F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@TheDSingularity Telstra's shocking customer service is renowned. For info only: my voice calls to Optus get answered immediately by friendly competent staff, and my Optus wireless broadband internet service provides unlimited data at speeds ~100Mbps or faster (and is way cheaper than the NBN).

It took all of about 5 minutes to solve my issue. This is unlike some other big companies - like you, Telstra, who it takes literally hours to get even the most basic information out of.
