    @Telstra was having trouble with my private number being displayed, you said you would fix it.WRONG you have blocked all numbers calling me and not my number when I phone out. You had one job.

    @Telstra If only you realised the importance of a broadband connection for customers who are working from home with family during lockdown here in Melbourne. There is an anger I cannot describe. The work required to re-establish the service took hours.

    @Telstra @MrSamPeth I had the exact same issue. Was then told it was fixed about 6 times by different reps - this wasn't the case. I had to re-place an order, only to find out my phone that I pre-ordered is now out of stock and I have to wait who knows how long.

    @Telstra Other numbers are fine. When it happened previously I called Telstra and reset my phone but it was fiddly and time-consuming. I am hoping thrre is a better, permanent fix. Don’t know where the message emanates from.

    @Telstra Nope - Telstra can’t help. No ETA. Just ‘processing’ which is the same status for days now.
