@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra The issue isn't that I have multiple accounts. Or maybe it is. The issue is that I can't get an authentication code because it's going to an email a/c and phone number that doesn't exist. Ergo I can't access the Telstra app. I called support. Was told I had to go to a store 🤬

@Telstra Why does an essential service provider in Australia now require us to register for an online ID just to pay a bill when they can't even create a webform that works on a brand new Android device? Let us all know when you fix the problem and we can pay our bills again.

@Telstra @Telstra ofcourse. Many times. They say the same thing; that issue has been fixed! And has auto forwarded all emails yo another gmail address. This is not a satisfactory solution.

Hey @Telstra your cust serv is shouse A simple esim changeover in store has turned into no phone for up to a week as the esim barcode won’t activate. All the store do is say “not my problem”& all the support people say is we can only lodge a form #thanks4nothing #youbrokekitfixit
