@Telstra The same thing they say every time we call… “I understand” “we will send a technician to fix it” “they will fix the wires” sadly there is just no fixing copper wires that flood every time it rains!!!

Troubleshooting my parents' internet connection. Telstra Gateway Max router - NBN via Foxtel cable. All router lights look OK, but no internet from the wifi network. Anyone know their way around a setup like this?

@Telstra @tdeb007 It's nice to get a quick response like this. But I gave up on Telstra a long time ago. Then T improved, then T got awful again. Friends now having issues and long phone calls do not solve their problems. So thank you but no thank you

In a WFH household, this lack of performance (and lack of product) does not deliver what was promised. It has a seriously detrimental impact on productivity. How will you fix this, @Telstra ?

@Telstra This can be resolved very simply Jay (and @NicQuilting and I appreciate your help) — send a courier to our place to pick up the modem so we don’t have to pfaff about at the post office and iron-clad guarantee that we will NOT have our existing nbn service cancelled.
