  @Daniel_J_Kelly @Telstra Don't ask for tips from Telstra as getting no information on the website, after at least an hour pushing buttons to get to a real person and getting to a real person who didn't help, the only answer for the person I helped to turn off voicemail was to leave Telstra

  @KymLouC Agree. Never forget changing my landline and requesting it be private for reason of protection. Telstra listed it in the white pages anyway. Twitter, I love discovering ppl's values, opinions and what they believe rather than their image, name, rank and other superficial trivia.

  @HippyMA2 @KatyKray73 Denial? There hasn't been any proof yet. If JM really is PRGuy, we'll only know for sure if Telstra release the details. Apparently your hero made 26 errors by posting without a VPN. Probably due to their arrogance. But started using it once Avi started legal action....

  @Telstra @victornorthhead @Optus Very poor performance all I wanted was to talk to a human and basically after many goes got to someone who had no idea and didn't want to help.

  Back on Twitter after 4 days of no internet. Had to drive 300km to buy a cheap telstra phone and sim as a back up and now hotspotting. Lost pay, fuel, accommodation, food. Expensive outage. Why do we rely so heavily on something so unreliable?

  @jindivik @MarkThommo352 @Telstra Have done that. I recently upgraded to 5G. Thinking the main problem may be that I am in a ground floor unit surrounded by taller buildings so signals drop out or weaken.Surely there is a solution.

  @Telstra when will you finally fix your network at the @karrinyupcentre? Your coverage is atrocious throughout the centre, to the point where people need to leave the building to use your network.
