I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

@Telstra It’s slow. Always has been. Only improved temporarily when nobody was visiting. Just two bars of 4G. It’s the main street of one of the busiest towns on the NSW South Coast.

@JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

You have to love @telstra customer service who cannot answer a simple question of "when are you reconnecting my internet" They cut it off yesterday from a cockup, but cannot tell you when they will fix it, but that they will follow up with a case manager? #Oxymoron

My home NBN has dropped back to the back-up 4G sim, looks like a Telstra outage. It's working, but working with a container based environment you *really* notice poor multi-gigabyte containers ruining your day on a limited bandwidth link. :(

@RitaWilliams14 @Telstra If you were in Melbourne I'd recommend the @Telstra Port Melbourne store. I had an on-going account issue that I could not solve through their call centres or online chat and the Port M staff there fixed it in minutes. And the manager called me next day to see if I was happy.

@Telstra None of which relate. Your lot admit the problems are your fault. Same services etc for years. It usually picks up at 5pm, demonstrating your own tech was right. We're being nerfed to help business customers. Theft and Fraud from #Telstra & incompetent #ScottMorrison

@Telstra Internet and mobiles, internet is connected but extremely slow to the point where i can only load a couple of sites, and phones can't call out at all
