@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

  • Phil_HX4 TheAbsentMindedVoter 🐨 🍺 🤬 (@Phil_HX4) reported from Riddell, State of Victoria

@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia How many connections will be completed at no extra cost due to the degrading copper network? You know us customers now stuck on default #4G data because for some ‘unknown’ reason we’ve lost fixed line connectivity! @Telstra #LNP were warned, to little too late! #Auspol

  • tattooed_tanya Tanya Marie (@tattooed_tanya) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

  • rfc60 harry hoo (@rfc60) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

@Telstra has the worst customer service. “To stop the harassment of your 83 yo father in a Nursing Home we need to write up an official complaint otherwise it will be never ending”

  • BryanS81 Bryan S (@BryanS81) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

@Telstra I shouldn’t have to. I’m paying a premium for a subpar service. I have reported it to you now you can investigate it and fix it!!

  • BryanS81 Bryan S (@BryanS81) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

@Telstra Wow well done. Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Good work #timetoleavetelstra

  • JXT_Official_ The JayStick JXT (@JXT_Official_) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

@Telstra I’m still without service and been told to wait another 24 hours for account provisioning

  • BryanS81 Bryan S (@BryanS81) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

@Telstra Normally pathetic yes. Not sure why I’m bothering staying with Telstra as I live 2km from a tower and have less then 2 bars service

  • VBontheMove VinceB (@VBontheMove) reported

@Telstra Extremely disappointed today. Telstra/nbn tech did not show. Upon investigation nbn had not confirmed apptmt. Another 4/5 business days required to fix connection. Case # 49051360

  • duncanmcdonnell Duncan McDonnell (@duncanmcdonnell) reported

Almost one month without wifi & @Telstra managers can't be bothered to call to sort it out. I've lived in 3 other countries & @Telstra is - by far - the worst internet provider I've dealt with. Just one issue after another, with resolution always absurdly slow. Time to leave.

  • Mvfcarsenal Carlo Guevarra (@Mvfcarsenal) reported

Hey @Telstra trying to download a bill so I can pay it but the app is down .

  • BeaumontCarolyn Carolyn Beaumont (@BeaumontCarolyn) reported

@Telstra Thanks Cas. Some of us are losing business because emails have not worked for days. My Outlook down too. Can Telstra Comms please tell the public what's happening.

  • s_cottyT Scott Taylor (@s_cottyT) reported

@Telstra No. The distance from the tower does nothing. This is the worst it's been for 5 years.

  • BeaumontCarolyn Carolyn Beaumont (@BeaumontCarolyn) reported

@Telstra Greg, Telstra doesn't seem to appreciate the significance of customers not being able to access emails for 5 days. Can Telstra please issue a media statement to inform the public.

  • TheProselytiser Proselytiser (@TheProselytiser) reported

@Myles_Bee_Art Interesting. A few years ago I worked for Telstra, & so much time was wasted on pointless meetings it used to frustrate the hell out of me. If our corporate overlords had cut the crap out we could have easily worked 4 days a week!
