    Now had @TPG_Telecom #HFC 100 #nbn for over a month now. Consistently high speeds regardless of the time of day, no drop outs, great customer service. Credit where credit is due, I’m glad my NBN is working as advertised.

I now pay the same for an unreliable 25 kb/s. Fortunately tpg are laying a 100gb/s service in my street so I can leave nbn, and switch to fttp as before turnbull killed it

    @CynicalAU @Optus @TPG_Telecom Don’t do it @TPG_Telecom are terrible. At present we haven’t had email access for almost 3 days and they seem in no rush to rectify the issue. Also my NBN installation was an experience I’d prefer to forget. 15 missed appointments and sub-standard speeds

The service was intermittent Wednesday morning & by Wednesday afternoon there was nothing. We have been left in the dark ever since with little to no comms from TPG & keep pushing the ETA for resolution out

    So I got my @NBN_Australia service installed today. The technician came within the designated time frame, was really nice and installed the cable way quicker than I thought he would. And now I’m getting 44mbps which is exactly 10x faster than what I had on adsl 🎉 @TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom Turns out it was a billing issue due to a cancelled card but the walled garden wasn’t making it through our security gateway, ping tests were working though so that’s where the confusion was. Be nice if you guys sent a couple of SMS warning service is getting suspended or paused.

    @Telstra @tpg has a advised that the Telstra lines used by TPG have cut/damaged by a worker and won’t be restored until 1st April. Not much TPG can do when it’s a Telstra issue.

    @TPG_Telecom SIM card was only sent after I called on two consecutive days to complain about intermittent sim connectivity. That’s a totally separate issue to having to wait 2.5 WEEKS for an internal port that was meant to take “2-4 hours”.

    @TPG_Telecom Totally depends on the IP I get allocated, 14.203.x.x or 125.254.x.x you need to collapse AS numbers quicker after buying ISPs. Latency doubles inside your own network depending on the IP I’m allocated.

Beware the painful process of cancellation and the vicious way they will threat you once they can't hold you as a client.

Kawhi is having the worst shooting season of his career so far. He has improved his playmaking, averaging a career high in apg but with that he’s also easilyaveraging a career high in tpg.
