    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @andy_penn And so Telstra has a PR help line manned 24x7x365 based in Australia (because it works) and the help desks are only M-F 9-5am Sydney time! AND DINT FORGET THEY CHARGE MORE than anyone else for this stupidity

    @andy_penn Telstra has put barriers in place to even the international help desks! Decimated and eliminated ALL AUSTRALIAN based help, what is the use of “crowd support” indeed wtf is it? And even the help desk is a bot! When finally u reach a person via text, the grammar’s unintelligible

    @Telstra No. After 6 hours on hold the time was now outside of business hours. I shouldn't have to spend an entire day on hold because Telstra won't answer their business customers. I am now helping the business customer in question transfer their domain and email to GoDaddy/Gsuite.

    @andy_penn $tls is a doomed investment entity! It’s unsustainable to charge a higher price for an inferior product! Telstra’s special skill is to charge twice for the same nbn or phone line or even entertainment AND make it impossible for customers to get any customer assistance!

    @andy_penn Can I suggest that until Telstra takes customer service seriously you are headed for bankruptcy! You can’t charge twice what competition charge for SAME product, AND have inferior (or in your case NONE) customer service! Why do u believe otherwise?

    Well changing mums phone over to Telstra hasn’t gone well. She’s in tears because she can’t keep her number and will possibly be with out a service for 10 days while they shut one down and start new one. Guess she’s staying with **** phone company it’s not worth the stress 🤬🤬🤬

    @deeplongstop @Telstra I can’t even get to speak to someone in the Philippines! These days it’s all via “the bot” and thru a text line. The grammar is appalling, and that guy tried to sell me ANOTHER service to avoid fixing this issue!

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia The Help function on the Telstra app just bounces me around and doing connection tests (I know there's no connection!). I can't call you as I can't spend another 6 hours on the phone. I wont be paying the bill until you fix my broadband. #NBNfail
