@Telstra Sadly I am now unable to get to a store for 3 to 4 weeks. Due to living remote. My issue is still live after 3 weeks and now I have a new contact person. Cmon... with 7 people I've rang, 2 stores I've been to, 2 people I've emailed. Still nothing

@Telstra @Sammyboy7777Sam Seriously sad. No service cares to work with the customer "on their own phone service" any more.

@telstra when’s the next big update on 5G? June last year 75% of Aussies could access it!! It’s been a year... cmon give us updates and man 5G is slow being rolled out to rural/regional people!!!

  • JonathanJWalsh Jonathan Walsh (@JonathanJWalsh) reported

@ProclivityTwo @PrinceISname Also set up 2 goals. I’m not pretending it was his best game by any stretch. But I don’t think he was anywhere near our worst. And I don’t think it helps if things are stagnant in front of him. According to Telstra tracker he covered more ground than anyone else.

@Telstra @victornorthhead @Optus Support from the store? Ah no

  • RayeCharles R A C H E L E (@RayeCharles) reported

@Telstra thank you for disconnecting my nbn service at 7:30pm on a Friday night and not providing any support services for me to contact until Monday morning at 8am. This has been an ongoing issue since February and it’s still not rectified. Disappointing

@Telstra No I didn’t want to roam today.. My phone in / has been flight mode and only using wifi. However roaming app says 22mb data. So I’m confused how can possibly have used roaming data when not connected to network. Other than separate mobile wifi hotspot.

  • paullayr paul newman (@paullayr) reported

@BeachGirlJan @Telstra Cancell nbn and buy Telstra mobile Telstra plan .400GB data 5G fast for $75. No problems ever.

  • lisasshoes 𝓛𝓲𝓼𝓪 𝓢𝓹𝓸𝓻𝓷 (@lisasshoes) reported

My @foxtel service bundled with @Telstra won’t work. I’ve called @telstra 4 times today & I still have NO service. Technical support is now unavailable- I guess the techies have knocked off for the day. I’m a long term paying customer, no service provided. - this is pathetic.

  • rtrisheleanor Trish Roberts (@rtrisheleanor) reported

@Telstra I called 132200. The person was rude, ended the call.

@KymLouC Agree. Never forget changing my landline and requesting it be private for reason of protection. Telstra listed it in the white pages anyway. Twitter, I love discovering ppl's values, opinions and what they believe rather than their image, name, rank and other superficial trivia.
