Rang @VodafoneAU back in October 2020 to upgrade my phone. Went through everything and was told I would hear back and that’s never happened. So will be walking into @Telstra and porting my service over to them.

@VodafoneAU Since the outage on Friday my 4G at home hasn’t been right. Normally solid 4 bars and 300+mbps, phone now constantly hopping between 1-4 bars and slow. Outages page says nothing planned here (postcode 3012). iPhone 11 Pro and yes restarted phone. Can you look into it?

@VodafoneAU Thanks for reaching out.. I was really surprised that large regional towns like Warracknabeal, Murtoa and Rainbow had 0 network access, as in SOS only. We had better coverage in Vietnam with Vodafone roaming than NW VIC.

@VodafoneAU I'm trying to reactivate my SIM. I'm currently outside Australia. Cannot do this without speaking to someone, but cannot get through. Cannot have a call back to a non-AU number. So racking up costs on an O/s call to be on hold. Insane! Help!

Why did I do it? After 4 peaceful years of service on @VodafoneAU I switched back to @Telstra and after only 1 month I remembered why I switched all those years ago. Such an awful business to deal with. #CustomerService #isnothard
