F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@Telstra I’m in Kew but in a dead zone for 4G and it’s unusable. I don’t mind going to the office that day. The site says there might be a outage so it is planned and point around reasonable times still stands. 7am-3pm is not ok. Imagine if a bank did that??

@Telstra Hi Laura, thanks for the reply. Yes we’ve tried everything: resetting mobile network, switch on/off airplane mode, restarting phone, upgrade to iOS 15, turn off private relay etc. We found one solution that is to use a VPN. I’m happy to provide more info via DM.
