    @adambspencer The Telstra method of automatically ending the call at 59m:59s, regardless of whether you are speaking to someone or not, then spending 20min re-explaining the issue many times to get back to the person you were speaking to, & then rinse & repeat is a very specific level of hell

    @Telstra After another round, Internet seems to be behaving. After another ‘background’ intersedence of unknown origin. I believe that I am due a substantial credit for the ridiculous amount of time I have spent on the phone when the problem has been solved from within Telstra.

    @Telstra I’ve been able to recharge for the same price this time- unclear whether it is the plan or Telstra staff control that is limiting my access. I’m sick of trying to keep tabs on the problems this causes me - limiting purchases, employing people, zoom sessions

    Silence at #Telstra surprise surprise(NOT). Data download problems the same, #Telstra care factor abt the same at 0.6. Now into 5 months of complaints and they are still unprepared to solve their inability to deliver a service they charge$ for.

    @Telstra Nope. I tried very hard to get help for a serious problem with my account but the people on the telstra helpline were actually no help at all so eventually I changed to Optus.
