    I dunno about @TPG_Telecom now. Signed up in October on a no contract, first 3 months free plan, to test them out. Paid upfront costs. Trying to cancel now cause I moved address and was told no fees on the phone. But now some 3rd party costs they trying to charge me for ๐Ÿค”

    Hey @TPG_Telecom, Iโ€™ve been a customer for almost 10 years but I am seriously reconsidering my loyalty now. I scheduled moving the service way in advance exactly to avoid being left without the Internet and still you managed to cut me off the service a week in advance!

    So I got my @NBN_Australia service installed today. The technician came within the designated time frame, was really nice and installed the cable way quicker than I thought he would. And now Iโ€™m getting 44mbps which is exactly 10x faster than what I had on adsl ๐ŸŽ‰ @TPG_Telecom

    @CynicalAU @Optus @TPG_Telecom Donโ€™t do it @TPG_Telecom are terrible. At present we havenโ€™t had email access for almost 3 days and they seem in no rush to rectify the issue. Also my NBN installation was an experience Iโ€™d prefer to forget. 15 missed appointments and sub-standard speeds

    @TPG_Telecom I moved my mobile number to a different provider last month as I finally realised I had no coverage in the area I live and was paying for nothing since you moved to the Vodafone network. I just got charged again all the same. What gives?

    I actually think @TPG_Telecom wireless 4G wifi has to be some of the worst wifi Iโ€™ve ever used It completely disconnects from my devices randomly when Iโ€™m trying to do something. Itโ€™s just disconnected from my phone 5 times in the past hour
