@Telstra Yeah you can train your technicians instead of making them read from a script to me for 4 hours, while im stuck with no internet, its bad enough you guys dont care about my town enough to give us nbn you want to force us all onto satellite nbn which is just inhumanely slow

@Telstra we have 2 outages last week, 1 today and 1 in this Saturday!! Do you know we still need to work and kid has online classes from tuition?! Do you have to arrange 12hs outages during working hours just so you can reduce your costs? Very disappointed with your service!

@NoelWhittaker @Telstra Years ago I learned that you first complain to the telco and then you have to escalate it to the ombudsman and then the telco will fix the problem. Only way it works.

@minecoder @Telstra I was told the same thing and instead moved providers. Why offer a digital service that makes it more difficult to use than a standard sim card.
