    I’ve also raised a complaint with TIO. Having a child with a severe disability and epilepsy and not having a working phone service is not great. No one at Telstra or @BoostAus wants to take any ownership whatsoever.

    @Telstra Ok I’ve had five goes trying to contact your call centre, keep on getting told to go to your messaging services, which created this issue in the first place, looks like I’ll be moving my services to a new ISP.

    @Telstra I’ve been told it’s with IT and they need to do something on the backend. Whatever that means. My Telstra complaint number is 11334082 and TIO reference number is 2021/05/02548.
