    @TPG_Telecom the net is out... when you call the help desk number it says something about parramatta then says call back tomorrow. Poor service.

    @TPG_Telecom trying to shut off my service. Have one at another premises. Can’t type for crap. “Chat” does. Not work for me. Consider this notification I’m not paying from the 17th of Apr.

    @TPG_Telecom Well that’s great for them... I’m in central QLD and to outages page had nothing for my outage.

    @flammavis @TPG_Telecom There seem to be widespread connection issues with TPG customers, we're also unable to use internet services here in Croydon. My husband is a freelance Systems Engineer and it's impeding on his work dramatically!

    @TPG_Telecom worst service ever, don't choose them as your perferred provider. I have spent 15 days to get my unauthorised charge back. Every time I send an email or call, need to explain the same thing about cancellation to each agent. Ridiculous 😒😒😒

    @TPG_Telecom are you currently having mass outages because my NBN in Penrith has completely dropped out. NBN says there are no problems on their end. What is going on???

    @TPG_Telecom @sachi_sam The NBN co page, regretfully, isn't up to date with the latest info. Additionally, and I'm sure this is a shared frustration: There needs to be a way to check unresolved issues on your status page. 1/2
