@Telstra So question if someone says there phone has no service and they can’t receive or make phone calls why would you call that number? I managed to get service for less than 2 minutes (it’s gone again) and the missed calls and voicemails came through. Seriously.

@Telstra Good job, cretins. NBN down but I'm ok, got a 4G failover. But failover not working. Why not? Because the dongles have an expiry date & Telstra doesn't replace them before they expire. Telstra waits until I notice & call them - in an outage. C-suite sheltered employment

@LewisHoldenNZ would have been Telstra, but it decided to invest by another means, and ultimately the RMA and Councils made the costs of installing a full third network seem prohibitive

@AlboMP I gave up on the NBN and Telstra after being ping ponged back and forth between them - both blaming each other for our poor connection. Loathe is not a strong enough word I have for them. I’m on @elonmusk’s Starlink now and enjoy huge and consistent speeds for work & play.

@Telstra No. I can't find my case ID. I can't login... All I get is the PIN page. I have the right PIN. Would be nice to login. She told quite a few others are having same issues.

@Telstra issue seems ongoing with log-in using two step authentication with the pin. Never had issues before I set it up. When I contacted mytelstra the lady et others problem at your end.

@BelongAU Hey Belong, your Indian call centre don't quite understand my question. I want to better understand what you mean by "We use part of Telstra's Mobile Network". It sounds like you don't have access to the entire network?

@rick_rampal Pretty hard to here,most regional areas don't have any coverage accept Telstra. Because I go away working, I usually keep a Telstra prepaid going,just for when bush.Optus not bad around Cairns,but once up in the Gulf, forget it.
