    For some reason my @SamsungAU S20 on @VodafoneAU had stopped doing wifi calling since yesterday. The setting isn't in the phone app anymore. This is an issue as there is no phone coverage at my house 🙃

    They agreed to activate my number and started the process of activation and then after a month when I asked why it's not activated I get a reply now we cannot activate your number. This is how @VodafoneAU works and support customer. Plz guys if you stay with them u will regret...

    @enz2h @VodafoneAU It does this 5 hours a night and comes good by 9. You'd think they would monitor the load and upgrade the area. But they don't see the issue, everything 'looks good' on their end, and they can't explain why it's only happening at peak hours 🙄 fkn retards

    @gcluley @VodafoneUK This is about @VodafoneAU, but they took 8 months to update my name in their systems after a legal name change, after about 3 attempts I just told them I wasn't paying any bills that weren't in my name and they immediately went to help me as much as they could
