@Optus @50_Billion_ppl How many times do you need to be told @Optus???? That page is for mobile networks, not home internet. And you should know that. It's a widespread problem apparently and you folks are simply denying it's an Optus fault. (Ps. My Telstra connection is fine.)

Telstra: Australia's worst company? I abandoned mobile phones a while back. Last Tuesday my partner bought a cheap prepaid for walking dogs in snake country. As a retired scientist she's no fool. After 3 days trying to register she got me to try. I too failed.
