@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

@reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

@Optus I used to have a bad internet provider but after my experience with optus they seem like superstars. So i made the bad decision to sign with optus Got lied to by optus. salesperson and they canceled my old nbn Before they even activated my new service So no internet

@Aussie_BB internet down since 01:10. Spoke to Aussie support at 08:00, they made an appointment for NBN for tomorrow pm. Canceled my appointments. Now just got a text from NBN cancelling their appointment.

@NazFX_Studios Oh no! I hope you get it fixed soon!! When we switched providers to get NBN, our previous provider basically held us hostage by blocking our addresses NBN service port and only threating the ombudsman got them to back off, leaving us no internet. So I feel your pain

@Optus I’ve spent over an hour now on your chat trying to work out why our NBN is constantly dropping out/running deathly slow. So far they have confirmed my address, I have been told to run a speed test and describe interval dropouts. Going in circles. Over an hour!Ridiculous

Aussie Broadband Update. NBN box arrived. FTTC Connected. @Aussie_BB still have the best customer service I'll give them that. Just remembered how slow 25mb/10mb is though working with big files. That FTTB 100mb for $59/mo life spoilt us!
