@au_Arc @TPG_Telecom If that is the problem, I would have complained a long time ago and possibly changed provider, I have not have this issue on going for well over a week now, Ping is not the problem, packet loss is the problem, gave them benefit of the doubt that it'll get resolved 1/2

@au_Arc @TPG_Telecom Considering, I've been with @TPG_Telecom for a long long time, I've done my research, turns out many TPG customers that plays warzone experienced this issue as well, however, does not happen to other people using different providers, how can I not think its a provider issue:( 2/2

@TPG_Telecom We have used TPG for 7 months with speeds being 100% falsely advised. Have been in contact with CS for 7 weeks with no resolution and now want to cancel and have been advised for 2+ weeks "will be resolved in 24-48 hours", for over 2 weeks! Such a joke of a company

@fidzeh @TPG_Telecom Yeah it's usually a provider issue which is due to them having certain things open and closed. The moment my mate swapped to Telstra it fixed all of his issues. Same modem, same house, same game, different provider.

@TPG_Telecom I don't understand how my Internet connection being 2g for 6 months, when I specifically paid for 5g Internet ($70 a month) is not a problem. I should've paid $50 monthly. And when I complain about this issue to TPG customer service that I've been ripped off by $120.

@GingaNi73862391 @TPG_Telecom I’m with iiNet and I’m having the same troubles too. It’s been two weeks and there still hasn’t been any fix! I’m also paying for one of their most expensive plans too so I shouldn’t be having any troubles

@ixvel3 @TPG_Telecom How did this resolve as I’ve got the same issues
-
GG | fidzeh
(@fidzeh) reported
@Air_Con_Air @TPG_Telecom Doubt there will be any resolution for awhile, as their engineer need to find out about the routing issue, as it is not affecting the normal internet speed in any way, it won't be anytime soon. As a work around, my mate actually had to use VPN to not receive any packet loss.
