    @GusWhyte @Telstra Gus, slightly diff topic but check and see if can get Starlink for internet. Only avail (at moment) where doesn't compete with Nbn, but very fast. Joke In Syd Nth is that Terry Hills is zoned rural so they access it, whereas others nearby have slow nbn

    @Telstra our @foxtel NBN has been down since Tuesday, after 3 lengthy phone calls we’ve been told we’re a priority…but still waiting is 4 days a priority?

    @telstra had to laugh, I just watched an ad on TV where “Tom” from Telstra rang a business customer. Can you let me know how I reach Tom when I call Telstra with a query??? I always get a call centre in Malaysia.

    still have internet issues. hooked up my telstra stick to the computer and will use that for now. something going on with router, or provider or NB* - who i won't name because then they pick up on the tweets. so far i really can't find where the problem is

    @GusWhyte @Telstra Locating accidents is not just a remote area problem. My neighbour telling me about a horse accident where amb Vic were demanding a street address for an horse riding accident in a state park near Macedon . Strangely reluctant to ping his mobile. Eventually they did

    @telstra any eta on the tower fix in Airlie Beach? The mobile 4g has been incredibly slow all week. Call centre person said fault was being repaired.

    It took @Telstra and @NBN_Australia 20 days to get the NBN up and running on the south coast--there were 2 faults they had to fix further up the copper lines. Top speed is 28mbps but I still have to pay as if we get 50mbps. 😞 Fibre to the premises better speed up.

    @Telstra your customer service is amateur at best. Like dealing with a dodgy cheapest deal telco instead of the biggest company with priciest plans
