    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra @Wonderwoman1967 Calls are what is important. Away from a house or business wifi where you need to make a call, 4G/5G is needed. Car accidents medical emergencies and the like don't happen in your loungeroom. Accept and own the problem. This outage is too long. Stop with the marketing spin.

    Just spent another 2 plus hours dealing with @Telstra s useless phone app as the the case manager decided not to call me back as promised. Utterly useless service.
