    @Telstra I still don't have a working mobile phone service. This is beyond frustrating. If you're not able to activate a SIM, just say so and cancel the process so I can go elsewhere.

    @Telstra Thanks for trying to help but the phone is not the problem. It's not just me. Everyone is having these problems. My daughter told me there are many many complaints on Facebook about it. Could someone please check up on these "ugrades"

    @Telstra Please don’t ask me for proof of location either. Apparently my Telstra Business Bills I have been paying monthly for 30 months for intermittent and unreliable service are not sufficient. Hard to believe, I know!

    Good grief @Telstra - your web site says services aren’t available, so I have to go to a service agent. Your online service is incredibly slow - I’m willing to bet your agents are multitasking for “efficiency” at the cost of client time.

    @Telstra All my apps are auto updated to the latest versions. I was able to use the alternate verification method with my mobile number. Think the devs need to iron out some processes as verification is definitely not working correctly.

    @VodafoneAU I'll pay my phone out and move to #telstra...they can have my next 20 years of service...your loss #vodafone I don't care no more if you can help or not...you don't care obviously for a 20 year customer...hello #telstra with 5g coverage in my area unlike yours!

    A big "thanks a lot" to Telstra, who, several weeks ago now, reportedly "upgraded" the NBN. What they actually did was stuff it up. Now, the page freezes all the time...mid tweet. Every day!. Can Google ok, Facebook ok, but try getting Twitter up! Worst internet in the world!
