@TPG_Telecom are your servers down? Or are we getting punished in the community for not being impressed that without a price reduction our upload speeds are being reduced ? Australia has some of the most expensive internet in the world - we should be gaining speed !

Hi @TPG_Telecom - is there an issue with NBN internet today in inner Sydney? I'm trying to work from home but the wi-fi signal keeps dropping out. Ever since about 9am this morning. I have switched off etc but internet works for a minute or two then drops out again

@TPG_Telecom Well I was meant to receive a call yesterday from TPG. I didn’t. I called back at 8pm and miraculously was cut off while speaking to someone. That person didn’t bother calling back despite talking to them for 15 minutes. Terrible service.

@ATVIAssist DM sent, please reply, not sure if there is anything you can do on your end, but it seems to be @TPG_Telecom ISP issue which advises me to do testing requires me to obtain IP address / game server hostname to do tracert and ping test.
