@Telstra yes Luke, you can ask yourself or your superiors how charging a $15 late fee helps people pay their bill.. if they couldn't get the money on time by the due date, how will an extra $15 help?

@masericha Many are not aware who owns Foxtel, an appalling network, was Packer, Murdoch and Telstra - the 3 worst of their kind in the world. Once I left Telstra, got rid of Foxtel ASAP, sport is the only thing keeping them going, all else is available in abundance and cheaper elsewhere.

@della79 Interesting. Weird. I have never had to pay as I am with Telstra and get free access to Netball/AFL/AFLW/NRL. Increasing the cost seems pretty dumb.
