  @Telstra Thanks for following up . I’m surprised this is news to Telstra. It’s well-known that Telstra just doesn’t just service Elwood. Most cafes offer wifi because everyone knows how poor telstra is. Been that way for a decade.

  So Southern Phone has been taken over by “Energy Telco” Those of us on its Telstra based service told goodbye. Over 30 people in NSW have apparently lost their jobs. Contacted call centre to check my options, gave up because foreign accent at the other end was unintelligigible.

  @myGovau Go digital they said. What that has got us? MyGov, Telstra, Optus hacked. Stolen identities, etc. This isn't even 1% the problem. Why keep pushing something that causes many problems & stress to everyday ppl? Tracing private citizens every move is the objective.

The company reported financial results on Thursday.   My @NBN has been down since 9am & they won't come to fix issue till Monday - 4 days (2nd time in 2 wks)! My Telstra hotspotting is weak. Time to hook up with @starlink Issue here is local installer charges an arm/leg etc to install sys on roof etc. I may have to suck it up.
