@Telstra Sadly I am now unable to get to a store for 3 to 4 weeks. Due to living remote. My issue is still live after 3 weeks and now I have a new contact person. Cmon... with 7 people I've rang, 2 stores I've been to, 2 people I've emailed. Still nothing

@EuanRitchie1 @Telstra God help you if lockdown means you have to deal with the call centre rather than going into one of the franchise shops. I had to make a vow to myself to never do it again after a previous experience nearly left me in a breakdown state!
