@Brodhe A slightly different issue though. This was names and email of employees from 6 years ago. LinkedIn will tell you more about the people who work for Telstra. our emails aren’t exactly hard to figure out, they’re just our names and the domain.

@Telstra Rang up from a mobile. A better deal for my mum, I had a gut full of Telstra. Sometimes your service is good, but then again your service really suck. Had better service at Norwood Parade Telstra Shop. #unhappyshareholder

@Telstra i have tried that already and it felt like i was talking to a bot and not a human and then they told me to get the platinum support tier at a extra price to get further help which i found very piss poor.

@virgotweet I've just had lunch with a friend who "tried" to get into the our local Dept Of Transport. The queue was all the way into the car park, literally. Mostly optus customers. She like me is a telstra customer. Optus is becoming a damn nuisance for everybody.

@abcnews This is very poor journalism by @abcnews ... Telstra itself was not hacked, but a third party which was offering a rewards program for staff had the data breach in 2017.
