    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    As I thought, still no @Telstra connection. The social media team keep telling me they have a team working on it. The India base team told me nobody who can fix it is working in Australia this weekend. Who to believe? Will it be magically fixed after the weekend? @andy_penn help

    @Telstra Warranty is an ambiguous term. If I've been a customer of Telstra of this dongle for so long I would expect an replacement as good service and customer relations from Telstra. Do you want me to stay with Telstra?

    @rickmittica @Telstra It’s 2022 Mitzy, not 1995. How can you not have the ability to access the network from anywhere. We have no dramas launching people on rockets into space for tours, surely it couldn’t be to hard to upgrade or install towers all over the joint.

    @Telstra my NBN went down an hour or so ago in Lane Cove Sydney. Did the whole reboot and trouble shooting and not back. It says it's not down on Telstra but lots others having trouble. I love Telstra, please fix.
