In my case it's jumped my ping from 30-150 has been for weeks. Not shadow banned not a hardware issue and it's only on call of duty servers. The ISP is @TPG_Telecom

eddie vom (@zenvom1) reported@TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia once again problems with NBN connection. 3rd time within a month. Not surprised my neighbours (x3) had same problems and the technician repairs theirs yesterday and leaves ours not functioning. Cmon do better.
