@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

Josh Adams 🇺🇦 (@Macjorsh) reported
@GladysB Optus has complained to the ACCC about Telstra and TPG's network sharing deal. Optus argues that the ACCC should stop this deal as it would give Telstra the ability to offer a 5G speed up to 10 times faster than Optus. 10x speeds don’t sound like a backwards step.

Noel Kelly (@gnoll110@ruby.social) (@gnoll110) reported
@faully33 Long history. Keating started Optus to create competition for Telecom Australia (now Telstra), in 87. By 90, Telstra had stopped being the slow benevolent monopoly of the past, and become the arsehole monopolist we hate today.

@GladysB Thanks! Just changed my mobile carrier to Telstra as your reception sucks in every rural area.

Clarice Collin (@msclaracollin) reported
@Telstra seriously upset Telstra - house full of Covid - 2 days late paying Telstra bill (due on Thursday and I paid on Saturday) AND you charge me $15.00 late payt fee….never been late before. What a way to treat long loyal customer - well no more…. #telstra

@GladysB As a remote area customer, I'm sticking with @Telstra

@trinest They're with Telstra, so I assume the chances of real help from them are probably quite low.

@Telstra has without question, the worst customer service of any Australian company ever. Have owed me north of 2K for over a year now and you reckon I can get it? Nope. Time to refer to the ombudsman.
-
Ria dC (@ria_delacruzr) reported
Spent 2+ hours on @Telstra Messaging about an issue. I was very dissatisfied with the service so in the end I asked what the complaint process was. I was told I couldn’t complain, that my situation did not warrant a complaint, and I quote “there is no complaint process for you”.
