    @TPG_Telecom the net is out... when you call the help desk number it says something about parramatta then says call back tomorrow. Poor service.

    @TPG_Telecom trying to shut off my service. Have one at another premises. Can’t type for crap. “Chat” does. Not work for me. Consider this notification I’m not paying from the 17th of Apr.

    @TPG_Telecom Well that’s great for them... I’m in central QLD and to outages page had nothing for my outage.

    @TPG_Telecom my home internet is down for more than 48 hrs now. Your staff said it should be back 8pm last night but that didn’t happen. Now you said there will be another outage tomorrow. What is going on???

    @TPG_Telecom What happened? In september I was getting 108.53Mbps down and 18.90Mbps up Now I get 10.8Mbps Down and 17.62Mbps Up Signed initial contract for 100/40 not this crap

    @TPG_Telecom I can't sign in to the mobile app. It keeps saying my username or password is incorrect. I have checked them and re-entered both many tines. They are correct.

    @TPG_Telecom any word on outages in 5128? DSL light is on, TPG app says our service is fine but I can’t stay connected for more than 30 seconds before I lose connection
