@erprateeks @TPG_Telecom I agree 100% I have been trying to get support for 3 days now... can anyone see a big ombudsman thing coming out of TPG’s poor customer support.

@TPG_Telecom the net is out... when you call the help desk number it says something about parramatta then says call back tomorrow. Poor service.

Ring up @TPG_Telecom to enquire about shifting our dark fiber circuit. After a long wait with the interminable on-hold music, I'm connected to somebody over a terrible line who through no fault of their own can't hear me, and is clearly answering their phone in a busy kitchen.

@TPG_Telecom Can u pleaze fix the goddamn network with a PERMANENT SOLUTION!! I pay a good $90 per month and you guys keep disconnecting my network every once a while. I better get compensated for my time lost!

@TPG_Telecom I'm already on the best nbn tier - FTTP - and I'm still getting issues with your service. I can't imagine how it's like for your FTTN users. If TPG can't or won't resolve this issue speedily, I won't think twice about moving to more expensive RSPs with better customer support.

@TPG_Telecom Over 3 weeks that I signed the NBN plan, and still not working, 3 NBN technician and 2 TPG came home and couldn’t fix my problem. When I got the plan I paid 89,99 and today they charged me 79,99. Today I finally canceled and I demand to be completely refunded.

@RunnaLittle @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom I was very very happy with my cable service, then NBN came along. Works ok though not as good as cable, now HFC. Gone with mesh WiFi to keep it stable and reliable.
