@reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

@Juhi_Gupta_JPN @NBN_Australia understandable there are occasional problems, esp after a serious storm or flooding, for instance. hwv, while it has rained here the last few days it hasn't been particularly heavy, and three outages in six weeks (the previous two were weekdays and lasted hours) is not great

@ShaunRatcliff @NBN_Australia Hear, hear. We have had great weather down here in Victoria as well and less traffic given the 5km radius restrictions. It's mind boggling why it's taking so long to fix the issue.

3) Track n Trace is not botched. It’s not ideal though. It needs way way more $$ and it needs a project leader. Just like head of nbn, this is their job. Fix it. Hire the right people, report it better.
