@TPG_Telecom are your servers down? Or are we getting punished in the community for not being impressed that without a price reduction our upload speeds are being reduced ? Australia has some of the most expensive internet in the world - we should be gaining speed !

@TPG_Telecom Surprise, surprise. NBN tech attends, confirms that nothing is wrong with the line and that the TPG modem is cactus - despite TPG 'testing' this 3 days ago. I'm now awaiting a callback from TPG who will no doubt try and deflect this issue. Again. Disappointing.

@TPG_Telecom why is it so hard to move an existing connection to a new address? Everyone in the building with @Optus are having no issues. I’ve been trying for 11 days now. No call backs always chasing you. Terrible service.

@TPG_Telecom Yes, apparently some random time between 8.00-12.00, and I need to be here, awaiting their beck and call for an issue clearly outside of my premises. BTW - its now 9.40 and said NBN tech is yet to make contact.

@TPG_Telecom hi as i waited hours over several days and noone answers tech support phone, how about helping a long time customer with voicemail issue on mobile apparently caused when cut off with no notice 2 mos ago! Voicemail hasnt worked since.

Three days ago someone emailed the activation team to resolve this issue in 48 hours. Now a follow up email was sent and another 48hrs given. How difficult is to get my internet activated? I'm an existing client @tpg_telecom

@TPG_Telecom Hi Could you please check the connectivity as it gets disconnected in between or gets lagged somehow. This issue is there for quite some time now.
