It never come and now the useless customer service people can’t come up with an answer. Have also upgraded my bundle and you were pretty quick to take the money for that!!!

The technician came within the designated time frame, was really nice and installed the cable way quicker than I thought he would. And now I’m getting 44mbps which is exactly 10x faster than what I had on adsl 🎉 @TPG_Telecom

I scheduled moving the service way in advance exactly to avoid being left without the Internet and still you managed to cut me off the service a week in advance!

Be nice if you guys sent a couple of SMS warning service is getting suspended or paused.
