@VodafoneAU phone stolen overseas. Can't get an eSIM, can't log into my account, can't access my bank!!! Been on the phone for 1:30hr - still no resolution. Why can't I log into my account to sort this out?? Really poor experience.
Hey @VodafoneAU I'm really not a fan of this SMS a link to log in feature. 1) Don't SMS authentication, it's bad in so many ways 2) There are many excellent 2fa options available 3) I can't send the link from my phone back to the desktop I was using without it getting previewed.

@VodafoneAU another wasted day with Vodafone NBN support team. Still no fix on service and no one calling to update. Called 3 times today to be told someone would call back within the hour. Each call a different person and hours wasted #vodafail #badservice

@stilovemen @DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU Sadly, the connection on them is often unstable(if I can phrase it that way?). Like I would get packet loss on games, so I doubt they'd be a good option for streaming.

At least they cared enough to look into the matter, unlike @VodafoneAU that just told me to shove in a new sim card. Was a baffling experience initially with support, but I'll be sticking with them as there is really no better alternative, and their support is at least responsive
@VodafoneAU my nbn is about 10x slower than it usual is, it’s running like ***, been doing like this for 2 days now fix!🤬
@VodafoneAU My mobile broadband has stopped working and you’ve changed the login process without warning to SMS only - this is inappropriate as my phone number is with a different provider. So now I suddenly have no Internet.
