@alexanderdanilo @NBNCo @Optus I had a similar problem where the ntd and all connections would drop out daily at 5am. After three months of educating nbn and Telstra they finally fixed it up in the Townsville data centre that was killing all leases at the same time. Garbage network!

@Telstra Thanks and that’s all understood, but is Telstra being at all proactive in involving law enforcement agencies, given that scammers are clogging your network and ripping off some of your most vulnerable customers?

@Telstra @rescuehorseneah How come the scammers have better roaming services than Telstra? Been trying to contact for and fix for a week to enable SMS roaming but you keep saying "check the SMS code we sent"

@AmyRemeikis Put in a complaint to Telstra or the provider about poor service . Get a SR number and tell them you are going to the Telco Ombudsman . Put in a complaint online with as much detail as possible , dates and times of poor connection, complaints and cost . You will get a response

@AmyRemeikis I live in regional Victoria. We have a Telstra tower but it has been conjested for 2 years. We ended up getting the landline reinstalled and going over to Skymuster. NBN couldn't help us and Telstra wouldn't help us.

@Telstra Been on chat for 1.5 hours and it allegedly escalated to third line support, but then the chat just went silent. "It'll be another 10-15 minutes" 20 minutes ago. Precisely how crappy is your support?
