@reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

@decryption i dont have my gpon gear powered on to show you data from the network side, but if any of that isnt correct, nbn could just turn off the port

I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

@NBN_Australia Sorry I had NBN for two months it failed miserably we were quickly put back on broadband. People on one side & across the road do have it via fibre to node. We dumped on inadequate wireless. Live in town not rural. Oh node down the road was NOT mapped thus not connected. Numurkah

so over nbn connection with Optus over 20 years before that vodaphone ph connection never been worse 1/2 way thru convo Optus line dies I call back & get recorded voice says ‘diff at this time download Optus app’Ffs if I could download anything their app is not going to be it

@giprepus15 been in outer melbourne on a trip thing and I've noticed huge lag issues only on Hypixel, ~230ms then spikes up to 400 - 1000+ms, a friend closer to the city on a different ISP and different NBN technology has the same issues, it all seemed to start after the Cloudflare host 🤔

@Telstra Can someone please help me ? The phone support team are full of incompetent employees that can’t understand English. My nbn has been dropping in and out consistently for two days and all support would say is the power board. No the NBN box keeps resetting.

@NBN_Australia It was lodged, and supposed to have someone come today, but nbn rescheduled to next week without explanation. Your technician disconnected us without warning while fixing neighbours access and now no one available to reconnect us, leaving us without phone or net. Worst service.
