    @Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

    @NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

    @ellispeta Yeah get it had the same issue when doing telstra games, a lot of my work toward the end of it was trying to develop metrix to report on for a very successful service with largely intangible benifits

    @Niksterisms @BeccaHayne @Telstra Yeah. Not ideal but how else can we watch? Bad enough with what we are talking about now, but add in rugby league, union, basketball, soccer, hockey (field & ice), gymnastics, athletics, state comps you name it... would be enough to fill 🤔

    @drserenalove If you get an Aldi mobile SIM it uses the Telstra network and is a fraction of the cost. Probably should have mentioned that sooner…

    Time to quit all @Telstra services, they never get back to you attempt to push you to automated help pages or virtual bots and blame covid for being busy

    @NewcastleGardia @YaThinkN @Telstra From the discussion I had on the phone with Telstra it more seems like they cant post an official outage until they can physically get to the site (be it the exchange or whatever) to confirm it. However, due to the fires here at Peregian, they can’t confirm.

    @TPythia @Telstra No. I didn't actually. It occurred during the second call when they phoned me and let me know that the issue was more involved than they envisaged, that it had been escalated and they told me they were crediting my account plus more data free of charge for my mobile.

    He was so arrogant & rude. As soon as he left I rang @Telstra straight back & told them what happened & said I'd like the issue escalated immediately which they did. This morning another tech turned up 👇👇👇

    @taximalsVT Foxtel was ****, and when Telstra first Introduced the High speed net, It really was Super fast high speed net for the first few months.. We got heaps. But they realised this, and all ISP's have been throttling the **** out of it every since.

    @AussieVal10 Because of the Howard Government we no longer receive dividends from previously owned Government entities like the Commonwealth Bank and Telstra because they sold them. Good move Johnny you ******* economic vandal. Oh and BTW they sold off our gold reserves for **** all as well.

    @Telstra ...Interesting business model that you have! Tried to change service for speed at a lower cost (online offers) only to be told that this is ONLY available to new customers. No solution offered, leaving me to seek another provider!!

    Cya Telstra you've increased the price for the second time in <12mths, aren't willing to even discuss it beyond "it is what it is, we're the best" (paraphrasing). So @Telstra's lack of client retention attempts has lost me as a customer. I'm paying out and moving on.

    @IceStationSpmda @fag_daughter Telstra has been paid for decades to provide a payphone service it cost more to fix vandalism then Telstra collected in call revenue, it's simply cheaper to make it free

    @Mr_Fanta_Pants @Telstra Ok, still sounds like Starlink on standby is the best solution, cheap, enough data for phone calls, set up a SIP service with Siptalk for her and at least she gets what she wants.
