The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@DoubleD2691 @NBN_Australia @UnQuietAust Not missing out on much being unable to get Skymesh. We’re in the Yarra Valley-1 hr from Melb CBD but 20+ yrs behind in tech services. We ditched truly awful Telstra ADSL for Skymesh that’s just OK except for ‘latency’-IT code for doesn’t work at all for a random 2+ mins / hr.

@Telstra Hey Telstra. today I have had three dodgy calls from a call centre overseas( Indian/pakistani sounding) pretending to be from you guys! I have an unlisted mobile & I'm also an Optus customer! Optus said you should do something about these fraud pranksters!

@HolbrookKym @Telstra It is infuriating beyond measure @HolbrookKym . Dozens of families isolated with zero signal. Can you even imagine how the elderly are coping ?? They’re not at all. They cannot navigate this at all. I am enraged.

@matt_piggott @Telstra It took me months to get a refund and many hours on the phone on hold. I haven't had a worse customer experience ever. I'm very happy with a lower priced service with better service now. Telstra just doesn't understand or care. Be prepared to be extremely patient!

@Telstra Thankyou Emily, the fault lies in the unsatisfactory service we have experienced. Then there’s the frustration at communicating this to your service team. I was disappointed with how my complaint was handled more than anything else.

@Telstra It’s not very helpful as an end user. My critical dependance on connectivity needs a better solution than a feedback app for beta testers. We haven’t had a carrier update for a while or are they not notified now. I went through months of trouble with @apple / telstra last time
