    @TPG_Telecom my service has been down for 24 hours. No one is answering customer helpline. What gives guys? I see others in my area are also down? Has TPG collapsed? Can’t work without internet.

    @TPG_Telecom Yes, and connection is really slow. YouTube just stops & buffers halfway too. Been happening a lot for the past 3 weeks. Browser sometimes can’t load/takes too long & time out too.

    @TPG_Telecom Can you please focus on actual customer service and issues pending in your backlog in parallel with marketing. The biggest issue is even highest level of escalation authority not able to provide the ETA on open ticket. Can you please advise where to escalate next ?
