    @TPG_Telecom Well that’s great for them... I’m in central QLD and to outages page had nothing for my outage.

    @TPG_Telecom the net is out... when you call the help desk number it says something about parramatta then says call back tomorrow. Poor service.

    @Telstra @Telstra Messaged and been on the phone just now, zero information provided about the issue and now there is no timeframe for a resolution. Never had this issue with @TPG_Telecom, and their Support Team were always helpful. What can I do now?

    Last few weeks have been a pain. Internet is dropping out every hour or so and internet company still hasn't resolved it after many tickets raised. @TPG_Telecom please please fix my 100mb plan :(

    @TPG_Telecom said they can provide #NBN to new address. Days later said new address couldn't be serviced & asked me to cancel contract. Now got a cancellation fee. #TPG/@NBN_Australia data/records were not up-to-date so I'm stuck with no #internet while WFH & a cancellation fee?

    @TPG_Telecom I have sent photos and spent greater than 2hrs over the telephone during 5 separate calls. I’ve done enough it’s your turn. You have until Monday or service will be cancelled.
