@Telstra It seems there is a problem with Telstra Network. I have been using a broadband 5G Simcard + ZTE 5G Modem for the last 3 months and suddenly became so slow. I reset the modem and start the computer and nothing happened. Outage? I like in Woodberry NSW 2322

@ScoopsMegan Strategic Comm Venture? WTF! Telstra bought Digicel which provides mobile comms to 6 Pacific nations so China couldn't. IT HAS BEEN UNAFFECTED BY THIS INCIDENT. If the CCP wanted to take out Digicel, they could do it in a heartbeat, and it wouldn't require physics-defying bombs.

@Telstra It says something about a network update may interrupt your mobile service Mon 24 jan 2022 7:00 AEST to Sun 30 Jan 2022 6:00 PM AEST… so I guess we don’t know exactly what days we will be out and how long… yesterday we didn’t get any warning when it cut off… just had nothing.

@Telstra So folks can expect no service until 3 February? Very poor indeed. So the phones are still not working (both Telstra and Telstra WS) and won't be for 2 weeks - would've been nice if the effort shown in saying there is nothing wrong actually went into fixing the problem.

so @Telstra have been in contact, wanting me to put together a business case to put in a mobile tower in my area. @Optus put one in last year and didn't need my help to do their job. We're all switching to Optus. I'm not doing your job for you Telstra. 14 yrs of **** service

@XboxSupport why has Australian server pings tanked over the last few days? I get 7ms to Telstra in Xbox edge speed test page but 149ms in the Xbox test network settings. I have two xboxes. This is killing xcloud. It use to be super responsive now it’s unplayable.

@telstra fraud dept I need this fixed. The account still has a link to a internet account which is still operating. I have been told the suburb and their email. My daughter has sold her car and needs to purchase her new can’t until this is fix @telstra

@Telstra Thanks Bek, after a good hour waiting yesterday and then 40 mins on the phone I managed to upgrade my internet speed. Honestly, it really should be a 5 minute thing. Dreadful service for your customers, but hey ho you keep checking Twitter! Thanks
