@JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

Telstra and NBN is nothing but a joke. 5 weeks in and still no connection to the network. The problems here are due to years of infrastructure neglect from privatisation and a half baked NBN roll-out from LNP. Time to try 5g from one of the others.

Cause I’m wondering if there’s f*ckery going on specifically with Telstra users, cause I vaguely recall something like this happening once before regarding some service acting funny just for users of a certain isp here?

@ok_lyndsey Ok @Telstra has officially replied and said that you can only call 132200 (their closed call Center) and 000 on a restricted service. Not even the SES!

@VaxxedCynic @LennaLeprena @piggywasadog So many are scam calls. Ive actually turned down the volume on my landline so i cant hear it ring. Just keep in case of mobile probs. So many faux Amazon, Telstra and others add to that realestate agents to see if I want to sell house. Im done with it. Mobile is best anyway

2/2 Tried calling again today, got as far as the bot, then a ‘Sorry all Call Centres are closed’ call ended. One of these days Telstra will get their **** together, though I shouldn’t complain about their Customer Service because there is NONE. @Telstra

@RuncibleH A widespread problem in Sydney. Telstra and NBN have been unable to help from the very beginning. Spend many hours on the phone with the 'service team' but no solution found; it seems the blind leading the blind. NBN HUGE failure.Can't wait for alternatives to come.
