  I'm so glad I've never had this issue with @iiNet in the last 7 years it just sucks because they sent out a technician 2 days after I contacted them but their technician wasn't able to work on it since it's Telstra equipment

  Hey, @Telstra after being patient and courteous with 2 different team members for 1.5 hours the call ended abruptly from the agent, they have my number, the issue isn't resolved.

  @TheDanBarrett For the most part, it shouldn't make a difference for the average user. The only real issue right now is that smaller providers seemingly don't have access to eSIM, so you'd be limited to a Telstra, Optus, or Vodafone plan.
