    @AkashaClarke So I've heard about this company @Aussie_BB. They dont slog you 30 bucks extra just to have decent speeds and their support team may actually be able to fix this issue. They also wont have you wait a week plus to get a service reconnected if they mess up.. just sayin @Telstra

    @brucerguthrie @Telstra_news It was a happy day when I punted Telstra. The worst customer experience I've ever had. Aussie Broadband have been outstanding for me since. You can even talk to real people on the other end.

    @Telstra how can we arrange a new plan with Telstra TV instead of foxtel and you give us the plan then you cut off our @foxtel and then don’t have our new plan or any paperwork for it. I’ve had enough. Absolute disgraceful customer service, been on text to talk for 3 hours.
