@MichaelRuyg i had to get starlink service for power outages to maintain some ability to contact emergency services if needed. i have backup power. mad not to in a bushfire and flood prone area, sadly nbn co, optus, vodafone and telstra are clearly incompetent.

@Telstra not sure if Boost is still under your remit, but connectivity issues as punishment for not setting up auto-recharge is not a good look.

@FabClemm394 @Australis_Felix Howard sold Telstra which delayed Australian productivity and our gold reserves to buy votes to achieve a surplus that put Australia behind. Policies that still hurts Australia, Google Howard and the worst deal of the century.

@craigspeculator @Foxtel Telstra arenโ€™t much better. My mum had a mobile plan with them and hardly used. Something they could see from the monthly bills. In care because of dementia they insisted she would have to ring to cancel the plan.

if youโ€™re considering a mobile/internet service provider, stay away from @Telstra. their customer service is the worst iโ€™ve experienced anywhere and the service itself is ****. Does anyone know how to get out of a plan without buying out? Iโ€™ve actually had enough.
