Confused & saddened to see @Telstra #Malta #Melbourne DoS "If your destination isn’t listed in any of our calling packs and you have used your 30 minutes of international calls, you won’t be able to call that destination again using your service until .. next month"

@cjhogbin @chrisprimod @AlboMP Turnbull still clings to the idea that the NBN should have been left to industry. The problem was that industry didn’t see enough ROI and Telstra, who monopoly owned copper thanks to Howard, was not going to invest without Government subsidy ($15 billion in 2006).

@NBN_Australia I know there is an outage. I don't want to be told to contact telstra or check the outage page. Why have I had no internet since before midnight and when will it be fixed? 3135

@cjhogbin @chrisprimod @AlboMP A monopoly of infrastructure - but a competitor of service provision, for which it’s competitors needed access to its infrastructure. What a mess!!!! Rudd made a rational decision in the public interest to end the Telstra tyranny and invest in the future.
