@VodafoneAU Im aware of the reason used. I am also very aware of the fact that Google no longer support this phone for new Apps. Im aware of the multitude of issues with this phone. Im aware of the arrogant attitude of your staff. Im aware they find it amusing to tell me to buy elesewhere.

@VodafoneAU my wife has switched to telstra becoz of your poor coverage in my area and it has now been 24+ hrs since the port request was done from her new telco..... poor form seeing you always seem quick to chase people on overdues or other outstandings!!!

So, my elderly, 70 year old mother, has JUST had fraud comitted against her name by the @VodafoneAU corporation, by one of their over sea's exploited cheap laborer's they call CUSTOMER SPPORT. /1 ~~~MEGA THREAD!~~~

Almost 2 weeks now using my @VodafoneAU mobile internet instead of @Optus home internet that I pay for. Absolutely useless, no help whatsoever, they make contacting them so difficult to demoralise and drain you. Worst telecommunications company ever honestly. Pathetic.
