when things go wrong, surely I'd spoken to the Telstra Technical Department before. All the other ISPs are resellers apparently (and look, some are). Apparently at the local exchange they'd noticed that my internet was generating "lots of errors" and so it needed to be fixed

@Telstra @adelaidenerd Very poor communication to your customers in 5170 @Telstra. I live alone with a husband that works away so to not be able to make/receive any calls or text messages for nearly 3 days now is very concerning to me! Especially with absolutely no warning.

@Telstra im pretty lost by the treatment by Telstra. You do not return calls, maintain your app chat or return emails. You add services to my account without asking and expect payment. Then you won't respond to assist me. Very poor standards for such a big company

@Telstra I don't know. I haven't signed up for anything. If I see anything I don't like on my next bill there will be trouble. Still can't find where to manage my mail boxes. New system is a disaster for the older consumer. 😡
