    @No2Dogma @SecuLawyer @TPG_Telecom You are lucky mate. I’ve never had anything close to that. Sometimes after restarting I can get as high as 10Mb but lately can’t even get that.

    @pwwingman @ms_michellelaw Ditto. ADSL over Telstra copper. TPG tech visited today. Signal attenuation both inside and outside the house. Frequent drop-outs. :( Had to use mobile tethering for the last few days.

    @IanNearhos @Telstra @TPG_Telecom @iiNet Been very happy with @Aussie_BB, great customer service. Even when we had bad teething problems with NBN (not Aussie's fault) they were very good at pursuing solutions.

    @TPG_Telecom Street line fault, again, @Telstra to fix it over the next 48 hours. Just wondering out loud if anyone realises the shopping bag that gets used to protect my street's copper lines from water is bio-degradable ... :P

    @MichaelTiyce @TPG_Telecom If there is an outage (planned or not) there does not seem to be any obligation on NBNCo to advise RSPs of these. Likewise 1st level support people frequently don't seem to know where to go to get outage/fix information.

    @MichaelTiyce @TPG_Telecom The other issue is that RSPs like TPG are resellers for NBNCo. Like electricity "retailers" they exist mainly to send you an invoice and field support calls at the first instance. SFAIK all the work is done by NBNCo or their contractors.

    @TPG_Telecom Interesting. I don’t understand how the line went down but I will wait for the investigation. I guess this problem is a stronger symptom of what I reported the other day (very slow connection)

    @TPG_Telecom Definitely not working. The NBN router has the flashing red light for link. Unfortunately I don’t have a way to log into this modem as I didn’t receive a configuration for it. Very tempted to just request my configuration from you and debug it myself

    @slsandpet I use TPG for home broadband, and have been happy with them. Mobile I use Aldimobile. No problems.
