The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra Hi Kunal! Don't know what planet you're on, we're lucky to get 10Mbps down 0.05Mbps up. Instead of forcing customers to talk to call center staff who don't even work for Telstra, why don't you send someone round to my house to sort it out? Thanks for not fixing my internet! 👍🏻

@oliver81308288 @Telstra So you live by Their morals, their code; it's a bad joke. Dropped at the first sign of trouble. They're only as good as the world allows them to be. You'll see- I'll show you. When the chips are down these, uh, civilized people? They'll eat each other.

@SeriouslyTim @telatra Thankfully, being a serious cheapskate, I've never had the misfortune of being a Telstra customer.

From my @Telstra ‘For this upload speed issue I can book a technician for you but what they will do is they will check your line remotely and they will place a note that service is working hence cancelling the appointment and again from the beginning we need to start’ 🤨

Must commend @Telstra for their outstanding service. Lost our phone line and internet connections yesterday morning and less then 24 hours later all is fixed. Shoutout to Tin and Hansel for their help.

Alrighty, apparently there's an issue with a new modem Telstra has sent out. If I try to connect to it directly there's a driver conflict and my computer crashes. I don't know how I'm going to get new drivers for it though, so I'm in a pickle. Anyone got a spare CD-ROM?
