    @Telstra It would be good if my internet worked. No internet since Sunday 26 December. Not happy !!!!!!! Just keep being told by the techs that they’re working on it. HOW LONG does it take to fix your crap Telstra? So disappointed you have no idea !! Time to move to a different ISP

    @Telstra Hi Lisa, Yeah I had another one booked for 4/1/22 after calling to double check. For some reason the original appointment that was confirmed for 31/12/21 was resolved even though no one had come? Thank you for checking though. Looking forward to having full service again 🙏.

    @Telstra Sadly the backup system isn’t great, a takes too long to kick in, b doesn’t get the best signal, best I get on mobile is 2 bar 5G also. I’d say internet drops out 20plus times a day, has since day 1. I just want it fixed as paying for something that doesn’t work makes me 😔

    @Telstra They are waiting for a technician to fix the internet and phone line which was damaged from a tree falling on it yesterday morning. My Dad needs an internet connection for health reasons- hence the priority

    @SuDharmapala He is avoiding the truth as revealed by the internet and 5G Telstra. It is funny that the LNP stole Telstra and turned it into the corporation that now provides the real and independent sources that bring them undone. Howard never thought that would happen.

    @Telstra No point. Telstra technical team have never been helpful, in fact they've been incredibly rude and obnoxious. I have the apparent smart modem from Telstra which isn't meant to drop out but switch to 4g lol what a joke.
