@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia How many connections will be completed at no extra cost due to the degrading copper network? You know us customers now stuck on default #4G data because for some ‘unknown’ reason we’ve lost fixed line connectivity! @Telstra #LNP were warned, to little too late! #Auspol

  • GrelisMichael 💦💧Mickledrippin’ (@GrelisMichael) reported from Romsey, State of Victoria

@MargMcCrohon @jmil400 @gdgoz Remember how American Toe Cutter stopped by St Andrews and was nonplussed to hear prayers being offered to ask the Gov for help during Financial Crisis- returned to USA with Sol Whatsit (Telstra) with $$$ millions golden handshake, and received Wall St bank payout.

  • bradhooperarch Brad Hooper (@bradhooperarch) reported from Woodend, State of Victoria

@Telstra There is no ‘Accounts & billing’ selection available on the drop-down menu. So not much use. Thanks for trying though.

  • bradhooperarch Brad Hooper (@bradhooperarch) reported from Woodend, State of Victoria

@Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

  • bradhooperarch Brad Hooper (@bradhooperarch) reported from Woodend, State of Victoria

@djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never, ever DD w @telstra peeps!

  • AnimusSpirits Animus Distillery (@AnimusSpirits) reported from Kyneton, State of Victoria

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

  • AnimusSpirits Animus Distillery (@AnimusSpirits) reported from Kyneton, State of Victoria

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

  • instagorgs instagorgs (@instagorgs) reported

@Telstra We have heard nothing back from support since this last update. Called them today to be run around in circles again. We have raised a formal complaint and unfortunately will be following up with the ombudsman too

  • gil_hardwick Gil Hardwick (@gil_hardwick) reported

@KKeneally @AlboMP Same lying bullshit as ever, for the same reason your NBNCo failed; all the experienced senior techies work for Telstra, while your sorry lot got the apprentices and ring-ins, so the senior guys have to go around fixing their endless ****-ups. We're in the game, watch it happen.

  • Bundynelle Janelle Ross (@Bundynelle) reported

@Telstra Sometimes I'm Mrs Doubtfire when I answer, tee hee. It's easy to wake up to them when their number on my phone ID screen is massive. I feel for the vulnerable who fall for these crap calls though. Cheers.

  • Technorants Wondering_Wilderness (@Technorants) reported

Desperately need better escalation for #DigitalBusiness @Telstra support to support a local small business. This run around is costing time and money. Ref: 174098064 This is bordering on false advertising and failure to provide a paid service. @acccgovau

  • MarketsCombined MarketsCombined (@MarketsCombined) reported

@Telstra Well, all day of waiting and nothing. No real help. Really annoying.

@Telstra can you help me?I keep getting mail for someone who doesn’t live at my house,I return to sender, but still coming. I have opened the letter, it’s for a substantial debt but they’ve never lived here & the call centre is no help as they are having trouble understanding me

  • skyowl_ Skyowl_ (@skyowl_) reported

In 30 years of privatisation in Australia, there has not been a single case where the public would not have been at least as well off if the asset had remained in public ownership. Some like, CSL, Telstra and Commonwealth bank were spectacularly bad decisions.
