@Telstra Happy to give you 24 more hours to fix before raising a complaint or cancelling the order entirely and going back to TPG. Order number 1-1792466545961. I work from home and Wi-Fi is crucial . Disappointed.

@simonlamacraft @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia Unfortunately, an all too common story. Have spoken with hundreds of people despairing at their forced transition to NBN. Landlines cut off to the elderly, ESL folk utterly confused, long list of complaints. Important to inform Ombudsman of your issue.

@TPG_Telecom Yes the only issue is I haven’t got a call back and I have submitted all the documents. Two weeks I’ve paid for now and still no internet
@TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia Here’s my issue, It seems between the two of you, I can’t get NBN because an upgrade is required but I can’t get a new ADSL in the meantime connection because NBN is available. #iwishiwasjoking
@TPG_Telecom No I am at work. You can tell me all you like the internet is working,but its not.Nothing shows up its set up and connected in the exact way you instructed me to. It was working last.but without touching anything, it now isnt. So please tell me what’s wrong with it + how to fix

@TPG_Telecom It’s 2019, no1 has a computer that old.But well look for 1.Either way,an internet that was set up following your instructions, working perfectly fine last night when I went to bed,is no longer working. Either way you haven’t actually explained the issues and we dont have internet
