I scheduled moving the service way in advance exactly to avoid being left without the Internet and still you managed to cut me off the service a week in advance!

Have actually needed to buy a 4G modem so I can keep working thru the regular dropouts/slowdowns. Giving them one last chance to sort this out before I jump ship.
