    @Optus removing discounted movie tickets for a less than equitable solution is incredibly shocking and service levels. OptusSubHub? Laughable. We all have Netflix, Stan, paramount already. Don't need Optus to "bring them together" shocking. Nay very move to @Telstra for this

    Trying to cancel my internet; A @Telstra Story. Call via their app, says the robot voice. Ok says Dar... It then hangs up on me after 30 seconds.

    @Telstra In app team unable to resolve my request, despite >2 hrs of messages back&forth. Phone team able to fix it in <5min. Yet Telstra actively discourages use of phone team. So frustrating!!

    @Telstra A closer look means what? Same as the last guy? You all know what the issues are because I have relayed the same problem at least (reservidly) 100 times. Telstra are not pleased until people are driven mad with frustration then brushed off.
