Stay away from @Telstra Appalling customer service! Charged the mobile service on my iPad but unable to access now dealing with bots asking inane and useless questions. Looks like 150 down the drain.

@Telstra how does a long time customer get the new Telstra Smart Modem 3? We seem to have issues with devices that are slow to connect to current one, maybe an upgrade will fix it? Upgraded to faster speed in Nov but devices struggle to load webpages

@Large_Infant You need a better service provider. I switched from Telstra about 8 months ago and have not had 1 drop out since leaving. And I average around 900mbps.
