    @Brad__73 @Telstra @andy_penn I am surveying 35,000 people in my area. Response? lots of individuals and business’s told NO OUTAGE by Telstra, when the OUTAGE PAGE clearly reveals outage. It’s clearly evident that there are incidents of Telstra misinforming many customers and a big impact on small business.

    @Telstra @NETDUMA Or just change providers. After almost a year of unplayable games, stuttering zoom calls, and sub par speeds with @Telstra I switched to Aussie Broadband. Enjoying 270 MBps downloads and NO lag issues. Zero regrets at tossing Telstra in the bin.

    Scams what out overseas callers telling you they work for Telstra and saying there is a problem with your computer or internet if they call you hang up on them

    @BoganFit @Telstra They should only slow the 4g backup connection if the fixed is down, report a fault and they should speed it back up to 6Mbps until they resolve it.

    Its been 3 days, I still can not open the app. Are there any issues with it? I need to upgrade my plan or I'll need to go to another company to upgrade since u can not access it at all @Telstra
