    @HansOrph @deccles26 @NBN_Australia @Foxtel NBN outages is one of the reasons I selected @VodafoneAU for my NBN provider. 4G backup kicks in automatically if the network falls over. Worth considering changing to them if you need/want seamless internet

    @VodafoneAU appreciate the offer of free data this weekend due to last issues but as a customer on ‘unlimited’ data, it makes no difference to me. Maybe a separate offer for those impacted on unlimited plans?

    @VodafoneAU Free data weekends equals nothing for free if one never uses up their monthly data anyway..... Discount off the monthly bill would be better 💰💰💰

    @VodafoneAU Just wondering if there is still outage problems in Springfield Lakes, Qld (4300)? Since the major vodafone outage we have had zero signal in our house, street and surrounding area. We have to travel a few kms just to get any connection whatsoever.

    Hey @VodafoneAU , free data doesn’t make up for the outage 2 weeks ago but even if it did. Your network can’t even keep up, all day my phone has been spotty at best

    @VodafoneAU No need, my contract is up this month and I've already started looking elsewhere for my next upgrade. My issue was not only with the outage but the 'gesture of goodwill' that doesn't effect a bulk of your customer base, myself included
