    @Telstra @telstra my new work-iPhone went in for repair & now been missing for 2mths now. Belconnen store won’t answer my calls. Had to go in to be told it had been lost by Star Trek but @Telstra can’t do anything. At my wits end. I’ve been a Telstra customer for decades. This is rubbish.

  • Hildyard1905 Grantley of Gobsmacked (@Hildyard1905) reported

    @Telstra So your support team whilst doing some work deleted my number last night. Whilst trying fix it, they've deleted my other number as well. They have given me a random number without telling me. And complaints say they are too busy and will be at least 24hrs??? Wtf?

    @LennaLeprena Have a look at Telstra Boost. You pay up front for 12 months. Pay $200 for 150 gb and all texts, calls included. Plus about 20 o/s countries. Telstra network. Worth a look. On my second year now.

    @Telstra @Telstra I never said I asked.

    @LennaLeprena Totally agree, we have crap phone coverage at home so we always use Wi-Fi, as you, a 5gb plan would do.... It's just a rort that @Telstra don't have small data plans for people that don't need large amounts!

  • iMarkPhillips Mark Phillips (@iMarkPhillips) reported

    And so the @telstra saga continues. Turns out Telstra's porting systems have been broken for 5-6 weeks according to their Porting Team. They also confirmed they never ported my number correctly 6 years ago. We konw that from last week but they still haven't 'fixed within 24..

  • ColinTheMathmo Colin Wright (@ColinTheMathmo) reported

    @Telstra Thanks for that. The block has now been removed, thanks to my ISP getting in touch via a different route. The problem for me, now, has been resolved, but the issue remains outstanding as to why my email to postmaster bounced. That's potentially a major flaw in your system.

    @LennaLeprena Telstra are the worst robbers of all. I ditched them years ago. I know some don't have choice with providers due to area. But when possible avoid like the plague.

  • Madmanacrossth1 Madmanacrossthewater (@Madmanacrossth1) reported

    @LennaLeprena Try Aldi mobile. I have been with them for 18mths. Uses Telstra 4G network. Several plans. I use the $15 3gb pm and it rolls over any unused data to next month. My better half does the next plan up $25 pm 10gb. Free calls to Oz landline and mobile.

    @Telstra Update: 5 Hours later and Telstra has still been unable to rectify this issue. How useless can you be at business that you can't do something as simple as take money from your customers?
