@JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

I am really sorry to announce that my streaming will be delayed again while I sort out internet issues. The internet plan is either crappy (Telstra Velocity) or the modem is just old and tired. I will work on getting it fixed ASAP.

My wife was called by a Telstra store employee. The guy had a go at her because she gave him and 8 out of 10 in a survey. He had told us to give him a 9 as anything less than a 9 is seen as a fail. The guy is now under the pump from his boss cause we gave him an 8. 1/2

@Telstra Can you not push a message out to customers in the area to warn them? QR code checking is mandatory and it is stressing people out not knowing why it’s not working. People don’t think to check their network connection, they assume they’re doing something wrong. Even Coles staff.
