    @Telstra today is my last date to pay the bills the direct debit didn’t worked. Solve your damn errors if you don’t have developers to do it let me know i know few people who will solve your errors.

    Hey @Telstra, your support in the 24x7 app is simply the WORST. My account was closed in December and I was charged again in February, attempting to get a refund is somewhere between pulling teeth and a broken record.

    @Hullafuzza @Telstra Our nbn is also out. Looks like all of Ferntree Gully Vic. The website says there is an outage and it was supposed to be restored by 3:00am this morning (Wed 31/3) but it’s still out at 8:20am and the website hasn’t been updated. What’s happening?

    @Telstra Resolution was to be: A call back to me between 12:30 to 3:30pm today to resolve 3 issues. 3-hours; I wanted to be generous. No call back received. <sigh> Why did I choose @Telstra? I'm trying to think... @Optus are you better over there re customer service?

    @aaronmoodie @Telstra I gave telstra the flick last year and haven't looked back. Plenty of cheap MVNOs reselling their network that are just as good - perhaps less coverage on paper, but in practice I haven't noticed it (even out bush)
