    @sofa_stream @Telstra @NBN_Australia The outage down here was real and the guys told me to restart my modems. That appears to have fixed things for the time being!

    @Telstra @Andie1100 That's what I like to know. The last person didn't hang up and did a very good job sorting out my problem. Took 1.5 hrs but was pleased with the result so far.

    @Telstra Myself and neighbours have done it all before, for years they tell us all we're in a poor service area and nothing can be done. I got even worse from around 3rd of June when they claimed to be upgrading local telstra over 6 days we're lucky to have any service while outside

    @Telstra Nope. I am told to wait 24 - 48 hours before someone will contact me. It is a ridiculously slow process that increases my frustration. All I want to do is make sure I pay my bill ontime every time! Why is that so hard?

    @Telstra Slow speed and dropouts. Several INC logs but the keep closing them saying they fixed it. Changed modem numerous resets. Sick of it. Bloody poor service. Sent complaint email. Will also follow up with ombudsman.

    @Telstra I've a 84 yo father living in Conondale has heart surgery and hasn't had his phone fixed for months. No phone just a old soldier guy...he writes to you, he rings he never gets looked after. Very sad .
