    Day 2: how any business happens in Derby is beyond me, truly the worst reception in an established town I have experienced. Telstra, Optus, Govt etc should be offering free service until they fix this mess.

    @drewciferNZ @phazzles Issue is, it’s for the elderly, so Telstra might be a better option in this instance as the 4G backup won’t leave them with no phone if an issue arises with the internet.

    @Kynes3 Pascal, I said 3 mths back I sorted my HFC problems by bypassed the crap house 30 yo. Cu wiring. Got 95 Mbps. Now it's all turned to shit. Saw a Telstra technician looking into the pit across the road yesterday. Might as well have been looking up a bull's hole.

    @Telstra your staff were unhelpful on the phone. @Ticketek_AU your website is not applying discount for any game, whereas the @Ticketmaster is applying the proper discount! Please help. Game is tomorrow!

    Yet to see a single tech leader explain why this can't be done over 4G since @telstra has "the fastest 4g network in Australia"

    @Telstra There is no promptness in resolving the issue but it just wants to maintain Social Media response rates. @Telstra doesn't care about customers anymore

    @Telstra Internode with telstra doing the provisioning. First scheduled appt they never knocked despite us being home all day, second didn’t show up. We took 2 days off work to accomodate and can’t do again.
