    Telstra fuckups are like bad luck, they always come in 3s. I'm being billed for O365 with no warning previous free offer had expired. 10 digit account numbers allow access to different products compared to a 13 digit one. Getting an Apple Watch on a business plan is a major PITA.

    3 countries in two weeks using a dual Sim phone, Cambodian, Singapore, Malaysian service no problem swapping cards in and out. #Telstra won't register on the networks can't get SMS despite paying for it!!! Australian's need to wake up the place is buggered SFA works

    Telstra 3G network has been shut down in my area to make way for 5G - 3G network is being turned off Australia wide by mid 2023. Some areas are starting to disappear earlier than this time line - Why?? Europe still allows access to 2G!!

    @Telstra Thanks Dan, still down this morning but I am on backup and Telstra has texted to say that they are adding additional data to the backup whilst they work on NBN. So Telstra are aware of the issue now which is good news.

    The Telstra mobile tower servicing my area has failed. My first thought was I hope the outage lasts all afternoon, so the scammers cant call me 🤪

    @Telstra I would like the new technology modem, that’s how Telstra could help. Loyal customers get left behind it seems. With Modems nearly 5 years old.
