The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

Wanted advise on what to do about phone. Was told i was a liar and did not purchase phone at that store told to get out in a screaming voice by manager. Very poor service u have lost a long term customer. Went to optus because telstra had monopoly Dont shop at Norlunga optus.

@samsuth1 @tinopai Rough! You should check fibremax too. Their plans are ~$10 cheaper than other providers. Great service too. Mate. have some great plans and bundling discounts if you put your phone with them - they are a MVNO on Telstra.

I wish @Telstra would fix their pre- paid activation portal. 3 sims tried and a phone call to their call centre, and no one knows why there is a glitch. IT form created with a 7 day wait. Fun.
