    @Telstra @andy_penn And Following on from the CEO concept, where the DUCK is Telstra Call centres and Customer support? The App SUCKS and does not work replace customer service. It does NOT work for solving ANY issues. The backlash heading Telstra's way WILL Destroy it.

    Why so slow @Telstra? Since yesterday it has taken measurable time to load a simple page on mobile or home internet. I know everyone is home for lockdown, but didn’t you already boost the service last time?

    @Telstra just letting you know haven't been able to message in my telstra app since 25 Jan...mid convo since Dec with no solution, now weeks can't even chat. Hard for those of us who work nights and can't call during your hours...did spend hours on phone too but need some sleep

    @Telstra I'd be thrilled if Telstra just restored something resembling customer service again. Do you really think anyone cares about Telstra launching some ballet TV? The hubris is mind blowing.

    I have spent, 2 God damn hours today trying to talk to a representative at @Telstra and I have not talked to one a single time. Literally have not had internet for a week and they clearly couldn't care less. Good job tesltra, I don't know how you manage to have such poor service.

    @Telstra My 73 yr old mum (cancer, caring for a husband with serious health issues) has been abandoned by your lack of service. She has had no ADSL for at least a month and is now only getting service via Data. She pays for platinum service.
