I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

@reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

@FlaminScott77 @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia The easiest way to fix a problem, is to lower the standard, so it is no longer a 'problem'. Played this game before re NBN, Telstra, etc. Just a never ending list of 'tricks', and false standards, to avoid either a. fixing an issue, or b. paying for failure.

@NBN_Australia The responses to your customers are so scripted that you almost sound robotic. It appears nothing ever gets resolved with your company & and clearly, many have told you they've had issues for years. Do better.

Streamed at an off peak time today and had no internet issues. Luckily I didn't plan on streaming during the peak hours tonight because my problems with the NBN seem to on going :/

Cannot believe I lose a whole week of streaming to this one storm because iinet and nbn don't work weekends, I have to wsif another 2 days until Monday at which point it's been 5 days and I've lost a whole week. Good to know I'm just a customer, not a valued one.

Thanks guys ;; Hoping its back tomorrow but they cant find the cause of the problem, its not power, its not the nbn, they think its the link to the node possibly but they have just ****** us around, been over 3 days now, hoping tomorrow we get an actual ETA when the net is back.

Because the NBN discriminates against single people smallest deal for 2-4 people and cost at least 60$ a month I am only 1 person and don't have funds to waste on the other 1-3 people My very slow phone connection will now waste the rest of today attempting a OS update SeeYas! .
