@knightd73 lmao nobody is signing up for telstra for their points program, but if you’ve already been with them long enough for free **** why not

  • chriscowa Chrisco (@chriscowa) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@telstra hey i am trying to pay a bill but your online service not working. Also I tried to set up direct debit.

  • sokitomi 🇦🇺 David Connolly (@sokitomi) reported

@farmercate2 Okay thats the end of my technical support, kinda like Telstra huh.

  • Matt_Tulk Matt_Tulk (@Matt_Tulk) reported

@LusciousLani @Optus so for mobile I used Boost now (excellent part of Telstra network retail not whole sale) Internet superloop excellent no no drop outs - Got rid of Aussie Broadband after they blamed my drops outs on there network issues. I have had hassle free services now.

  • AllergyWhispers TheAllergyWhisperer & COVIDshouter (@AllergyWhispers) reported

Hey @Telstra Again, 4G mobile service to Mallacoota is down to 3G & intermittently NO service. This happens every year over the Xmas & Easter school hols. 1,100 permanent residents and 6000-8000 visitors can’t contact Telstra staff about this by phone/website. #TelstraDoesntCare

  • misullivan Michelle Sullivan @mis@aus.social (@misullivan) reported

@theprojecttv The problem here is not the bank.. it’s the mobile service provider.. they can easily stop the spoofing of the message thread, they (Telstra) have defused for years .. and worse it’s *simple* to stop!

  • edmundpelgen edmundpelgen (@edmundpelgen) reported

Hey @Telstra stop understaffing your retail outlets. You lost me as a customer today. Four hour waits at retail stores for simple service fixes is unacceptable. An Apple Store with hundreds of customers can sell me a MacBook in 15 minutes.

  • PetaWessen Peta Wessen-to 1q7 (@PetaWessen) reported

PHONE SCAM Very subtle but I was 95%certain #telstra, #OptusSport It started about identification of blocked numbers and problem of calls to a fixed line. Then it started checking my postcode then the last numbers of my credit/debit card. SCAM ALERT That's wrong I hung up.

  • AlistairKBirch Alistair K Birch (@AlistairKBirch) reported

@markhumphries In the bad old Telstra-monopoly days, I was charged $400 to connect a phone line, just so that my ISP could cancel it and take over the copper for ADSL. And it was an existing building, just the previous tenant did not have a phone service. NBN is cheaper than what came before!

  • Appit15 Appit (@Appit15) reported

@paintsandsings @MichaelWestBiz @PwC_AU Unfortunately its become commonplace in all sectors. The worst I've found, so far, is Telstra and their online form. Very hard to get past, I'm NOT a customer, I don't want to download an App, I don't have a no. etc! I was reporting a broken manhole.
