I was given a NetComm NL1901ACV. Weak WiFi signal & constant dropouts. Telstra smart modem reinstalled and haven't had issues since.

Suggestion: I believe there is a correlation between your mass-mailings (paper and digital) and your service line traffic. You might study the relationship and adjust accordingly.
