    This is now the second weekend in a row where @telstra hasn’t worked in Westfield Miranda…surely reception hasn’t gotten worse since the lockdown? When you still have to check in and your data doesn’t work… Get your **** together Telstra!!

    @Kermitron @SWrightAU @Telstra You shouldn’t *have* to do anything - but it’s worth noting it only kicks in for zero NBN signal. If there’s something, even if it’s worse than 4G, then it won’t fire up.

    @Telstra Spent days trying to get reconnected after your accounts team messed up. Had to drive 50 k’s to nearest Telstra store. Demanded some sort of apology for the poor customer service from corporate. To date have an email from a rep with a phone number that doesn’t get answered. A+

    Set up a new internet service a couple of weeks back. Nothing but problems with my new smart modem. Tried to set up Telstra id to troubleshoot. What a joke. Why do you make it so hard @Telstra

    we have backup phone connections. The majority of our mobile communications go over @Telstra and we have one backup service with @DodoAustralia. a few days ago I upgraded our handheld uhf radios with the addition of a 5W handheld unit. UHF radios are our last line
