    Anyone else getting calls from supposed Telstra advising because of naughty people corrupting our internet service that we will be cut off for 15 days. Little do they know with 4 girls in the household I’ll be better off. Ohhh if only it was true. Seriously though be careful.

    So, just been on the phone to @Telstra , about the crappy NBN service. Even though this household switched over 3 weeks ago, the service will be experiencing "difficulties" until July 19th.

    @Telstra I have reported the issue to Telstra, in some detail. Someone from Telstra was meant to call me back yesterday, they haven't. Never mind about the 'speed' of my service, I virtually have no service today.

    @connor_daren @Leel06Lee @Telstra Never put your account on direct debit. After failing to properly transfer most of our services to our new home Telstra continued to debit my savings account for the full amount. It took numerous phone calls & store visits to get the acct sorted which took 4 billing cycles

If your a Telstra mobile customer then you get Telstra air included aswell as wifi calling & in Montrose my phone drops out all the time so wifi calling is needed but agree Telstra are rogues,nbn just available for me too and if it’s no better than the 7mbp I get I’ll 😭

    @xskinn @golly_golledge Yeah I've been getting scam calls from "Telstra". Each time they try a different scare. Folks be alert. If in doubt hang up and call Telstra.

    @Telstra I checked my mum's phone the wifi was enabled but not connected else where. I'll check my sisters phone when she comes back because she has a strongest hotspot. If the problem still not resolve, it must be someone in Frankston downloading Chris's files or the cable is corroded.

    @jbugs14 @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU I am with Vodafone for my mobile. I don’t like them and the service isn’t good and they are just shit. Home internet with Telstra and gog fully converted to NBN so far so good

    @Telstra It improves when I go into the city. It seems to be a signal issue in Brunswick! I would normally say it may be something to do with the walls/building but as Optus works perfectly fine I can’t see that being the issue!

    @drew_keychange @rick_rampal Belong...el cheapo Telstra...using all Telstra infra, so usually good as gold...so much crap trying to load onto every page you open these days that it can't possibly function properly...the recipe sites etc just hopelessly compromised with ads, impossible to use them these days.

    @emmamariehorn Have been getting them on my iPhone 5-15 times daily but have been the ‘voice Mail’ scam. Just overseas scammers buying throwaway numbers and using a bot to mass spam. Telstra seems slack at addressing the issue.
