    Signed up with @VodafoneAU 2 weeks ago for FTTP. My internet then stopped working. @VodafoneAU customer service claimed existing FTTN had been canceled. @NBN_Australia says no. Got FTTP today. Now receiving my "cancelled" FTTN and not FTTP 500MBS I requested 2 weeks ago.

    @VodafoneAU This has been going on for hours now. Cannot login to multiple work or personal sites/functions due to 2 step authentication texts not being received. Any indication of how long we will not be able to send or receive SMS?

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!
