@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

@reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

@decryption i dont have my gpon gear powered on to show you data from the network side, but if any of that isnt correct, nbn could just turn off the port

@1_LessThanYou @SpaceX Nope, had one small outage when it was absolutely pouring. Never any issue with normal to heavy rain or storms etc. Neighbors fixed wireless NBN drops out in a slight wind or any rain.

Well, that didn't work. Internet had issues. Download speeds okay, upload speeds were complete ***. Will try streaming again tomorrow night. Australian NBN at it's best :p

@Marchhouse2 @sYnister26 TLDR: ISPs under a certain size aren't required to wholesale but those that are must sell to everyone at the same price. Doesn't mean every RSP (retail service provider eg: ABB) will be connected to every wholesale access provider. NBN has caused a lot of half-assed changes IMO.

I'm so tired of Australian internet this **** is so bad please @NBN_Australia one of your employees told me that the FTTP upgrade in my area would be done by DEC last year and its not done and its APRIL MAN. Is there any way I can get an update for my area?

@KevinPhyland @SpaceX I’ve heard lots of people paying a lot of money, that’s almost double the NBN, and it’s still ****. Save your money. This technology isn’t there yet, typical Elon to overpromise and underdeliver.

@TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia once again problems with NBN connection. 3rd time within a month. Not surprised my neighbours (x3) had same problems and the technician repairs theirs yesterday and leaves ours not functioning. Cmon do better.
