@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra No NBN! I have been advised on several occasions by technicians that the problem is the signal from outside to the house is non existent!! This has been going on from the end of January still absolutely nothing done it appalling treatment of their customers

Turns out it's not just our area getting stinking service from @Telstra since January with large swathes of NSW now without internet/phone services-Uralla, Armidale, Broken Hill affected & no plan to fix soon. @SffRoy on it but can anyone tell me what's going on with #Telstra?

@Tallawanta @senbmckenzie The Telstra3G towers are planned to be upgraded by June 2024 as that’s when Telstra plans to switch off their 3G network

@EddyJokovich @abcnews I live 90 minutes from Melbourne. Our mobile tower is seriously congested. It is so unreliable that I had to reinstate the landline and this week, I had to get SkyMuster. Telstra has known about the issues for over 2 years. Won't fix it.

@Telstra Why is there always an issue with your site when trying to manage direct debits? For 3-4 days straight it has been a screaming pile of ****. If there is one thing you are good at is taking money and offering no service, yet you are failing at that as well.

@Telstra There’s at least 3 households that have been on the phones for days on end. All modems connected and after initial connection after a reset, internet drops nearly immediately. Was slow for days leading into complete connection drops.

@TPG_Telecom Had issues with decline in service for 3 months. Have communicated & emailed speed test over that period. We then upgraded to your most expensive plan… which then averaged 10MBPs. We have now switched to @Telstra averaging 275MBPs.
