The technician came within the designated time frame, was really nice and installed the cable way quicker than I thought he would. And now I’m getting 44mbps which is exactly 10x faster than what I had on adsl 🎉 @TPG_Telecom

It never come and now the useless customer service people can’t come up with an answer. Have also upgraded my bundle and you were pretty quick to take the money for that!!!

Unfortunately I don’t have a way to log into this modem as I didn’t receive a configuration for it. Very tempted to just request my configuration from you and debug it myself
