Telstra should (and must) have spares readily available for all of its systems and installations. I get an outage of a day or two, but Kununurra is a remote location, and

    @Telstra I am in the US with a roaming day pass n had ongoing issues since arriving 2 weeks ago. After numerous attempts, Jennifer from technical teams fixed the issue yesterday. I woke up today and it's back as it was. Very frustrating. Can anyone help pls?
