    @dannolan Got an outage at the moment that neither Telstra or nbn are willing to cop to which is great. The automatic diagnostic for Telstra says nbn outage, but the phone staff say it's fine.

    @basell_allan @Telstra My mum was a telephonist with them from the age of 17 until retirement. She alway went out of her way to help people. Even walked through the BNE 74 floods to get to work to do her shift.

    @FlatEarthGang @Telstra I just give up. Even the messenger service connects with someone who clearly does not have English as their first language. And they are a "communications" company. Their incoming CEO promised to "bring it home". What crap.
