    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @deniseshrivell @Chris_Murray48 @BreakfastNews my local telstra tower <until last year only provider with signal here> and the landline exchange do not have battery backups and are both on the same power feed as my house. so when the mains power goes out <regularly> so do all the landlines and telstra mobile phones.

    @Telstra I know, but being a technical infrastructure project manager I can assure you that a solution could be found and implemented. That would give a much better experience for Telstra’s customers within the centre. If you can add coverage in the airport train tunnel this could be done

    @Telstra Hey why do I get no signal in miallo when I'm only 200 metres from tower and on a 5g phone and this has been going on for years here no matter what type of phone I'm on and I'm only hour away from international airport

    @Telstra being serious here. #Westfields Miranda has always had a great or non existent #Telstra signal. Cell coverage is spotty to say the least. Did no one think to work with the centre to fix this over lockdown. #servicensw check in is a massive problem for some parts. Fix it!

    @Telstra I never wanted one. I was just recalling that there were many phone boxes around the neighbourhoods when I was a kid and these days I can't think of a single one in the areas I walk. I don't need one but if I needed one, I have no idea where I'd find one

    @Telstra I am very disappointed In Telstra. Completely unable to sort out an issue with getting more data for a mobile broadband device. Absolutely no help at all.
