JFC! I order new phones from @Telstra. I get 8 missed calls & a voicemail from Telstra Business Centres. I waited 12mins to find out Kelly wanted to tell me about their exciting products but she was busy with someone else. @andy_penn I feel like a commission cheque not a customer

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported from Newstead, State of Victoria

@hipstergeddon @Telstra I finally found someone competent. Hopefully I’ll get a resolution tomorrow.

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported from Newstead, State of Victoria

@Telstra The specialist team never contacted me despite the message here that it had been escalated to them. So many failures from your side in handling this matter.

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported from Newstead, State of Victoria

@Telstra I wasn’t getting anywhere with the complaints team lead. I lodged a complaint with the TIO. They told me to work with Telstra to resolve the issue. The team lead is insisting I deal with the TIO. That contradicts what the TIO says you should be doing.

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported from Newstead, State of Victoria

@Telstra I have suggested times she could call. She always calls at other times. She never calls back within the windows advised by colleagues. Email is the most efficient way for us to move forward at this point.

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported from Newstead, State of Victoria

@mattgillard @Telstra I’ve found chat is the best way to get shit sorted with Telstra these days. The transcript is very helpful in case of problems down the road.

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported from Newstead, State of Victoria

Telstra fuckups are like bad luck, they always come in 3s. I'm being billed for O365 with no warning previous free offer had expired. 10 digit account numbers allow access to different products compared to a 13 digit one. Getting an Apple Watch on a business plan is a major PITA.

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported from Newstead, State of Victoria

@Telstra I can also give them the TIO complaint # when they contact me. The team lead I was dealing with insisted on sending more boilerplate about me emailing my DOB and refusing to acknowledge I’d authenticated over the phone. I don’t care who sorts it out. Email me a concrete offer.

  • RErbium ruthenium 🌿 (@RErbium) reported

@RichardfromSyd1 @Telstra My credit card details should have been removed when the service was originally cancelled early July! Clearly they haven’t been!

  • danieljbaird Telecom Destruct Bunny (@danieljbaird) reported

i was fully expecting the support agent workflows to have no solution for this. i was ready to give up on it. but they fixed it. incredible. big orgs with a bazillion small customers CAN give them proper support if they want to. looking at you @telstra & @Qantas 🤬

  • thejamalhakim Jamal Hakim (he/him) (@thejamalhakim) reported

So a scan call just tried me on. It went like this: Me; hello this is jamal <weird internet noise> Him; this is David from Telstra about your Internet Me; … are you really? Wow from where? Him; I’m from Telstra. Me; really? Fab Him; <hangs up> I never knew I had net w Telstra

  • RErbium ruthenium 🌿 (@RErbium) reported

I contacted the Complaints Dept yesterday and was assured someone would contact me today however no one has contacted me about this money Telstra has stolen from my credit card. I just rang again however it seems no one is able to resolve this problem! Give me my $643.99 back!

  • RErbium ruthenium 🌿 (@RErbium) reported

@Telstra I had $643.99 taken from my credit card yesterday for a service that was cancelled earlier in July. The service/SIM was never activated + I don’t have an active service with Telstra. This is tantamount to stealing. It is not your money to take, + I did not authorise this

  • inomes Simone (@inomes) reported

@Telstra Magically the signal is now restored...

  • filmycavity007 filipe (@filmycavity007) reported

@Telstra All good now thanks. I did check for slow or outage info but none. Ok so thanks

  • RErbium ruthenium 🌿 (@RErbium) reported

@RichardfromSyd1 @Telstra I have! They said they’d need to cancel the card and it would take up to 7-8 weeks to resolve the issue and recover the money. That’s not satisfactory. And besides, Telstra have taken this money unauthorised. They’ve stolen it from my account. I don’t have a service with Telstra

  • wheels002 Kerrie B (@wheels002) reported

@Pat1066Patrick Telstra is crappy and I can’t wait to switch. They don’t just have slow NBN, but you get no NBN with Telstra and often for days on end.
