    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra are we having any issues in the Bathurst / Kelso region? No outages are showing up on the website but speeds recently dropped from 45 down to 8-9mbs. I've done the whole troubleshooting. Working from home means I can't access our SQL database on these speeds. Cheers.

    Well I just got the phone call to say I wasn’t good enough to get a job at @Bunnings . 30 yrs with Telstra. 20 yrs with my own lawn and gardening business. Apparently 66 is too old. Going on the quality of some people working there…well honestly, makes me feel like ****.

    @Telstra, thanks to the advice from your complaints team my partner drove 3 hours with a newborn for nothing. No apology from the manager, only to wipe his hands and put us back in the queue. Ironic advertising "Australia is Why" but having an offshore complaints team #poor

    @Telstra I know this Lisa. I understand how it works. But to blanket out FTTN customers is not the right way. I want the service. I knowwhat it means, I’m happy to pay. Other telcos still offer it. Telstra told me I’d get it and I’m still at the incorrect plan I was told I was getting

    After almost 10 years as a happy & loyal @Telstra Broadband customer, last month they notified me that they would be halving my internet speeds and charging me more $$$. Well to that I say farewell to you Telstra, and hello to @superloopnet #NBN

    @Telstra Honestly, it has been happening since we moved houses in April. Support literally told me last week took look into the issue further I have to pay for “premium support”.
