@Telstra I’m a gold customer (whatever that is )but been waiting on a call back quote for updated services since early Dec . Then held for 58 mins today to be told I would be called in 3 days. I can get $500-$1500 better deals w Optus & Vodafone will quote me?

@Pleasure_Lab I hope it’s not QANTAS @Qantas I was on hold for 4 hours then heard a message “This call is being terminated”. Rang back & on hold for a further 1.75 hours before some poor harassed call centre person answered. Vying with @Telstra for worst customer service.
