@JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

@Telstra Well Sean you could start by answering the phone in under 30 minutes by people who can speak fluid English. I had to change providers for that reason. You are simply too big to give acceptable service.

Hey @Telstra sent a new phone yesterday with a sim card and nothing else and no email? I am trying to call to get the service connected as it is not and I have no phone at the moment and tried to contact call centre to get connected but says out of hours and I need service?

@Telstra They rang him about an existing fault case and he followed up on this by providing the case number on telstra app member support and this is how he got a response from them. He doesn't have Twitter but is following up on your Facebook account.

They treat their customers with contempt and don't care as they are clearly still part owned by the govt/ get given preferential treatment over other telco's

It's usually me telling random Telstra workers that I love them but this time a customer service phone chica signed off to me with 'okay, love you' Naturally, I replied 'love you too'
