    @JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

    @giveusaW @Kel_McFletch @Optus Telcos are disgraceful Martin. When Telstra failed me, and like you I needed Internet for work, I claimed $25k compensation for 30 days without service. They settled $10,000. Optus owe you similar.... Not to mention losing your personal details! Don't give up.

    @woolworths Mobile. Purchased prior to our latest Aussie van trip on the understanding this service utilises the @Telstra network. It’s worked once since we left the coast three weeks ago. Just saying. 😫

    @justanotheramy @UndaSthnXiStand @Telstra The other issue is the vast number of smart devices and IoT sensors that can only connect to 3G. This issue is pretty hidden and won't be realised until things stop working. And that will be all sorts of home, remote monitoring, and on farm devices.

    @Telstra I STILL have no internet since Tuesday...I am tired of speaking to agents via the app and doing my own technical troubleshooting!!😡😡 If there is no technician sent out today, I will be closing this service and going to another service provider that takes customers seriously!🤯
