Hello Telstra, I sincerely do not care if your backup internet services are meant to be just that, a backup; it is unforgivable, with a capital UNFORGIVABLE, for even a backup service to take 15 minutes for me to make a successful attempt at paying a PayPal invoice. Thank you.

Is there some sort of Telstra NBN scam allowing you free local, and mobile calls where they get you to write down a number and some other stuff? It was on a private number. Voice was a touch dodgy too. Otherwise I owe John an apology.

@RoadknightThe @Telstra Have you removed , cleaned the connections and then connected it back again the cable between modem and wall? Fixed a connection issue I was having years ago, then turn it off and on again just for fun

@OurNewHomecoach One. Livid ****** (is that two). Internet severed 9:10am yesterday during NBN upgrade. 145 minutes wasted getting @Telstra to understand that no matter how many times I turn the modem on & off, that will not fix a severed cable. But 👏to Tara from Townsville who understood.

@RoadknightThe Don't try & complain - you'll spend 12 hours on the phone, recite the same story to several so called expects & will still have no resolution, then they have to hide to ask for your feedback & then do nothing with it - no apologies no nothing. Telstra service is💩
