Is there a worse customer service organisation than @Telstra? Wifi died. Not NBN fault according to Telstra. On-line to Telstra support from mid afternoon. At 7pm agent promises to reply in 30 minutes. 13.5 hours later still waiting. 2 people working from home must have wifi.😡😡

@telstracareers We have now had an internet outage for a week. We are in Sydney for goodness sake not in a third world country. It seems that you not only don’t provide a promised service but still charge to not get the service. No way will we use you for NBN. Do better Telstra.

(1) @Telstra lately has been so frustrating. Signed up for NBN for my new place two weeks ago, technical problem in store meant the order went through on Saturday. Told I would get the NBN box on Monday with a connection date on Tuesday.
