@ParaRjs Yup, but then i have dealt with Telstra and AT&T, Global switch and Nokia as well and they all are chaotic shitshows. Nokia is the worst.

Also, since we're tweeting today, @Telstra it took 22 support staff over 7 weeks to activate a single eSIM, so hit me up if you want some chat logs and tips on how to not have this happen. I was dissociating by week 2.

@Telstra main reason was because your support staff have the wrong instructions for doing eSIM activations in the app, and it might help them if they were trained with the right information. I don't really mind either way if you reach out.

@Telstra Didn't need to, they finally convinced the customer service reps to send someone out. The NTD was showing a fiber fault. They've been trying to get it sorted since the 14th.

@rick_rundell @ipaddockapps Probably not a mobile tower, not every tower is a telstra phone tower. The bars you see arent a true reflection of the mobile Data strength, just the strength of the signal transmitted from the booster. Your true "bars", will be displayed on the unit.
