    @JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

    @Telstra When the VoIP phone function becomes disconnected inbound and outbound phones fail. You can still connect to LH100 web interface. You only detect these bugs when you try phoning in, or out, and your Internet stops.

    @Telstra @feegle12 This was happening 30 years ago. "I'll look into it" simply isn't good enough. What training are staff receiving to stop this? What actions will be taken? What measures are in place to elevate this issue for permanent resolution? It's not parliament. We want actual change!

    @Telstra Hahahaha…@Telstra has had 6 months to refund a product that was returned. I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time chasing it, but now on social media you want to rectify it? I’m sorry, but your customer service is awful

    @nickystevo I'm in Urraween and not had any problems here, I've had a couple of text messages saying Telstra are doing work in the area's of Eli Waters and Point Vernon so may affect mobiles, but other than that no problems

    @Telstra #telstra #telstramobile has quietly changed message bank settings. You no longer receive voicemails if the caller simply hang up at the end of recording. They exclusively have to press # when finished recording. If we were kept informed of the chng would have been nice..
