WTF is going on with @TPG_Telecom internet lately? The past 3-4 months it has slowly spiralled into more and more frequent stints of patchy service. I live in a big building with reliable infrastructure that’s been 100% great for 2 years, what are you guys doing to cause this?

@TPG_Telecom Not interested in wasting time treating this like an individual issue, it’s clearly a wider issue and I’m certain TPG is fully aware of it. Based on where I live and the prior fine service I’m certain it’s not individual, it’s very obvious something is going on in recent months.
