@Rossielad @BethanyinCBR @Qantas Telstra stuck to a CEO who presided over the largest proportion of Ombudsman customer complaints. One looks at the make-up of those boards and wonder who's interests they are protecting. And why?

Hey @optus ! You just lost a customer. I wanted to sign up for a $2400 12.9 IPad Pro at your Bourke/Elisabeth store. Stefan tells me the 12.9 iPad is locked in demo mode. Your cheaper iPads are all working normally. He didn’t seem fussed. Do better. I’m off to @Telstra now.

@Telstra is there any way I can get home 5g when the website says I'm out of area? I get far better speeds on my phone's Telatra 5g than the home wired internet. Terrible "NBN" here.

@Telstra It’s been patchy from the start 11/6 but it’s def worse now. Is there some other carrier I can connect with? AT&T I presume are the problem. I’m getting the charges notifications.

@RoadknightThe I talked with a fantastic guy at Telstra yesterday about a refund. In passing he checked my internet and they speed was too low. They discovered my modem was probably at fault. They are sending a new one. If still slow with new modem they will register a fault with NBN. Great.

@CyborgDanDrews @largemacdonald @friendlyjordies No that's not in there. Twitter would only have the IP source and port number for the related API requests. This is what's sensible to record down. This info *should* be enough for Telstra to track down who registered this number.

@Hels_Be11s Haven’t had a landline for at least 14 years. I remember calling Telstra to fix a fault and they wanted me to pay for it. I explained that the phone line is rented and therefore their responsibility. That was the end of my landline.

@Telstra is it possible to have a real person call regarding a longstanding issue? Or don't you do phone calls now?
