@VodafoneAU Your call centre is useless! I’m pleased I have now managed to cancel the auto top - up and will never have to deal with Vodafone again. Way too painful
@VodafoneAU Also your option for pre-paid on the phone supposedly goes to post paid so passed around! Not a good experience. Should be able to do it online or at least quickly on the phone. This is terrible.
