@Telstra I was not given details, merely promised a call back would happen as I had requested. Previous case managers have not fixed the problem. Incorrect bills and late fee charges for over 3 months now.

@Telstra I've missed some detail of done something wrong. It's sad pathetic and incredibly deflectionary when you as a corporation are so very well aware of your astounding lack of pride in service and customer care. The glaring outages all over the country and the inability to supply.

Hi @Telstra, two months ago, a council tree fell onto the @NBN_Australia cable connected to my house, snapping it. Can I please get in touch someone local to contact me? Really, really struggling to get your O/S Telstra support and local NBN support on the same page. Please help!

@Telstra It was the NBN page, not Telstra page which had the update. Apparently the outage is across most of Leichhardt. Maybe the footpath replacement guys have cut through something.

30mins on hold with @telstra and the line drops out. Again. And that after wasting time with its “help” bot that’s no help at all. Sick of this.

Telstra fined $1.5m for not letting customers keep their phone numbers but it should have attracted $250K per Customer thats $1.05Billion seems a paltry fine of $1.5m just lets them get away with anything. Fines are there for a reason just slaped them on the fingers
