@noplaceforsheep they really are hopeless, and rage inducing, and totally inexplicable. i once had an argument with telstra about the existence of the phone i was calling them from. "no sir, your house has never had a phone, you must be mistake about what you are calling from"

@noplaceforsheep Strangely enough, Telstra is the one government body I don't have trouble with. The others are all in a line stretching around the block - especially DVA & ATO.

@Telstra24x7 we have made 3 separate calls over the past 3 days regarding no internet with the promise of a “callback” all of which were broken promises. Overall we have spent 3.5 hrs on phone trying to sort YOUR lack of service! Telstra reference number 10553995.

@Telstra how and who do we contact to have the cable connected into the pit. The lead in line has been damaged and 4 hours on chat to support which netted me the same result ... nothing but nonsensical repetitive questions is infuriating. Who can we call? Anyone else know?

@Telstra Hi. No they haven’t figured it out.I’ve sent them your lead in support page. I keep getting different agents and I keep asking them to read the history. It’s a simple and clearly directed request but it’s circle work since 8pm last night. I have a support ID if I can DM?

@noplaceforsheep My family myself never been with Telstra for internet we are with “Westnet” company based WA never ever any problems over many years since computers introduced for us!my son had busy business very never had problems rates are very good also NBN posted modem son connected!

@noplaceforsheep God I wish you all the best trying to get anywhere with Telstra. A friend works for them, here’s a tip demand to speak to a manager and tell them how angry you are with the service then demand some form of compensation for your time and aggravation . See what they offer you 👍
