    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    It is easier to deal with the TIO to resolve issues with @Telstra than try dealing with their customer "service" team via chat. Each message is dealt with by different rep who has complete amnesia. If I don't have confirmation of a refund by the morning I'm off to the TIO.

    @ShazzaCook @chelsea_hetho I was with Optus prior to 2009, then became a 3 Mobile customer that year when I bought my first iPhone. I was very happy with 3 Mobile ... until the Voda merge. I became so frustrated I eventually went to Telstra. Costly sure but the coverage was infinitely better.

    @Telstra Hey @Telstra, can you actually wake somebody up and ask them why mobile service is down at #Junee? Whats the status and when it will be fixed? Almost 24 hours now & is a bit of a joke, especially when nobody at Telstra seems to know we have an issue.

    @Telstra I feel like I am in a Monty Python skit ... after an ongoing TEN DAY NBN outage until 9pm last night, you assured me the outage was fixed ... between 11am & 4pm today there was yet another outage WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION BY YOU OF SUCH OUTAGE

    @DaleKerr @chelsea_hetho If you don't have a contract with telstra, look at aldi mobile plans. Aldi uses the telstra network. Aldi is byo phone. The money you'd save, I believe you would be able to buy a phone outright every 1 - 2 years. I've been with aldi for more than 5 years. Yes I do recommend them

    While I'm at it, @Telstra's rubbish chat doesn't work if you block tracking domains with @NextDNS. Please fix that.

    NOW @Telstra ... between 4pm & 6pm I had wifi connection ... between 6-7.30pm my Telstra smart modem has restarted on 5 occasions ... since 7.30pm I’ve had a blue light on my smart modem & NO NBN ... MY ISSUE HAS BLATANTLY NOT BEEN RESOLVED!!! POOR FORM
