So @Telstra support centre won’t answer my calls. They direct me to the app. The person on the app literally says “I’m not sure what’s going on” and says I need to call the support centre. I don’t usually complain but this is the worst service I have ever received. #telstra

  • jjee88888
Jeremy Jee (@jjee88888) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@boostmobile @Telstra 25 days and counting since trying to port to boost. Have been promised many times for resolution. Stuck on #vodafail right now. Ridiculous.

  • JamesCridland

@EverywhereTrip @Telstra I’ve personally found their tech to be very good indeed, but dealing with their customer service to be similar to repeatedly stubbing your toe while being stung by a wasp. We have one Telstra mobile left in the house - I moved everything else away.

  • mr_mouse
Mr. Mouse (@mr_mouse) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@Telstra is there an issue with call forwarding on you mobile network? I have a business on-call phone that is forwarded and I can’t clear of change it. It’s still forwarding to the original al number when setting cleared with ##21#.

  • viller
Stephen Viller (@viller) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@Telstra I never get that I was dealing with people with bad intentions, but there is something about how the organisation is structured that leads to massive end-user frustration.

  • nathbush

@thewordsofshief @Telstra But can you still fix my phone?

Blair Hughes (@MrBlairHughes) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

Someone remind me again please, but if I'm a Telstra customer, how do I watch @NRL @AFL streaming on phone? Is it still free or gotta go via Kayo? Did Telstra do anything for existing customers? Cheers

  • wildnez
Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@Telstra your customer service team is highly incapable, get rid of them. My new NBN order has been revised 4 times already without my input. And now the technician’s visit date has been changed without any notice. Are you guys interested in signing up new customers at all?

  • mikegoldmanlive
Mike Goldman (@mikegoldmanlive) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

Telstra charge 100$ a month for my NBN home internet. Cancelled and started using a prepaid dongle with another company. 17$ a month, better speeds, more reliable, better customer service. Bye Telstra.

  • shumpty77
Stephen Humphreys (@shumpty77) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

2 and a half hours messaging @Telstra to try and sort out a business internet connectivity issue (because it is impossible to get someone on the phone). Appreciate these are difficult times but I asked a yes / no question all that time ago and still haven’t got an answer. Joke!

  • wildnez
Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@Telstra Like your team has done with my new NBN order which never arrived along with your technician after 3 appointments.. and your pathetically incapable non-existential customer svc.. only implies that Telstra has lost interest in selling new business.

  • emeerana

  • couchsecurity
    Texanus Giganticus (@couchsecurity) reported

@Irideia @innovationcncl Cyrus One, Cyxtera, Telstra, Navisite, Databank, Equinix, you will routinely find customers on site visiting their cages. You show ID, you get a biometric scan, you get escorted to your cage, they hand you your key, you go do what you need to do. And this is not one or two racks, it might be 3,000 square feet of floor space just for your estate, with another cage for your standby equipment. And you're not the only customer there. for certain things you can put in a remote hands ticket and have one of the DC technicians do a bunch of tasks for a fee. For certain things this is expensive, so you send your own staff. And that doesn't even take into consideration people leasing hardware, who are still allowed to go on site and do maintenance. I've been in DC's everywhere on the planet save continental East Asia and Antarctica. Your limited experience is not reflective of reality. You may think AWS and GCP are the only DCs in existence, but that's your own ignorance. If you think companies like cloudflare own the physical plant you have a lot of **** to learn. wind your ******* neck in.

  • NinoAlves_1
    Nino Alves (@NinoAlves_1) reported

@Telstra I’ve been receiving account text alerts including their name and phone number relating to one of your customers for over a year. Prob a privacy issue but you refuse to fix it despite MANY calls and yr team acknowledging the issue!

  • roberts_pa97578
    Bobby (@roberts_pa97578) reported

@w0tn0t2201 @Telstra I’m the same as you. I’ve never used Telstra and I wouldn’t even use them if they were given away free carrier pigeons.

  • thefireman08
    Paul Morris (@thefireman08) reported

@craigspeculator @Foxtel Telstra aren’t much better. My mum had a mobile plan with them and hardly used. Something they could see from the monthly bills. In care because of dementia they insisted she would have to ring to cancel the plan.
