    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    I'll be honest. In Australia it's as simple as getting a 10 buck starter pack and activating a new number. That'll give you a month of pre paid service and on telstra, say, 3 to 6 gb of data. But whatever you go through wifi anyway.

    @Telstra hi, just got a call from 0448574336 to say they were from Telstra internet support. I don’t have Telstra and when I said stop scamming people they hung up.

    @Telstra Your own techs have confirmed it's a coverage issue. I'm done with the gas-lighting from #Telstra . @Telstra must be replaced.

    @anotherjohndoe1 @Aussie_BB I could not agree more. Very happy with there service and such patient, polite and courteous staff. @Telstra are refusing to refund a $360.00 credit. Aussie are simply the best. Oi Oi Oi.

    @Telstra No need. I found a work around about an hr after I tweeted and then your service came goood about an hr after that so I switched my system back

    @Telstra No-one A telecommunications company that can’t communicate, a messaging service to resolve problems that I have to keep repeating myself to. 24 hrs of repeating myself and no closer to resolving my issues!!! How can you be a telecommunications company!!!!

    @Telstra Hey Jay, seems ok keep in mind this was impacting the whole town of Orange. Although we got a sms to warn of the upgrade, not being able to track it on the Telstra outage site was disappointing. Bad timing as well with Food Week
