The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Oh please TELSTRA!! Get your Act Together. I'm on Android Phone and the signal up NW Australia is just Pathetic. Have to keep continually switching between "3 G only", 3g and 2 g auto connect, and 4g 3g 2g auto connect. FIX IT UP !! Pathetic.

thats the issue once a public company has alot of assets when it goes private everyone gets a small cut here and there, then you invite the parasites to dine on a table in victoria, same **** as telstra, thats all it is ******* parasites, their intelligence is lacking

@bigstiffwood Tpg has never steered me wrong the times I’ve been with them. Only ones I’d probs steer clear of is Telstra/Optus.

Thanks for the service @Telstra They sent me a text on the weekend saying our nbn was down and they were sending someone to fix it. We didn’t notice anything amiss bc our internet was still working. Tech arrived today - our bunnies had chewed through an nbn cord. 1/2

Andy Penn .. from Telstra .. at it again ... selling off major part of Telstra to 'private' companies. Why? Because they can make money out of it. Aren't Telstra 'supposed' to be about providing an 'AFFORDABLE AND RELIABLE' telecommunications network for the Australian people??😡
