    Stark difference between @TPG_Telecom and @Optus. I can move between plans online within minutes with TPG self-service. With Optus, on the “chat” for 90+ mins, 4 different (real) people, and 5 user validations to change my plan, and it still did not work. I dread trying again.

    @TPG_Telecom Why are you trying to bill me when my subscription is already canceled. Isn’t your service is prepaid? You take money in advance? Now why are you billing me for next month?

    @TPG_Telecom I have been with TPG for 14 years now, never able to fault them. Reluctant to change to NBN but now have and the issues omg. I was only on 25mbs but also 100mtrs from the exchange. They gave me this toy wireless modem that uses Vodafone, supposed to be 25 mbs, av 18

    @TPG_Telecom Not much point, your guy was adamant it was the wifi extender, now its disconnected anyway, wasn't going to wait 45 minutes on hold. Never a problem with the ADSL2 I had before, wish I didnt have to change it to NBN. Its sad, 14 yes without a problem. Ive read other reviews

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, I’ve sent another DM. It’s been an hour and a half and the technician hasn’t been in contact with me at all and my internet is still unstable. Thanks.

    @TPG_Telecom Your technical team told me if I don’t like 0.83 map data speed I am getting, told to cancel the service 3 months ago! I tried to give TPG chance, every time I call your technical department, I can’t get through. Waiting on hold for hours!

    @TPG_Telecom I tried to call them to say I didn't want the new one, but said we are experiencing a heavier call load than normal and 45 minutes wait, no thanks. So I've decided to keep their ****** one whilst I find another provider. They were always good but turned bad for me

    Not impressed with @TPG_Telecom , extremely poor call quality, requested relocation and am being advised it will take 2 days longer than the requested date. Currently looking for a higher quality service provider. @Aussie_BB ?? Is that you?

    @TPG_Telecom Bad support and working on that is part of any business. The biggest Jono is staff lying to customers to get them off their back. Telling a detailed tail that’s not true or just admitting to not caring. I have had this now 3 times as a long term customer. It’s the worst sin
