Okay @telstra not good enough. No cable internet for over a month. 2 escalations. A visit form the tech. Told prob at the exchange. Told I’ll be called. Not. So I call. Told I’ll be called again. Not. I’ve been a customer for decades. Service. It’s about service.

  • davispg Paul (@davispg) reported

Actually, extending this analogy, that's One kid earning $5m. Ok Telstra chairman, cage match, you and all other Australian executives. One person wins 10m, everybody else nothing. That'll cut down the pay outs. #ausecon

  • deanchrissmith Dean Smith (@deanchrissmith) reported

So John Mullen @Telstra thinks "Australia would have ended up with 100Mbps services" if it weren't for #NBN_Australia What a load of shit. Telstra should have rolled fibre 15 years ago instead of charging a premium for garbage ADSL. Money grubbing Pricks

  • iamhurtin Dammian "Larrrry" hannigann (@iamhurtin) reported

@Telstra Unless it was a white person for me to yell at, I don't know why they're bothering I'll get my 25 dollar unlocking fee back and continue my mission to get everyone on your network to switch.

  • MissBaileyWoof Bailey’s Mother OAM (@MissBaileyWoof) reported

Cry me a river @Telstra Chairman. My partner misses family events and works long hours in a homelessness service that certainly doesn’t pay $4 million a year. In fact, she’s not going to be home until 9 o’clock tonight. #thedrum

  • iamhurtin Dammian "Larrrry" hannigann (@iamhurtin) reported

@Telstra I don't have a plan with you horrible blood suckers. I'm not that ******* retarded. You're entire operation is a scam. The Mafia is more honest than telstra It was probably in regards to my complaint when forced to do with you recently for a phone unlock that took forever.

  • 2LapsDown At least we'll all die one day (@2LapsDown) reported

oh diddums. telstra's (and every other business') employees work long long hours, miss weekends and family events too and yet get payed jack shit because CEOs need a bigger bonus. #thedrum

  • mikeredes TheOWL (@mikeredes) reported

@Telstra @NBN_Australia really slow today. Amazingly shite. #fraud

  • spirahs jacob (@spirahs) reported

nbn is so flawed and its honestly the biggest waste of Australian money, the fact that we are still using copper wires for our network infrastructure says it all really, telstra should have put fibre in and replaced all copper when they had the chance

  • selga55 Chris Barrett 🐯 (@selga55) reported

The public hatred for #telstra 'customer service' could be traced back the chair and ceo's lack of understanding of their customer's standards and values *****
