I want to complain about hie **** the @Telstra internet services, combined with @NBN_Australia but I know they're just gonna tweet back the same bullshit, and do absolutely nothing to fix anything. Australia is a first world country. Yet we have 90th world internet.

@Jo00961243 Thank you. Yes I have purchased our recent IPhones & watches from J&B but Telstra insist they won’t switch me to 5G unless I go Direct Debit. I’m a gold member, who has never missed a payment, receive reward points, but still Telstra refuse to upgrade me to 5G unless DD

I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

@telstra has bigpond email been shut down permanently??. Unable to send messages from set up accounts, or set up any bigpond email on a new device. A lot of business still depend on an @bigpond email address.

@Telstra It feels like my phone is still like this, I have had no service no data since Christmas Eve. As soon as I can get to an Optus store I will be closing my account with Telstra, so over paying for a service that is not being provided.

I think @Telstra mandatory autopay to pay sucks. No option to pay early doesn’t matter if I have never missed payments. It nope autopay only and you will love it. #telstra sucks

I hate phones so much. Telstra's telling me that I need to recharge to keep my phone number, but I never use data, and I never call/text people who don't use Telstra. But I wanna keep my phone number, so I'm just wasting money for no reason. Guess I need to use my data more often

@Telstra Yeah that’s a good option so I now have to drive the three kilometres into town to get service to redownload the app. Awesome.
