    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    I use aldi mobile for my data and I constantly have problems with it dropping out in certain areas, and often in areas where the coverage should be perfectly fine, don't they use the Telstra towers?

    @k8jones11 @Telstra Thanks for the recommendation, Kate. Will see how quickly this issue takes to resolve, and if I’m dissatisfied, I’ll consider moving to another provider. If it’s on the same network & cheaper, why not? We need to save where we can these days with everything going up.

    @thegrumpypoof @Telstra I’m not anymore to buy outright. But Apple should replace your phone as they are manufacturer. They could test it for you at their Genius Bar. It might be a solution in the meantime compared to Telstra’s inaction

    @Telstra Well the job interview with Telstra was goddamned awful, Telstra vans driving in my street for three weeks then they come visit and tell me they don’t have a ladder big enough, more waiting, a truck goes through telephone line in the street, more delays getting it replaced

    @thegrumpypoof @Telstra As a result of Optus’ retail crap service I bought my iPhone 12Pro Max outright from Apple with no contract as I didn’t want to have disappointments again.
