@VodafoneAU 1/3 I am so sick of your idiot salesman and overseas call centre... First they lie and guarantee me a ps5 in 2 week or i can cancel it. I only bought it for my quarantine stint after the olympics. 5 weeks later nothing. I call up he guarantees me this week.

  • lfsantosl lfsantosl (@lfsantosl) reported

Hi @VodafoneAU - this week the quality of my connection has degraded from almost never below 100mbps to almost never above 5mbps. Tried everything. Do I need to cancel it or will you fix it?

  • rogerjgregg Roger Gregg (@rogerjgregg) reported

@VodafoneAU serious question, are you proud of your customer service and systems? @iberroe

  • xflibble Jared Quinert (@xflibble) reported

@VodafoneAU That didn't work on chrome and the app chatbot only offered to cancel my service. Perhaps it knows something :D

  • trevorlong Trevor Long (@trevorlong) reported

@SteveMolk @VodafoneAU Yep, 100/40 is still there for those that HAD it, (I have it at the office), you shouldn't be switched "down" without being advised

  • xflibble Jared Quinert (@xflibble) reported

@VodafoneAU - Why is phone my only option for contacting you about my terrible NBN this last week? It really doesn't need a phone call.

  • TouchLikeDeniss Saad (@TouchLikeDeniss) reported

I pay ******* 75$ a month to Vodafone just to have no sigals. @VodafoneAU wtf

  • Adam_at_Feral Adam (@Adam_at_Feral) reported

@VodafoneAU you are so annoying. why wont you accept my money? there are so many problems with your CX. Im already regretting moving from @Telstra - and they suck.

  • Kentessential Kent W . (@Kentessential) reported

Wow, @VodafoneAU... My father-in-law comes in with a basic phone fault... Instead of providing tech-support, you up-sell him to a new phone on a 3-year plan, best part of $2.2k. He thought you were acting in his interests.

  • dgr_dgr Daniel Rose (@dgr_dgr) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@SteveMolk @VodafoneAU What? I have to check mine. That's dodgy. And now I feel awful because I recommended you to voda NBN didn't I??
