    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra $50,000,000 fine and still can’t get it right. Call centre is closed? Online team (they’re terrible) is available? I thought I was paying extra for service - where is it? Already spent 25mins today just to change one billing preference (shoulda taken 2 mins)

    @Telstra It’s not too strange at all Lauren as my neighbour, a Telstra customer also doesn’t have internet. I have reverted to 4G on my phone but I had issues to address on my laptop but no wireless on my laptop or tv

    @Telstra @JulianBurnside I suppose it looks bad when a celebrity highlights your disdain for your customers in a public forum. But even if you fix Mr Burnside's problem in good time, it's your company's approach to service that is the problem.
