@Telstra 1/2 how a company, from a safety perspective, can get away with offering a disgraceful regional service and not be held to account by the powers that be is staggering. Being able to get service in this day and age should not be a bonus it should be a given.

Absolutely over Telstra. They clearly don't want to have any personal contact EVER with any of the poor sods who are their clients. They would prefer us all to just deal with their AI. God forbid they should actually have to interact with any of us great unwashed.

@Telstra It's outrageous that customers can never get to speak to senior management in Australia to let them know the problems they are experiencing. If they actually deigned to speak with customers, they might find out why they are moving to other telcos.

@telstra Another wasted 1 hour and 42 minutes. I'm trying to run a business here. The problem I have is still not resolved and I'm back to battling the AI to try to get to a real live human being who might be able to help me with my problem. IInet here I come.

@Telstra I Signed up for a plan and my phone hadn't arrived in 2 weeks.There has been no contact as to why. Called the Qld number I was dealing with (I'm in W.A) and they had no clue how to fix it. They told me to call 13 22 00. Waited for 40 minutes and was hung up on.
