    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Optus Dont know what my username is? But my fiancee who just moved to optus from telstra, myself & our supposed 5g Mobile broadband just chooses to work when it wants to. Same problems as the start of the month in april. Tower issue at ST Lukes school still it seems.

    @Telstra Yes, several times, usually when the speed is low. They help with the slow speed, but not the inconsistency

    @Telstra Hi there Our business phone has been out all day. We can't get any sense out of anyone at Telstra to deal with it. We need our phone for our work but no one wants to help us!

    @Telstra Havn't heard a thing from support, the last guys I spoke to on Saturday said to just wait, so he was suuuuper helpful. But no, no modem yet.

    @Telstra We had another go last night, ringing a different Telstra help line and after an hour or so they could see there was a fault in the line and a techie is here right now. Disappointing that it took so much time to get someone to take a genuine interest in the problem though!

    @BrentFord26 Gee I'd kill for $5. I pay $15 as a Telstra customer but rates seem to vary from $25 to $35. Either way the system appears to be working. My concern is that if we see a big split by sports. I used to watch a lot of rugby union when it was on but I'm not getting Stan Sport for it
