Telstra fuckups are like bad luck, they always come in 3s. I'm being billed for O365 with no warning previous free offer had expired. 10 digit account numbers allow access to different products compared to a 13 digit one. Getting an Apple Watch on a business plan is a major PITA.

@Telstra Quick update on this, went to a Telstra store to sort this out, and although it can take 24 hours to confirm the resolution, it looks fixed for now. I'll update tomorrow on the sequence of events if no further issues. @Telstra

If anyone can help please do. My dad's @Telstra account is in the process of getting hacked and after four days of calls with Telstra we just received a message from Telstra that they are moving the account to the hacker! Does anyone have a contact that can help us?

@Telstra I have spent over 19 hours since early September trying to get my service fixed. Now I have tried to ring re my bill to query charges that sud have been credits. I have been told by a bloody computer that there is a minimum 40 minute wait to speak to a human. Disgusting
