and sharing esim works and what we need to do to connect. Specifically asked if we could do it from home after purchasing watch at JBHiFi. Was told it would not be a problem and to just call the customer service number if any issues.

    Huge fail to @JBHiFi for neglecting to tell customers that their #samsunggalaxywatch only works on @Telstra network. Saleseman even asked who current mobile provider is and discussed plan and admitted @VodafoneAU better deal, still didn’t think to inform the watch would not work.

    @VodafoneAU Thanks, it seems to be working fine now. The service seemed to be out for about 30 minutes for me earlier in the morning.

    @VodafoneAU I called tech support about 10 times. Different story most times but best I can hope for is an improvement next month, which is what I was told last month too. There is no service at my house most of the time
