F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

You know us customers now stuck on default #4G data because for some ‘unknown’ reason we’ve lost fixed line connectivity! @Telstra #LNP were warned, to little too late! #Auspol

@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra We have factory reset both the NBN box + the modem. We bought a new modem + power adapters: they weren’t the issue. Multiple speed tests from the NBN box itself states the same as the speed test from our computers upstairs. It also affects BOTH my fiancé’s and my computer…

Just spend (wasted) 4 hours so far on the @Telstra online messaging & my problem has still not be resolved - not only that when trying to fix the problem they have disconnected my mobile service - Once again Telstra, I am not a happy customer!😡

@Telstra Thanks @Telstra and Lauren. I got through to the Velocity team at last and they confirmed I can have a Smart Modem. They are arranging for one to be sent here to help with the outages that have been happening. Should have it Monday all going well. 🎉

Aaaand then it was spoiled by, who else, but @telstra who I've been getting .2 mb/s up and down (!?) For a while now, and after 45 minutes of back and forth, suggested that they sell me a range extender to solve my speed issue. While I'm standing next to the modem. Ugh. Jesus.

@Telstra I can send it through a DM. But we already have a case manager. Also someone in your tech team seems to think they ‘solved our problem’ after doing a 24 hour monitor and I received a survey asking how they went with fixing it 🙃

@Telstra Sometimes it just has the red light and other times green then 2 orange ones. It falls back to 4g but that’s so slow, not even close to the 5mbps advertised
