    @Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

  • raywilton4 Ray Wilton (@raywilton4) reported from Lennox Head, State of New South Wales

    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra Why change from the postpaid though? Or let me choose the date I get billed? After switching this month without realising there isn't even an option to make advanced payments has me looking at other service providers.

    @gabrielnothigh @Telstra wtf lucky

  • SupercruiseTom Supercruise Tom (@SupercruiseTom) reported

    @Telstra FYI I’ve spoken with a cust service rep on the phone and it was an issue last week which they thought had been resolved. This needs to be fixed ASAP, given the time of year. A cynical person might think it was a deliberate move to block cheap access to digital sport…

    @Telstra General login. I added biometrics and the next time I opened the app I get this constantly.

    I’m here. Ready for my appointment. They are telling a man who has walked in to buy a handset to make an appointment to give them his hard earned. It’s not going down well ‘Um, I’m a Telstra customer…’ I hear you mate, I hear you.

    Jeez @Telstra, i think your complaints department needs a complaints department of their own. Pitiful service, colour me shocked.

  • SoSBega Adrian @ School of Strength Bega (@SoSBega) reported

    @Telstra Surely in this day and age, there must be something to stop this from happening? I bet businesses in Newcastle and Sydney wouldn't put up with it? Once again, country regions just have to put with poor service offerings from big business.

    Wtf is up with that Telstra ad. How did a tagline "more reliable than family" make it all the way to production? #SurvivorAU

  • rowdytraveller Lokesh (@rowdytraveller) reported
