    @JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    Thanks for the service @Telstra They sent me a text on the weekend saying our nbn was down and they were sending someone to fix it. We didn’t notice anything amiss bc our internet was still working. Tech arrived today - our bunnies had chewed through an nbn cord. 1/2

    @FabulousMrsFox @JamesDelingpole Na im calling bullshit, im in Australia and Dentons who's sent this out are a shonky company that buys up bad debt. Then sends out threatening letters. Have seen simlar with Telstra. Ignore them and they go away.

    @Telstra Hi Tori, thanks for reaching out. We've been in contact with the tech team each time this happens. Unfortunately all the feedback we've received is that it's "fixed now", but I'm unsure as to what has changed with our network. It's been a recurring problem, and still is.

    @Telstra I’m a ‘gold member’ and have been on the gold support sms for nearly 24 hours, no resolution, repeated my one issue at least 6 times and have asked for a complaint to be lodged five times - where’s the customer focus or at least listening to what a customer is requesting

    @Telstra trying to change a plan. Call centre cannot verify its me as sms and email verification system not working. @Telstra app suggested. It is failing to communicate with server. I thought i was dealing with a @telstra
