    @Telstra yes Luke, you can ask yourself or your superiors how charging a $15 late fee helps people pay their bill.. if they couldn't get the money on time by the due date, how will an extra $15 help?

    @masericha Many are not aware who owns Foxtel, an appalling network, was Packer, Murdoch and Telstra - the 3 worst of their kind in the world. Once I left Telstra, got rid of Foxtel ASAP, sport is the only thing keeping them going, all else is available in abundance and cheaper elsewhere.

    Hi @Telstra no mobile service from 5am Sunday at Poochera/Cungena SA. Can you assist urgently? Have messaged on Facebook but 2 separate employees say we're all good... Not, we're not good and that's according to me, my partner, my daughter, her husband and many others??

    @kcostalos @Optus Kristina Optus is a malakia of a phone service, I’ve been with Vodafone for about 15 years after switching from Telstra to Optus@& then to Vodafone.

    @Telstra I am really lost patience now after chatting almost every hour with the new agents who picks up the chat and promises me to fix but no results.. It would be good to talk to someone who can fix the issue...

    @della79 Interesting. Weird. I have never had to pay as I am with Telstra and get free access to Netball/AFL/AFLW/NRL. Increasing the cost seems pretty dumb.

    With the amount of constant complaints we all see about @Telstra you would think at some point in time they would lift their game. Once again not listening or caring about resolving a problem..just a compliance answer. Please give a crap Telstra. #bringbackaustraliancallcentres
