@Telstra Yes i tried on my phone also same issue. After i put in my email and address it just says something went wrong everytime.

@Telstra Are you having issues with your website? I cant activate a new sim it keeps saying 'something went wrong' i have tried 5 times now and i try to contact you using support and it wont let me it just takes me to home page. Full on bugged it seems.

I opened the Telstra app on my iPhone this morning after not using it all night and it has fixed any loading issues as it seems to open ok and doesn’t take a long time to load and update.

@Telstra - your so called Gold VIP help message service is failing miserably. Either employ staff who can understand a basic problem or don't bother. All you've done today is waste my time.

Asked @telstra for my call data back in August. They said they sent it. Asked for it again today, they said they sent it. Asked again...they said I needed my husband's permission to get it. Is it just me or does Telstra have an issue determining customer from hacker?

@Miss__Squeaks Surprising, I've usually only heard my Aussie mates talking **** about Telstra. Lesser of Two evils, I guess. It's like AT&T and Comcast here state side.
