@Telstra Telstra provide payment options, you have been made aware your app is broken, it has been broken for a while. You need to fix your app or remove PayPal as an option. Because otherwise people will expect it to work... like I did

@Telstra I have major problems mobile service. My meeting dropped out 10 times in 30mins. I have also been cut off during customer calls and have lost $500+ sales this morning alone. Signal worse every week. It was once/twice daily now 5/6 a call. Please fix.

@ianpmcleod @Telstra Telstra can’t fix their own line? Telstra still own the copper in my area, it has nothing to do with NBN. Starlink will be a faster resolution than trying to contact anyone from this point on I can assure you I have been dealing with this for years.

@RossFloate @noplaceforsheep Indeed. And the cable network they use, getting all the best frequency bands that would be otherwise perfect for internet, was the one Telstra one that is now the NBN HFC one.

@Telstra A technician was supposed to come out on Tuesday - never showed up. A technician was supposed to come out today between 8am and 12pm - never showed up. Doesn’t help that I can’t speak with anyone to sort it out. Five days of ‘chat’ with Telstra has me no closer to a resolution.
