    @Telstra Wow well done. Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Good work #timetoleavetelstra

    @Telstra There is no ‘Accounts & billing’ selection available on the drop-down menu. So not much use. Thanks for trying though.

    @MargMcCrohon @jmil400 @gdgoz Remember how American Toe Cutter stopped by St Andrews and was nonplussed to hear prayers being offered to ask the Gov for help during Financial Crisis- returned to USA with Sol Whatsit (Telstra) with $$$ millions golden handshake, and received Wall St bank payout.

    @Telstra Normally pathetic yes. Not sure why I’m bothering staying with Telstra as I live 2km from a tower and have less then 2 bars service

    @Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Telstra Zero wireless connection & lag from our Smart Modem & it doesn’t move to the 4G network when there is an outage. Last 3 days has been shocking . Can you help?

    @Telstra I'm trying to activate a prepaid service, the website is timing out, then trying to call 132200 apparently Telstra doesn't really take incoming calls anymore and directs you to the useless online messaging service, where I wasn't able to get any help after 4 consultants

    @addict_car A real offender in the stakes for worst car name ever.. Telstar. I wonder however whether local telecoms provider Telstra put shedloads on the road as company sleds with the badging lettering moved around a bit?! If they didn't, they should have!

    @rob_mcknight @Telstra My mum has had to ring them/play on the app/Be on hold for hundreds of hours this past year & still problem Is unresolved.This is pretty standard we are told by others who try to get problems fixed. She is currently phsyching herself up for the next time she tries to fix it.
