  Never thought I’d cop worse CS than I did with Telstra but @EnergyAustralia have surpassed them. Same story, dozens of hours on the phone with off shore staff who are poorly trained and just give you incorrect information as to what’s wrong. Legless operation.

  god. internet is like, DOWN down across the entire south of my state. im getting BRIEF flickers of things actually loading. who ******** drove into the telstra tower, (i am simply guessing this is what happened)
