    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia How many connections will be completed at no extra cost due to the degrading copper network? You know us customers now stuck on default #4G data because for some ‘unknown’ reason we’ve lost fixed line connectivity! @Telstra #LNP were warned, to little too late! #Auspol

    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    Ok, call from Telstra technical support team said my slow internet speed was due to malware. Normally I'd hang up but I had just been onto #Telstra re speed - down to 5MBPS earlier today. Told me to download AnyDesk . Search internet - scam. He said 'you are clever' & hung up!

    @Telstra in the last 2 weeks my phone has stopped being able to access Telstra 5G in areas where I previously had good 5G signal. The best I get is 4G. I’ve reset my phone, done trouble shooting. What painless way is available to get this working again?

    @Telstra there continues to be extremely poor 4G coverage in the Duffys Forest 2084 area of Sydney. It’s been down since last Thursday. Any idea on when normal service will return?

    @Telstra wondering if there are problems with 4G data in Unanderra NSW postcode 2526? I have 4G reception, however apps are buffering or giving “no internet connection” errors.

    @Telstra I have issues with your online self-service and need to speak with a consultant. Tried calling 132200 MANY TIMES with different key words but each time, it routes me to SMS message, which leads to your website that doesn't help. Very poor service. Contact me please.
