    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra @Telstra, these are add on services which are irrelevant if you don’t have ANY service. By the way thanks for your prompt delivery of a full bill that I could access only through my Optus hotspot. So many people here are disgusted with @Telstra.

    @AlboMP @dailytelegraph @AlboMP you need to check in with the people in the Northern Rivers. Fly up here they are not ok 🙏🙏🙏🙏. Telstra and NBN down from Lennox to Tweed. No one can ring for help. Saw 2 guys yelling in Telstra today saying they are not getting any assistance out there

    @Telstra HONESTY , TRANSPARENCY, ACKNOWLEDGMENT. Give us a timeline for restoration of phone and internet even if it’s a long time, be honest. Stop deflecting and defending bad service.

    The telecoms in Bundjalung are still utterly ****. NBN is down, Telstra mobile is nonexistent/shaky. We use Optus 3G/4G on my phone as the household hotspot. Can’t imagine how recovery efforts can function with this. I heard that Telstra towers have 2days battery backup only..

    @Telstra Coolangatta Qld internet is not available for almost 3 days now, I type in my address and tells me there isn’t an outage in my area when there is, everyone I know with Telstra in the area all have no internet
