@Telstra It’s slow. Always has been. Only improved temporarily when nobody was visiting. Just two bars of 4G. It’s the main street of one of the busiest towns on the NSW South Coast.

I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

  • LJPatton Laurie Patton is The Lucky General (@LJPatton) reported from Berry, State of New South Wales

The tourists are back and the @Telstra mobile service is crap in the main street of Berry.

  • 19860512Yeah Erk (@19860512Yeah) reported

@LyndaFrench19 @PRGuy17 @azahynes Reminds me of when I have an online chat to Telstra customer support. I always wonder whether I’m talking to a bot or a real person. Every sentence they write leaves me 😳.

  • govcomgroup Alun Probert (@govcomgroup) reported

Last word on @Telstra. Problem still not fixed, or even addressed. But just got sent an automatic message asking me to rate the quality service I had received. The scale was only 1-5. Minus scores not allowed. #backtowork

  • BirminghamAg Andrew Birmingham (@BirminghamAg) reported

@Telstra It’s basically unusable at night. And during the day hotspotting my Optus account gives me faster reliable service

  • parsleyfern pippa (@parsleyfern) reported

@ABCRural Andamooka, SA residents left without phone signal or mobile internet since late Tuesday night January 25. This small, isolated town only gets Telstra service. Getting conflicting information on what the issue is. Unclear on whether emergency services can be called.

  • Dangerman_2 Col Smith (@Dangerman_2) reported

In a switch from the fake @NBN_Australia and @Telstra scammer calls today's call was (not) from @amazon Prime saying my monthly fee was going to $39.99 and if I wanted to cancel a $29.99 cancellation would be made. I can see how vulnerable people fall for these scams.

  • Demons_Wow Demons (@Demons_Wow) reported

@telstra internet seems to be down in Pimpama Queensland, we just had a massive storm so that could be the cause but any updates would be great thank you.

  • averygrumpyjec1 Diamond 2 dome fighter (@averygrumpyjec1) reported

@Telstra how about you... give me the internet i paid for and then spend my money on useless ****

  • owh Onno Benschop (@owh) reported

@Telstra No, I think that it was real and that's the problem. Your outbound call system of authentication is not compatible with 2022.

  • parsleyfern pippa (@parsleyfern) reported

Telstra allegedly sent someone to fix the issue on Saturday Jan 29. And it was reset. This appears to be accurate as we got service for about half of that day. But it failed again and has been down since. Apart from one 20 min period.
