11 1/2 hours of lies today from @Telstra, plus 2 hours yesterday, promises of reconnection but guess what they cant. They expect me to stay after all of this ****? Asking for months to get a tech to transition and they dont. New ISP time

@qldtrials @Telstra I've been with telstra/bigpond/foxtel for 20 years and deadset only had a handful of issues and never waited longer than 10mins on a call. Maybe 15 at a stretch while they helped. Foxtel probably worst of a decent bunch. Have needed a box replaced with them which was a paib.

@telstra @cityofsydney hi, reporting again re terrible hum that seems to emminate from your building in Liverpool St Darlinghurst (seems to be virtually human-free site except some guys working via abseil recently on the north side). It is a disturbing sound ? you @AlexGreenwich

@acccgovau Is this a joke? I work in the space and rest assure prices haven’t come down and speeds haven’t increased. Worse, the like of Telstra & Optus have often moved to reduce speeds. Sorry, you’re talking to the wrong folks.
