@Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@imbalaska Big companies can afford to allow trickle down profit to workers, they’ve been extorting them for too long in favour of outrageous profits sitting around the top. Good luck moving offshore in protest, Telstra can tell them how that works out.

@Telstra Yes. Please tell Telstra to stop saying "If you call and *speak* with the MyTestraAp your call will be *answered* at 4 time faster" This's a gross misrepresentation of the customers expectation of speedy service, when they end up having to communicate complicated problems by txt

@Telstra Big @Telstra push to get customers to use new #mytelstraap ("click away from getting on with your day") What they don't tell you is all communication is via text, often with 30- 60 min, or even *much* more, between each response. Last problem took me 17days and 250 texts

@Telstra I’m on NBN and online thanks. I was surprised during the outage my modem didn’t revert to the 4g backup. But closer investigation it appears I do not have that this facility. Do I need to update my modem?

@Telstra So I'd have to pay $1000+ to pay out my contract to move to prepaid just to get on a postpaid contract again on my preferred date? What a ridiculous solution when I can log into most of my other direct debited services right now and nominate the day it draws from my account.

don’t get me started on their failed tech, i am sorry if you worked for them or Telstra but honestly unless you where the SA I don’t blame you for wanting a pay check and feel sorry you had to work for such incompetence, and I said for years they never should have done digital ID
