@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

@Telstra Internet connection is OK. Webmail times out regularly during 'peak' times. It is a recent problem for about the past week. It occurred suddenly and I don't think that the problem is at my end.

Hey @Telstra . Your webmail (lack of ) service in the Ipswich area is at third world level. Not good enough for a high technology monolith. Do better. Not happy.

@Telstra I have been told after a couple of hours trying to get assistance that the email server is down and it maybe a week or more before it’s fixed. Meanwhile I can no longer send or receive emails which will impact my work.

@Telstra @JamesBingTheO Get. Of. Your. Asses. And. Fix. It. Its not that hard. Save money by hiring off shore labour. This is what you get. Honestly. Its a joke.

leading me looses. I called telstra billing team about reparations and they mentioned telstra is not responsible for any looses even though it is due to denial of service. Appreciate if telstra team can confirm this? 5 day and counting of denial of service.

@deemadigan @rightfuture @Telstra Morning Dee your internet connection speed does seem very slow. As you have replaced both modem & booster that indicates a problem on their end. Are you receiving the NBN service or ADSL 2+,?. if NBN you should at minimum have 25mbps down/5mbps up.
