@JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

@LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

I *despise* Telstra's "voice to text" with every fibre of my being. I don't want to leave a short badly translated message for someone I'm trying to provide tech support to.

Kirsten Stollery 💉💉💉💉 (@KirstenStollery) reported
So instead of being on hold on the phone with @Telstra I'm now "on hold" waiting for a webpage text help to load.

@TenXTrader @Shannon7777l972 @tonytardio One of the big 4 banks is forcing everyone in 4 days a week, meanwhile Telstra has told people they never have to step foot in the office again, it varies across companies/sectors but ultimately if wfh wasn’t proving productive across the board bums would be back on seats.

Morts (DFS Australia) (@DFSAustralia) reported
@AdzieDT @Telstra As a temporary measure I've re-routed my DNS through Google and there is no issue, site comes up great. Just waiting on Telstra to fix their end for everyone else.

@Telstra Now back in the greatest country in the world, so I don't need your help. Spent hours on the LA hotel phone with your customer service consultants (yes, plural) and all I got was a sore ear, an elevated BP and no solution. Appreciate your concern, albeit two weeks too late.

@AlboMP The job of government, amongst other things, is to protect & support the people. Those support mechanisms & protections have gone, due overwhelmingly to 'privatisation'; Cwth Bank, Energy, Government housing, Telstra, Aust post..etc. The outcomes have been devastating!
