@Telstra Sadly I am now unable to get to a store for 3 to 4 weeks. Due to living remote. My issue is still live after 3 weeks and now I have a new contact person. Cmon... with 7 people I've rang, 2 stores I've been to, 2 people I've emailed. Still nothing

@Gill_Kladnig73 @Telstra Agree. Telstra assistants are in here asking people to DM them when this is quite clearly not an isolated issue. The entire of Canberra is affected, and that includes NBN, 4G and 5G, yet no update.

@solo_dio_ it actually isnt. Telstra is the strongest provider in this suburb but most residents struggle get a signal because the tower is old and hasnt been updated since 2010..population grew 5x since then..So I have been waiting since 2010 for decent service...

Thank you #Telstra for dropping out our internet connection for 40 minutes between 6.30am & 7.10am, causing us to miss out streaming 2 of England's world cup goals. For many of us in the regions, streaming is out only option re tv. Another epic #Fail from #Telstra😩😩😩😩

@Tayzlor @NBN_Australia Can't provide facts, resorts to name calling. Good one. Free market only works when there is real competition, not when one company owns all the telecoms infrastructure and is also a retailer. I wish Telstra never employed Sol as we'd all have cheap high speed fibre plans
