    @Telstra , you have one of the most incompetent porting service. I had to chat with 3 agents just to port my number and had to start from scratch providing all the details again and again. There's no sense of urgency in any of your agents. The incompetence is gross.

    @Neilhoh @Telstra Ha. Their social media team is very good. They don't always have the power to fix, but can't fault the responsiveness, to be fair. They're always helpful. I'm not sure if the Smart modem is a dig at me, Telstra or the modem though :)

    @Telstra we lost our NBN service and residential phone line on 1 Feb 21. #INC13246752. I have since wasted hours trying to get the problem fixed. Your 'service' is astonishly bad. Yesterday you sent me an invoice for February, when all I was expecting was an NBN technician. SOS.

    Called @Telstra customer service; got an automated task sorter that put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me.

    @MarkMcGowanMP can you please do something about the woeful cell service for the perth mandurah line. Please work with optus/telstra to put repeater cells or something. It's 2021 and unable to have stable connection for majority of the train trip is pretty crap and impacts work

    @AlanBixter I've been working from home for a year and the past week my internet service has gone to ****. Telstra. No idea what the issue is either.

    @Telstra was without internet for half a month. $3.05 compensation for a mistake that you created, refused to acknowledge and fix, and then undersold and lied to me about. good job
