Anthony Strahan (@Ant_Strahan) reported@Telstra What do you mean the modem? And what about potential congestion on the network. Could that slow things down?
-
Skyliee (@SkylieWilde) reported@Telstra I've troubleshooted and tried turning it off at the modem, but it will still cut out multiple times a day. Lucky to get a solid hour where it doesn't stop working.

Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported@Telstra Let’s start with trying to turn on international day pass. Data in but I need wifi to activate? Logged into the Telstra app but I need to “return to the Telstra app” to confirm my iD? That’s a terrible customer experience and I shouldn’t have to explain why it’s bad.

thealphaswarmer (@thealphaswarmer) reportedDigicel is the worst network in #Fiji - I hope @Telstra do something about that - go back to #ClaytonChristensens book and introduce some value chain evolution, service is pathetic and the coverage is intermittent and this is consensual go ask a sample dataset of 5000 people!

Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported@Telstra Why can I not connect with someone in the app’s chat service?
-
Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported@GhostofBen22 @fictillius @Telstra You miss the point. I had great reception. Then it dropped when I changed nothing. After hours of conversations w/ Telstra they conceded there was a maintenance issue they were not reporting on their service status page. After several more hours I got a year’s credit.
-
Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported@Telstra I can’t call you and the app “help” service asks me to call. Which I can’t do.
-
Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported@fictillius @Telstra What’s an “at home allowance”? Fyi I don’t have a tv and I’ll never go Telstra for nbn. Even though my wholesaler buys it from Telstra because they’re 30m away.

Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported@Telstra Another free #cxtip for you. After a very long text chat with one support person I shouldn’t be asked to then contact the “billing team”. There should be one customer service conversation, not be passed from “team” to “team”. It’s not a customers job to integrate your service.

Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported@Telstra I highly recommend it be tested across the international date line. And to rewrite all the app automated messages to be accurate. Not a good look being told I needed to phone when the real issue was there was no chat people to support my need to make calls while overseas. #cxfail
