It's fixed. But not before Fatto Catto Keira had her own say to the customer service lady at @VodafoneAU. Hope to be recording soon. Turns out the device's power cable wasn't plugged in. Fatto Catto probably dislodged that, too.

@VodafoneAU we’re on the $59 Essential nbn plan and Zoom calls during business hours lags (audio / visual don’t match). Would an upgrade to the next tier fix the problem? If it didn’t, could we drop back to the original plan without penalty?

  • Ga8Reddy Vineeth Reddy Gangula (@Ga8Reddy) reported

@Telstra @VodafoneAU think its time to switch to some other network from optus

  • shakeycan Paul Shakespear (@shakeycan) reported

@VodafoneAU Ah OK. The impact to me is either no voice or so poor people can't hear me. 8 June is a long time without being able to reliably use my phone at home.

  • PeterIacono Feej (@PeterIacono) reported

Probably a dumb question @VodafoneAU, but if I'm on a plan that includes a handset, can I take my phone service to another carrier and just be billed monthly for handset repayments only? I wouldn't think this to be a problem, right?
