.@LindsWebb @Wil_Anderson A live in Telstra tech isn't a plus, trust me. Son of someone who worked in their tech side for 53 years. Even he couldn't nail down reliable home internet or having phone signal on his home office.

Credit card was stolen recently, once again the two hardest places to update: @Telstra and Myki . Telstra - can only update one service at a time and wait days for it to process. Myki, just like last time, failed transaction on old card, requires manual repair.

I think I’m going to open a bottle of wine and just drink it while I work. Currently been on the phone with Telstra to resolve a missing invoice (and they concede there’s a problem at their end), for 40 minutes. Fark they’re useless. #Telstra

@NBN_Australia why is it so difficult to get issues rectified? I’m stuck in a loop between you and @telstra. Two years on and our nbn is still slow. It shouldn’t be this difficult.
