fanpengry🐧 (@peeeengry) reportedLooks like Neil really was behind the Telstra outage. He literally sealed off the network. And no, I’m not just trying to seal the seals just because penguins happen to be seal food. What am I saying. #neiltheseal #telstra

Warwick Brown / CEO of HTMX (same thing) (@WarkickBrown) reported@eddit0r @OperationalInc1 Hey wait, if I live in an estate/apartment building that has non-NBN fibre and Telstra don't sell services on it, and I call them to order my USO-guaranteed home phone service and they say no, can I sue them?

John Woodcroft (@jonwoodcroft) reportedTELSTRA OUTAGE III This outage has severe strategic/security implications for Australia. If the whole of Eastern Australia's communications is knocked out by a single malfunction/incident. A major rethink of the configuration of communication infrastructure seems in order.

David Marler (@Qldaah) reported@FetchStep It doesn't work that way inside Telstra. I've worked there. There are so many layers of management it's next to impossible for a technician to speak directly to a CEO about a potential problem. That's my point here. Listen to the technicians & build it with more resilience.

RAAF VIP Aircraft Movements (@raaf_vip) reported@NZ_Trav Poor blokes were running on near empty batteries by the end of it, and struggling with video lagging courtesy of the Telstra outage, but it was still good.
