@topguNtv @Aussie_BB @Telstra They definitely seem to have dropped a yard of pace from their earlier blindingly good service. Sad times.

@domm @jonathannen Lurking but thought I should share - Verizon is the Telstra of US. AT&T is the Optus - OK in cities and bad elsewhere.

Jay Ball (@JayBallzup) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@WildMN_34 @SWrightAU @ItsJustBaxy I had similar issues with my OG. Could never get it working. Traded for an X. Might be worth doing the All access thing with Telstra and then upgrading to Scarlett next year.

Hey @telstra. We're in Ashbury. Yes, your site confirms the internet & our Telly is all down. Kaput. Dead. But we knew that. Twice this week so far. Good thing we don't have to pay exorbitant amounts each month for this 'service'. Oh, wait...

Hey @Telstra, how does this work... I cancel a broadband cable that I’ve had with you for years to avoid being forced onto NBN, and instead I commit to you for 3 years with home hub. And you want to charge me cancellation fees. Please explain the sense in that.

@OperationalInc1 @Telstra I was switched 24 Oct. was great got a few days. Then got this problem. Seems Middayish. Which wouldn’t be volume related. Tho the sms sends me messages that there are problems at 9am, when it is perfectly ok. Someone has really FU.

@Telstra Nope, no reference numbers or anything. Was told my ticket would be left open so they monitor the issue and promised a call back in 24 hours which - as far as I can see - I have not had. My internet is also not working, again.

@Telstra Sadly I am now unable to get to a store for 3 to 4 weeks. Due to living remote. My issue is still live after 3 weeks and now I have a new contact person. Cmon... with 7 people I've rang, 2 stores I've been to, 2 people I've emailed. Still nothing
