    @telstra reported today that my landline/internet was not working. Advised that the earliest a tech could come was 27 April. I find this unacceptable being that I'm not in a remote area.

    @Telstra Complaint raised 14/04/22 no resolution yet: complaint # in our DM's NOT impressed with Telstra's behaviour: I was polite in raising the issue, taking time off to investigate issue in your system at your store and providing sufficient info for this to not happen again.

    Internet has been a bit flaky off and on for a while, just discounted it to being a "rural member"... Got a call from Aussie Broadband, they noticed and booked someone from NBN to come out and have a look tomorrow afternoon... Definitely something you'd never see Telstra do...

    @TheGoatTax60 @warakurnakid That was based on Telstra upgrading the network to fttn with government support. Telstra only wanted to do that if they could then set higher prices for competitor access. LNP called fttn fraudband back in 2007, then rehashed the idea in 2013.

    @LofayPeter I aged ten years when we were with telstra.. every month the a/c would be different .. every month I’d spend hours trying to get it fixed .. moved to optus never ring them . A/c plan always the same no added charges

    I think the scammers are using me to train new staff. Just had a call where it took about ten seconds for the person to put on their headset or whatever. When they started their spiel they got as far as "this is [name] calling from The Telstra" and then it just cut out.

    stay away from these frauds @Foxtel. In bed with @Telstra and make it impossible to cancel subscriptions. Terrible. How many others out there?

    @Telstra Also can you please advise the best avenue to make a formal complaint. I have been trying to get my Foxtel from Telstra sorted since the start of February and every time I think it’s sorted another issue comes up.

    @Telstra I tried to stay with Telstra. Had a technician booked to check my outage issues. They never came. Just said the issue was resolved via text. Great customer service. Have now moved companies. Useless #telstra #nbn #internet
