@reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

@NBN_Australia Good Evening. My ISP is failing to give me any updates on the service outage in Sydney’s inner west. The technicians have been “onsite” for 12 hours and we are not being told when we can expect the service back online by. As I work from home, this is far from ideal

Ok so outage is up to 12 hrs and all we get from @NBN_Australia is "it's a third party" -- what??? Which third party? Why is this acceptable?

@googledownunder While I agree google should pay its fair share of taxes I’m still on their side to not shell out cash to line the wallets of NewsCorp executives. If they want to complain then fund our crumpling IT sector. From bad NBN, to cyber security, we have bigger fish to fry!!!!

@jjboonzaier @RahulKohli13 No. The NBN (National Broadband Network) just sucks *****. See, the Labor party (progressive) were in power and promising high speed fibre-to-the-house internet. It cost a bit more but was good for future use. Australians, being dumb as bricks, voted them out.

@Optus @optus your customer service/support stinks. I’ve been speaking with 3 different “people” for the last 7 hours and keep getting the run around for an NBN issue which is still to be determined or an ETA for resolution

@UzuiFag @DodoAustralia Hi, there was a huge nbn outage in the eastern suburbs today dodo is average but if you’re in the east than fair chance they were legit this time
