  @TPG_Telecom the net is out... when you call the help desk number it says something about parramatta then says call back tomorrow. Poor service.

  @Internode So, @TPG_Telecom have given me the business support number (not available on the internode site) and transferred me through. How do your residential support people now know this number?

  @TPG_Telecom is there a system outage?? I’d been experiencing temporary/short outages but it’s not connecting at all now
