    @Telstra Still having issues in Paraburdoo, some residents reporting issues with texting and phone calls. 4g is completely unusable so have to switch to 3g for basic web and emails. Not happy Jan!

    @ausretrogamer @KoalaMattress @Telstra Telstra's customer service over the phone & even on Twitter and Facebook is full of angels... but there technicians are bad at their jobs in my area. The technicians use the equivalent of band-aids to fix a leaky pipe.

    Just upgraded my iPhone 11 to 14 via @Telstra with an old grandfathered account very messy. Customer service (Dhanwant) was great.

    @Telstra - colleague and I currently in Tokyo on business and both only getting 3G. Whether it’s you or Docomo at fault, this needs to be sorted, or at the very least, we shouldn’t be charged at normal rates for substandard service!the helpline wasn’t helpful.

    @Telstra oh it's just the service is so bad in Scone that i essentially can't access my bank after abour 2pm every day. most other websites load slower/poorly between 4-9pm, connected to wifi or off phone data. theres never any faults/work/outages reported your end, it's Always like this
