    @RonniSalt @Telstra Oh wow. Reflective of ever rural customer anywhere. I think I have punted them to the Ombudsman at least five times now, & escalated that to stage 2 twice. I swear I have “absolute evil *****- get rid and fast”somewhere on my records because once I get thru...it’s action stations

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Switched to Optus after being a lifelong Telstra customer. Have never looked back. Excellent, responsive customer service.

    .@Telstra - For crying out loud.. trying to help an elderly client upgrade her NBN service.. The phone call has been going for the last 47 minutes.. Jesus christ.. You need to get this process quicker for people.. The lady lost 83% of her remaining life on this freagin call.
