@Telstra Sadly I am now unable to get to a store for 3 to 4 weeks. Due to living remote. My issue is still live after 3 weeks and now I have a new contact person. Cmon... with 7 people I've rang, 2 stores I've been to, 2 people I've emailed. Still nothing

Bloody Telstra, took 45 minutes in chat to simply get an NBN tech appt for my NBN issues. 5-10 minutes between "expert" responses. Likely working 10 other chats at once. And it was basically closed off with no confirmation of anything, until I asked. Piss poor customer service.

  • stevenpam Steven Pam (@stevenpam) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Indeed. Seems like there is a training or information problem there somewhere. When we followed up, the 5 mins figure was downgraded to 24 hours.

  • curmz26 Josh (@curmz26) reported

@Telstra Why would I escalate it to NBN when it's not my NBN. It's my mobile service.

  • ftafra Frane (@ftafra) reported

@Telstra wait... It's down again. 1 day of internet. 11 days off. INC15224672 is NOT RESOLVED. No outages in my area. 1.45Mbps I wonder if Telstra will ever fix this? I wonder how many hours I'll have to waste to get any support? #Telstrafail

  • hw_twit Heath (@hw_twit) reported

@Telstra hello, we have an internet outage until Wednesday night (Maroubra NSW), surely this can't be right? Phone lines down, so I cannot call anyone

  • Bradley_Saint_B Bradley Saint B (@Bradley_Saint_B) reported

I've had 18 "Amazon Prime" #scam calls from 18 different Melbourne numbers since 12:30pm today. It's way past time @Telstra sorted this spoofing problem. How many years has it been now?

  • SkyDrivin Bluesky (@SkyDrivin) reported

@Telstra After an hour dealing with your bots online, is was able to get onto an actually person on a phone call! After listening to the scripted platitudes I was able to have them schedule a technician to come out. My March issue has not been, nor will be rectified, given up on that.

  • Bradley_Saint_B Bradley Saint B (@Bradley_Saint_B) reported

@Telstra 🤦How about fixing the underlying spoofing issue, rather than just sticking bandaids on the problem?

  • TonyHWindsor Tony Windsor (@TonyHWindsor) reported

@CaptJeff @PCKJ3627 Remember the Telstra sellout by Joyce in the Senate.Joyce told puppet NFF leader Peter Corish that he had a letter from PM Howard guaranteeing “equity of access in service and price for telecommunications services in country Australia”. Corish was as big a sellout as Joyce. 1/2
