    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    Spent two hour online texting to @Telstra to get my wifi from continuingly dropping out. Its looking like starlink is going to be my go to. No landline cause they'd never fix them now no internet cause they can't fix it. Not happy Jack. But they did ask me to do a survey.

    @tofar1 @Telstra Had to actually get Starlink in Melbourne suburb and now awesome internet with >200Mb downloads. Telstra NBN usless and their service is even worse #TelstraTerrible Soon will be changing phones to another provider also.

    @Telstra Aka, use my Telstra Mobile app, and start again from scratch. So I cannot keep using my laptop, and I have to type on a tiny mobile keyboard. Typing out all the details of the problem.

    @Telstra Tori I am not sure you can . Telstra does not help . I am trying to speak to someone and after bots trying to test your patience for half hour you are puton hold@for@the call to drop

    @Rawalak_Farms @Telstra Wifi calling is important unfortunately as I use a yagi antenna for signal.and mobile don't work in the house. I used to swear by telstra but they've been going backwards

    Need patience try connecting to Telstra. Call your gp or someone you see to treat your blood pressure after that . Patience they say is a virtue but I am not sure it applies to Telstra.

    Telstra at it again with the **** internet! Sorry lovelies looks like I will have to do a replacement stream again! Did I mention they still have not updated our plan that we paid to upgrade? for hm idk 2 weeks now? each time we called they would say 24-48 hours and still nothing

    @DASHGMR @OzraeliAvi The Court has said if the linked email doesn’t reveal the identity, the internet service providers (eg Telstra) can be made to reveal billing details for the online address

    @Telstra Please escalate this. There is an error "Connection Refused". Your TAPI server isn't included in the pre-authenticated firewall rules. Your network engineer will need to fix this.
