@Telstra I've just had a stream of this SMS spam. Please stop. Where is the unsubscribe? It's ridiculous that I'm about to block Telstra for spamming me. Shouldn't be forced to open a help ticket to stop spam. I'm trying to do you a favour. teenagers in the house happy to swap ISP.

@Telstra I need help now! I work at night! I am a writer! I am sick to death of Telstra. Your system stinks! I login via my desktop computer to Webmail. Your system triggers an alarm because I am using a desktop computer for goodness sake! Get your system sorted out IMMEDIATELY!

@Telstra I've already dmd my details (so to can see them if to go to DM me) and was then told to open a help ticket. I'm sorry but requiring customers to open a help ticket to stop spam seems unreachable.

At least when I whinged to @andy_penn someone who didn’t want to palm me off to another chat agent got involved and solved the issue, but here I am in purgatory because #vickibrady isn’t on Twitter. So @Telstra - can you step up to the plate and look at my issue?

@Jodz_R @Telstra @NBN_Australia Oh wow, that’s terrible. The mind boggling thing is, this worked when we left, then we come back 8 months later & now it doesn’t. Perhaps NBN Co should pay for our mobile data :-/

@9aaa73f0 @RonShamgar Agreed, but probably gets waved through through given Telstra/TPG network share deal. I don’t think ABB would go after it unless it was a good price since it’s still embedding OTW.

@Telstra As I said, I am now using gmail, it's utterly ridiculous. Don't know what I am paying $180 a month to Telstra for; that includes email service. Been messed around for weeks now since you deigned to introduce login via mobile as well as Telstra password for sign in via desktop.

@vexenis1 @barbvee @PRGuy17 Many of those things are not direct management of government- let us break this down for you Quarantine - Federal Funding - Feds and state (state seems to be doing it) Ambulance - Federal via Telstra Logistics - mainly down to hospitals But you can just keep hitting nails
