    @reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

    I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

    @NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Oh I feel your pain! Just been thru 3 week ordeal with them myself. It wasn’t until I complained here that I was able to get anywhere. Beyond stupid. In short a tree took out the NBN connection. Strong accented staff couldn’t comprehend they thought it was under ground....

    @Telstra my nbn connection is out yet no outages on the website, no one responds to chat messages. On the phone on hold with no indication of when help will be available

    This is probably old news, but I’ve come to discover this week that the @NBN_Australia network is beyond a joke. In the past 7 days we’ve had our connection drop >150 times. Yes, 20X daily. Our ISP, @Aussie_BB, is completely helpless, yet we still have to pay them $99/mo.

    Wow @NBN_Australia — you continue to disappoint. This is the 4th time in less than 4 months that we have had issues with days of escalation with no avail. It’s beyond frustrating especially when working from home. How can we fix this And no, it’s not our internet provider.

    @nanso44 You don't get a choice. It's the type of service that is offered in different locations. Depending on what NBN Co has installed in that area. The type of service, FTTP or FTTP or HFC, costs the same. It's the internet plan you pay for.
