    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    @Telstra It’s slow. Always has been. Only improved temporarily when nobody was visiting. Just two bars of 4G. It’s the main street of one of the busiest towns on the NSW South Coast.

    @JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

    @Telstra what a shite company. Cancelled a non contract modem 4 years ago. Kept charging me without me knowing as I thought it was cancelled. Not one bill or email. Now trying to get a loan and a default has appeared. But they can’t help me. Sending back and forth.

    @Telstra keep sending back and forth from store to call centre. Not one for ever blowing up bout something online but this is atrocious customer service

    @andy_penn please get me some help to get my 90 year old mothers phone reconnected after @Telstra cut it off by mistake. How hard is this. I would like to speak with either you or someone who can fix this. Or I will put her on the news with her broken phone

    @Telstra I know that! That’s who told me it “can take weeks to fix”! And if anyone of the several people I spoke to, or several stores I attended, had mentioned I’d need my photo ID to do ANYTHING at any stage in that process I would’ve bloody brought it with me!

    @Telstra I am overseas and was required to change to a new iPhone. The e-sim transfer function will not work despite multiple calls to tech support. Due to this, I am unable to access my online banking, messenger, Whatsapp, and basically every app that requires 2FA. Please assist

    @Telstra Trying to redeem Plus points. It doesn’t work online and according to support it can take “weeks” to resolve and I should consider going to a store to do it. So I do. And they can’t sell me the product in front of me (a HomePod) without photo ID. Why does it have to be so hard?!
