@JaneCaro @Telstra I’ve been without ADSL internet for over week. Only solution Telstra has is change to NBN all will be wonderful! At least I managed to talk them into sending a technician to do just.

@Telstra 1 tab open here - your Speedtest web-site, which revealed 3rd world internet speeds in metro Sydney, as usual. You've changed your speed-test website to remove the words like 'Poor' in the results. Now there's no explanation of the effect of crappy speeds. Con-artists.

@Telstra Hi Michelle it's a technical issue. We have a mobile dongle for our home internet. Not working. No internet. If we do get service...cannot operate 2 laptops in the house at same time. Grrrr.

@Telstra I have to say since the advice Telstra was bringing all support back onshore it is an improvement to only have to go through two departments. It used to not help no matter how many departments they tried.

@Telstra I don't login via phone. I never do! I keep telling you people that. I only ever login to Telstra via Firefox on my desktop computer! One +only login method each and every time. Your system will not accept that! It keeps sending me a code on my mobile + I cannot login without it!
