@hbowly Mac and Iphone. On january, even our iphone was hacked, and we couldn't make any call phone or text messages. We were in a Telstra agency for hours because the level of hacking was too high for them. They did like a reset and they could fixed our problem.

@Telstra Your website states there is planned maintenance in my area. I get weird issues. I cannot ring my daughter with both of us on Telstra prepaid yet I can call other people and they can call me. Is this expected or should I log a call?

1/ @Telstra I just received a phone call from someone saying they are from Telstra indicating there’s a problem with my internet connection ( which is true, it has been slow lately) She said she can fix 70% of the problem from her end but will need my help for the rest

@IanPolska_99 I haven’t had the many issues that others have had (we run a Telstra tv, perhaps that platform works) But content could be laid out better in the app it hard know what games are coming up etc. No pause/rewind Long delays on highlights or stream to watch later
