    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @ElizaBorrello your article on Starlink - did Telstra pay you to write that headline? You should visit regional australia and and try the woeful service if indeed you can get any. #starlink was an amazing lifeline for us, super fast and more reliable than 4G.

    @justgetnbye @jagungal1 @iiNet Aussie Broadband & iiNet use the same network facilities, usually services supplied by Telstra. The customer service personnel and actions are bound to be different, naturally. No excuse for iiNet sending out non-refurbed modems. That's just slack.

    @Telstra Thanks but that’s not the issue. Wasn’t fixed after 5 hours and 6 people later. Submitted a complaint and it still has them confused on how to fix it.

    @thespecialbka Telstra let Mullumbimby down - for an entire week when our town was in the heaviest crises - flooded - with people trapped in the hills, mudslides, roads washed out, when this town was in dire need to connect - we had nothing - no internet, no phones

    So one major stock pick that continues to work out for me is $ABB. Why? 1. I used it for years, great service 2. It's "new", the old guard is Telstra, and they need to be supplanted. 3. In lockdowns, what do people use? -> internet. Like, think about it.

    NBN out for a month. Tech restores service. @Telstra closes the ticket. Three days later, it has failed again. Have to go through entire process again. Is this acceptable service @andy_penn?

    Telstra mobile outage at Macquarie Fields since Wednesday 11/03. Very rarely getting one bar of signal.

    @RuncibleH It was amazing. Lost internet about a week ago, took 2 days to get us back online, something about 'mixed cabled' that an extra $20 per month would fix! Yeah, that's what they said last time. Telstra pit out the front fills with water, had suggestions to drain it myself. WFH? ffs
