    @Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    I’ve exhausted options - Telstra has a monopoly on copper network. I can get a technician in to more accurately diagnose - I may do that, repair may be simple. But that’s costly too. Starlink doesn’t need 5G, uses low orbit satellite - only provider whose modem/router doesn’t emit toxic frequencies.. (measurable with Trimeter).

    WTF @telstra can't watch netflix most nights as internet drops out every half hour. Even internet in Sri Lanka works better than here & so, so, so much better cheaper than here. It's problematic for working from home to #telstra one of the expensive Telcos & the most inefficient

    @Fwizzed It has a dual Sim if needed for work too... But can buy it out right and sign up to any plan. I'm currently with Telstra which is expensive but I'll be changing to boost which uses Telstra network anyway and is way cheaper if you pay upfront for a year. Like 200 for the year

    @AuntyTori @markjenkinsonmp Fujitsu has had a working relationship with Infosys since 2003, and in 2009 Infosys teamed up with Australian firm Telstra to create an emergency alert system in Australia, and it seems odd that Fujitsu would not employ any expertise in this field that its partner had.
