@TPG_Telecom the net is out... when you call the help desk number it says something about parramatta then says call back tomorrow. Poor service.

@TPG_Telecom I again called the customer service they said we had prioritise your ticket, yet no action is been taken..no communication is ever from their side.. It is really frustrating to pay for a service you can't benefit out👎

@TPG_Telecom I could not recommend TPG any less. Absolutely horrendous, average service, left without internet for 3 weeks, false promises. Still left without a resolution. Terrible.

Never use @TPG_Telecom they have the worst customer service in Australia & we have the worst internet I have ever experienced

@TPG_Telecom do you really know what is customer service? When I call your customer care number, my call transferred atleast 3 - 4 times and each time I had to repeat the situation. When call was disconnected, not bothered to call back

@TPG_Telecom is there an NBN outage in the Seven Hills area NSW at the moment? Past few days it's been slow, and this evening has been completely useless. Maybe 1mbps at best, but constantly drops out and disconnects.
