    @victa810 Thank you Dennis. My request was granted. It just took a very long time listening to truly stupid recordings. Then one of the areas to be out through to was Foxtel. I couldn’t believe my ears. What does Foxtel have to do with Telstra?

    @kayosports_help Hi, the link to reset was not active, so I logged in via my mobile app. Even though I have access via my phone, it said that I had ‘ no current subscription’.....bizaar. The issue seems to be a lost link between my Telstra TV and my subscription (but I have phone access)

    @Telstra Your interactive map is pretty hard to understand.... Surely planned maintenance in a town like Moe, isn't going to take 5 days. During this time no data service, only phone calls and SMS. What is this 1995?

    @melissahoyer I went so Karen that I went to the Telecommunications Ombudsman to sort out the issue. Then I dumped Telstra. Best thing I've done in ages.
