    @_Michelangelo__ @Optus Now see, I had TPG a while ago and hated it. Terrible connectivity, terrible customer service, tech didn't show up when I took the day off to be home for him, then wouldn't cancel my account. So, yeah. They all suck.

    @TPG_Telecom Yeah but the most annoying part is that you are only reactive. You only care once the internets already down. When We complain about the inconsistent connection you just say “we checked and it’s working atm”. Proactive solution is what we want

    @RachelBkr That's so slow its embarrassing. We're on NBN and it's frequently like that, so bad in fact I got a refund from TPG because the advertised speeds were like watching a glacier move.

    @TPG_Telecom Internet continues to drop out randomly. The outcome of every incident that gets raised is “nothing is wrong” but then obviously there is something wrong because a proper functioning internet connection doesn’t drop out constantly

    Wow @iiNet There was a time when I’d tell people it’s worth paying a bit more for iiNet because the support service was great. Just called for some help and the wait time is over an hour. Guess this is what happens when @TPG_Telecom is running the show.

    @psweeney @byzbateson @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia In all honesty, the actual service is fine until something goes wrong. Any provider has the same issue for when something goes wrong. They are all just as bad.

    @TPG_Telecom We’ll pass on internally is code for “thanks but we won’t be changing anything” There needs to be an easy way for an end user to find out why their service is down. I couldn’t find anything so I assumed it was either my hardware or part of that planned outage.

    @TPG_Telecom Sorry but that’s not good enough. If an outage is planned you have enough time to plan a notification. My NBN has not connected since last night.

    @Telstra Another day & still no broadband or update or response from your complaints team. This performance is only marginally worse than the Demons v Eagles. Seriously how can it be 2018 & you can’t get working internet to a home less than 10kms from the CBD. Maybe @TPG_Telecom can help

    @tpgtelecom Again, another unhelpful reply from TPG this morning. I still can’t get my old landline back. They keep passing the buck and are not willing to actually help! So much for customer service! Again Warning , don’t trust TPG to port your landline!

    @TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom Shame on you guys. Already hating NBN before installation. On 17th april NBN got activated, I got my modem running and guess what No internet running. 😡😡😡 Called customer care, checked line, got no clue. Now its Easter holidays. No AdSL as well.

    @TPG_Telecom I HABE SPENT HOURS & HOURS TODSY ON THE PHONE TRYING TO ORDER A NEW MODEM THAT I WAS ADVISED TO GET BY THE FIELD TECH THAT CAME OUT TODAY. YOU HAVE TRANSFERRED ME AROUND TPG SO MANY TIMES TODAY I CANT BELIEVE. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A MORE SHITTY COMPANY
