@bart_fabrizio @TPG_Telecom A problem shared is meant to be a problem halved, or so the saying claims... in this instance, I disagree.

@TPG_Telecom any chance someone will contact us any time soon about when we are getting connected? Happy to take our money but not actually give us any service.

I have no home internet because someone (not me) either impersonating me or a different account holder altogether requested a cancellation of their @TPG_Telecom account. @TPG_Telecom didn't go to the trouble of checking this before disconnecting my account

I get my @NBN_Australia through @Internode in Fitzroy. On 13 March my IPv6 connectivity (set up correctly in my router and working since June 2020) stopped. I suspect a back-end problem with parent company @TPG_Telecom. Anyone with the same problem?

@TPG_Telecom Well your tests are wrong. It dropped out twice yesterday. 3 times Saturday. And twice Friday. I recommend tpg give better customer service and actually FIX line issues! Please let me know when the technician will be out to fix the connection permanently.

@TPG_Telecom The problem is not my router. The technician last week said “there is probably water in the street connection after the rain”. And its just dropped out again. So, PLEASE, send a technician to fix it.
