    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @sota_charm @gmail Are all your photos saved via Google or via phone storage/gallery etc? If only via Google, that sucks! I wouldn't think so. People who aren't with Telstra are experiencing it too. Well said. Hopefully they can source the issue and actually fix it.

    Honestly @Telstra you make me so mad. I report my internet being down amd you're like "call you in 2 days or so". Call your support line but your support line isn't open when I'm at home. Use the app and spend 4 hours going back and fourth with your scripted troubleshooting.

    @MeckeringBoy Oh gee, that’s unfortunate, ironically I left Telstra after 25 years as a customer to join Optus two months prior to the hack.

    @Telstra Thank you for the response. My frustration is not with your staff members. It's the specific processes that I'm taking issue with. It's not the time taken, that's a strawman. I'm frustrated with circling back and wasting time unnecessarily.

    Is anyone else on Telstra mobile experiencing problems with their Google apps while on mobile data ? Both myself & a friend are having connection issues despite working internet... (on separate sim cards) @Telstra @YouTube @Google

    @Matt_H_UK @Telstra Thank you. I know the kind of connection you mean (I was a broadband product manager once)... but this connection just works with a device inside the house. It has a light indicating the signal is poor. It wasn't always bad though. There is some kind of network issue.
