@TPG_Telecom We were promised a refund multiple times. When I spoke to a manager yesterday, the story changed, and they said there was no way they could refund us until you found the modem. That’s not our issue. You need to refund us the money immediately.

Hate to be this person but @TPG_Telecom have charged me 612 dollars for a non-return fee for a modem they never delivered. I was told two weeks ago by two different people from TPG that the charge would never leave my account. It did.

@TPG_Telecom My household has been calling you for ten days, because you have charged us a six hundred dollar modem non-return fee for a modem we never received. We have spoken to six different people on the phone and each has promised us we won’t be charged.
