@JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

Just had joy from @Telstra - change over of credit card fouled up direct debit despite my best efforts. Telstra - no human involvement/technology only treated as non payment & threatened restriction. Regulator should impose real customer service on telcos @consumer_action

It’s mean tweet time again. 5 weeks later and I still cannot get effing voicemail turned off mobile phone (not in my possession) by @Telstra. It is a useless and cruel service for my Mum. Get in touch with me and for heavens sake just TURN IT OFF!

@Telstra my phone line and internet have been down for 4 days now. Have tried multiple times to get this resolved via technical support to no avail. The support staff literally say they are running test and will be in touch and then nothing.

@Telstra support is beyond hopeless. If I billed the amount of time I have wasted solving a problem, they would owe me at least a year of service and a fancy new handset. Building a great network is not enough - you need great custimer service to back it up. Do better.

I was just about to write a Tweet complaining about @Telstra phone reception in Nambour and then I remembered I changed to @Optus and I really wish I hadn't done that. What a joke of a phone service they are.
