    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    Hi @Telstra, hoping you can help. I have a Punkt MP02, which is essentially Android (AOSP), but I can’t get VoLTE working on Telstra. Sometimes incoming calls will come in via VoLTE, but not consistently. Any advice?

    @Telstra, why don't your 4G backup routers work as claimed? You have to disconnect the modem (your tech's advice) before it starts. Also, what are the limitations re their use? What speed and how much data? My daughter's home network failed and the tech isn't coming for a week.

    Finally pull the modem out of the box to connect to @iiNet wireless and do you think it works? Of course not because they didn't activate it as they were supposed to. Going straight to @Telstra if it's not working by the morning, despite the lack of Irish accent.

    Took me 124 days to activate a @boostmobile SIM. A big shoutout to the literally dozens of different @Telstra customer support personnel who were unable to help, and especially to the one who refused to give up and made it his life's mission to resolve my case. Databases, eh?

    @Telstra it took 25 minutes to send an email with a 2mb attachment this afternoon in Paraburdoo. Ended up going outside with my laptop and using my Samsung phone as a hotspot and it still took as long. When are you going to acknowledge that regional areas have slow 3g/4g internet
