    Signed up with @VodafoneAU 2 weeks ago for FTTP. My internet then stopped working. @VodafoneAU customer service claimed existing FTTN had been canceled. @NBN_Australia says no. Got FTTP today. Now receiving my "cancelled" FTTN and not FTTP 500MBS I requested 2 weeks ago.

    @VodafoneAU I don't know what is happening with vodafone but this month they have made me have the worst customer experience ever, I have never been through so much crap that I srill haven't sorted, your calling automation is horrible and your customer support is useless 🤮🤯

    @VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.

    @VodafoneAU Im also using a google pixel 7 pro and you should recall them ive read they are all faulty!!! But your to worried about your plans you signed them up on!!! And you tricked me with a $400 bonus into getting this phone you knew was full of bugs and bad chips!!! AAAARRRGGHHH!!!!!!

    @VodafoneAU is there an outage in the 2137 Burwood area all my calls are going to voice mail i can make calls though. Time to change providers

    @VodafoneAU No service internet in Phillip/Woden area 2611. So no 3,4 or 5G. Patchy yesterday, today non-existent
