The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra how do I stop automated text messages about upcoming direct debit payments? I’ve never failed to pay. Can’t see any option in my account settings, which suggests I might need to block your number entirely.

@sackers1 @Michael_60 @nicksplitter Nah. It was all about the old Telstra/AFL streaming. They just forgot to update it. And as for having an aerial, ours damaged years ago and never had a need to fix it - until the Brownlow. Thank god for illegal streaming.

@AFL @Telstra Dogshit entertainment. Some second rate performers picked cause they were indigenous. Woke, lefty, virtue signalling crap.

@Telstra With all due respect, how offering unlimited data to customers can lead to misuse and bad customer experience? We got the most expensive plan, run out of data and now, we are not able to accomplish our work. No solution given by Telstra. This is VERY BAD customer service.

@Telstra Hi Angie, yes that’s correct but the option to do so is not available in the app which I believe may be because I am a business customer.

@Telstra @Telstra_news your Claremont store may be the worst store in Australia. Your processes to get a new phone a diabolical. Three visits and more than 3 hrs just to get a phone (no data transfer) but you managed to take my money in 10s👎🏽

@Picketer My FTTC is very unreliable, maybe @NBN_Australia will care enough to do what their own techs recommend, and we'll get reliable service. When it works, it's consistently great - getting what we pay for. When it doesn't, even our crappy Telstra mobile connection is better
