Really @TPG_Telecom, after I corrected my address and asked your customer service to correct it... you still sent the parcel to the wrong address. I only found out after ringing StarTrack. Now I have to wait until the end of the day and then ring them to readdress the parcel.

@TPG_Telecom now I finally got@to@speak to case manager and guess what the lady said that she cannot help us at any resolution and better to cancel the connection and think about other services. That’s how they help their customers

@TPG_Telecom Still our internet is not functioning. It’s been more than 25 days over without internet. Guess what TPG gave us a mobile data sim last Thursday that too useless and not working, raised complaints still no remedy, no internet nothing functioning of TPG

@TPG_Telecom 13 Nov contacted you to book NBN connection TODAY. Thanks for telling us today “oh NBN needs a cable so can’t do it till Dec 15.” Did you not think to coordinate all this back in Nov? Hopeless service and coordination from TPG. Long term customer not happy!!
