@JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

@formallypedro I have just sent my complaint about the extraordinary aggressive treatment meted out by a Telstra customer 'service' representative when I had the temerity to ask Why? it would take 12 days to repair the outage. The officious, belligerent bully said, "and, don't ask Why again!"

@TawandaButche1 This from the same Telstra that demands all its accounts are direct debit. They demand your payment, on time, even if their product is poor or just doesn’t work. They never offer a refund for the impact their lousy service has on one’s daily life & or business.

After being a @Telstra faithful for >13 years and my Victorian SME battling post-lockdown financial hardship, they were not only inflexible but also merciless when cancelling not just my service, but a mobile number I have held for 22 years #disappointing
