@djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@NickBobir @Telstra Go with a different provider! It's not worth it!! I couldn't even call them to get help and their customer "support" chat will take DAYS to get through to anything and still being left unsolved.

Okay - Thanks to Toren at the @Telstra call centre who not only fixed all my drama but turned me from a frustrated grump to an ongoing customer. Hopefully, he has resolved the issues.

@jendudley @Chesterrod Had the dish installer come too years ago, and then they found cable outlets and all. Bad data in the Foxtel/Telstra system. Told them there was cable too.

@telstra voice service bot is now so advanced it acts like a ****** call centre and hangs up on you rather than helps you. Great work 🙄

@Telstra Area listed don't have any interruptions and also tried troubleshooting. The problem is I can see only 1-2 network bars and the calls are very poor or connection drops off. Because of poor connectivity the internet is bad as well.
