Be nice if you guys sent a couple of SMS warning service is getting suspended or paused.

I still did not receive my complaint reference number. I guess you really do want me to use another telco such as @Optus or @TPG_Telecom

That’s a totally separate issue to having to wait 2.5 WEEKS for an internal port that was meant to take “2-4 hours”.

This is the 5th serious outage this year which is causing material economic damage to my business. Neighbours paying for your service are also having the same issues. Thank you

The technician came within the designated time frame, was really nice and installed the cable way quicker than I thought he would. And now I’m getting 44mbps which is exactly 10x faster than what I had on adsl 🎉 @TPG_Telecom

NBN tech attends, confirms that nothing is wrong with the line and that the TPG modem is cactus - despite TPG 'testing' this 3 days ago. I'm now awaiting a callback from TPG who will no doubt try and deflect this issue. Again. Disappointing.
