  @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

  But you get a whoops when your service goes down. You ever order a pizza and the shop takes a slice out and says can't help it? That's what Telstra is. And look at the profits in a cost-of-living crisis, ay. Whose cost of living ?? When do we adjust the books ay ?? @Telstra been with you lot for over 10 years at my address... not once have you even given me a router upgrade or checked if I'm on the best plan... where's your loyalty, ay ??   @IRanalyst I am 61 years old and I worked for a lot of big business corporations including IBM, British Telecom and Telstra. The ethos was always the same. No concern for morality, total focus on shareholder gains. Why I never became a manager.

  Hey @telstra, it’s been 15hrs since I could make a call or get service outside of wifi hotspots. Any chance of any help whatsoever? Your app doesn’t work. Your online support keeps asking me what modem I’m using. I’m currently travelling and no service is not ok.

  @TallNupinks Belong is owned by Telstra and it's their cheaper mobile service with 5G - they have a $25 plan for unlimited calls & 10GB data. They have been reliable for me for a while!

  @Riogallica @Starlink We have @Starlink. Telstra lied to my husband about the download speed, by saying it was slow, then when I cancelled them & said that we were getting Starlink, another person actually tried to talk me into getting Starlink through Telstra.🙄 We went to Starlink’s Website & a local starlink Contractor installed it for us - $106.36 + GST

  Citi lowered its price target for Telstra Group to A$5.25 from A$5.50, a 5% cut, following a modest reduction in its earnings forecasts. The broker maintained its Neutral rating, saying the Australian telecom operator remains on track to achieve its FY2027 targets and longer-term FY2030 objectives. Telstra announced a A$1 billion share buyback and reported a marginal increase in annual profit on Thursday. Citi expects mobile service revenue growth to accelerate to around 5% in FY2027, supported by higher average revenue per postpaid user. The broker also sees potential earnings upside from stronger cost discipline, although postpaid subscriber numbers continue to decline. Citi reduced its FY2027 post-lease EBITDA forecast by up to 1% and basic net profit estimates by up to 2%. Despite the revisions, the firm continues to view Telstra's operating outlook as broadly consistent with management's targets. $C
