I'm not gonna lie, this week is a bit rubbish. My @Telstra internet went down for scheduled maintenance, which is great and all until you're doing online school with no Wi-Fi, and now it's been extended and I have to wait until next Thursday to do anything. Like, come on.

@Telstra absolutely worst customer service. I tried to do a port in from other provider to Telstra and its already 24 hours without mobile network. I was chatting with Telstra customer service for 6 hours and they just wasted my time handballing the case to different teams.
