@Telstra No.They are not taking bookings. They have specifically stated that to me. Also, if you check the link you gave me, you will see that there are no bookings available for weeks. Please follow this up. The staff are also burnt out. They are rude even when the customer is polite.

@Telstra Yeah that’s what I have been assuming. But it simply does not work. I just went to a Telstra store. They believe the issue may be that my billing account is not correctly associated to my Telstra ID. I’ll call support now and try this Avenue. Thanks again Ash.

@Telstra I value my privacy on Twitter, so I won’t go into it. I am glad you are addressing this with the store. My area can’t get through on 132200 either, but family interstate can. The set-up at Indooroopilly is aggressive and rude and needs to stop.

@GregLBean @kcarruthers My biggest frustration dealing with companies today, is the amount that have replaced a person you talk to, to an app or AI choose your option "help". They rarely help and it's frustrating to explain typing rather than speaking. @Telstra

So had 3 dropouts in less than 2 hours, this is why I never recommend Telstra to ANYONE living here, had constant issues with them & they say it is our fault without providing any help 🙄🙄

Hey Telstra. Your new on line format sucks. I can't find where I can manage my mailboxes. I stumbled on it once before but can't remember how I did it. I have printed out the help sheet but it doesn't reflect what I see when I go into MyAccount. Very confusing

@Telstra The elderly are not often on Twitter or on line. They can’t get through on the phone. They can’t get into your stores. Telstra needs to take this valid criticism on board. I have been with you a long time and I am shocked by how bad the service is now. Start with Indooroopilly.
