@LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

@JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

I was then told by a 3rd person fron Telstra "cancel the service and go elsewhere we don't want your bad credit". Despite being a Telstra customer for 10+ years I've never been treated this badly.

@Telstra Yeah, slowly. Been uploading an hour video today for 10hrs and I'm at 30%, its actually going to take more than 24hrs for one video upload. Actually listening to the customer in the first place would have saved 2 days, maybe its time to look elsewhere after this disaster.

Hi @Telstra if there is a consistent 1.5hr wait for service at your flagship store on George Street you should consider increasing the no of staff. Terrible service

@TheTodayShow The son said he was advised by ESTA that it was an issue from Telstra. If that is the case than it is the federal gov responsible for telstra putting the call through to ESTA. You have instead allowed to son to use defamatory language about premier. Today show is a disgrace!

Received a phishing call allegedly from @Telstra - a little more clever than usual - they offered a 40% discount on my bill for 12mths & when I said "sure,apply the discount" they said they just needed some"verification": name&DoB. Never give these details to unverified callers.

@Optus Your automated phone system is incomprehensible. Your staff rude, unhelpful and disinterested. I don’t know if my sim is activated or how to use the charge I paid for and I now do not want to use the sim or deal with your company anymore. I want a refund so I can go to Telstra

@chendo @Telstra Was already with Telstra and relocated from CQ. Initially I was hoping to utilise the 4G backup for the short while until the proper connection (which failed miserably) So now I’m weighing up moving ISPs as their support regarding upgrading is just repeating “computer says no”.
