  • c_verdicchio Christian Verdicchio (@c_verdicchio) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @Optus @VodafoneAU Still on the phone for 30-mins and this is a mess. All your staff have no idea. Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

  • dgr_dgr Daniel Rose (@dgr_dgr) reported from Cairns, State of Queensland

    @HansOrph @deccles26 @NBN_Australia @Foxtel NBN outages is one of the reasons I selected @VodafoneAU for my NBN provider. 4G backup kicks in automatically if the network falls over. Worth considering changing to them if you need/want seamless internet

  • Daniel__Nash Daniel (@Daniel__Nash) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @VodafoneAU Nah. I think I might just cancel my service. Your website is showing an address i've never lived at. Don't think I trust Vodafone anymore. Cheers.

  • TrentRosen Trent Rosen (@TrentRosen) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    Well done @VodafoneAU for being on the front foot. As a long term customer, receiving an extra 5GB data until end of April is appreciated to keep connected

  • trimbowlme Fresh PrinceofBelair (@trimbowlme) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU @Speedtest I'm getting 9.4mb/s down wireless which is fine for me

  • tatrooster chris lloyd (@tatrooster) reported from Sunshine Coast, State of Queensland

    @VodafoneAU How about giving ALL your loyal customers #UNLIMITEDDATA at this time, would be a really big help..

  • jwdew jwdw (@jwdew) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    Nobody answered the phone so I had to physically walk to your branch to speak to staff and have my question answered @VodafoneAU #complaint

  • c_verdicchio Christian Verdicchio (@c_verdicchio) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @Optus @VodafoneAU Hi @Optus I have DM you guys just waiting to hear back! Turns out you also have not updated the new deal for my wife either. Really really poor. If this doesn’t get sorted today will be returning phone and going back to @VodafoneAU or @Telstra
