@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

@reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

@startrack we’ve missed a delivery and the online missed delivery portal is not working. This is just an Arris box for the NBN - the internet company really let us down. I need it urgently. Call centre can’t tell me where it is. Please help.

My ISP tells me "Foxtel service is being removing (sic) as NBN service is getting provisioned all over Australia." Coincidentally Foxtel last week offered free installation of satellite dish and upgraded set-top box if I ditched my cable service. Something's up.

We can't get the NBN here and frankly that's not my issue. I knew that already. We've had a broadband modem with Optus whose service has been a bit (A LOT) sketch & they've effectively chosen now to inform us that there's sweet **** all they can do. Faaaantastic.

WELP WE GOT INTERNET BACK but the issue is still the same so .-. we tryna see if our NBN box is acting up AND HOPEFULLY that is the issue or we just have to suck it up and deal with no internet existing anymore in the house

@Telstra Complaint: I have just found out that my internet is coming via the 'backup' NBN modem light is supposed to be green if the system is working OK. If it's blue, it's on backup. Technician today told me mine is always on backup. Tried 13 2200. Got a text with a link that
