@noshamecreative @EnergyAustralia Sorry you’ve experienced that! I don’t know when or why it became the modus operandi of so many corporate service providers, but my partner had a similar experience with Telstra. How can they reasonably justify doing it?

What a joke @Telstra. Your technical experts - as opposed to the first line call centre operatives who know very little - can’t phone to discuss complex issues. It all has to be done laboriously by text.

Any tech head friends out there? @Telstra is offering to upgrade Fiber to the Premises FROM Fiber to the Curb. Is it worth the change? Our plan goes up an extra $45 a month. Help me out. @adriansal80

@AlanBixter Had the same problem years ago in Alexandria (Sydney). Man came out and tore out all the lines leaving us with nothing. Found a Telstra exec on Twitter and a crew arrived on Sunday (SUNDAY) and resolved the issue.
