    I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

    @NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

    @reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

    @decryption i dont have my gpon gear powered on to show you data from the network side, but if any of that isnt correct, nbn could just turn off the port

    Even though is an NBN box here there is no accurate address to connect my internet when I called them?! Doesn’t exist apparently. So need to contact building manager and I have no idea who that is lollll it never ends

    @Pentanet_ISP Do I get credit for nbn faults? I've had no service for 24+ hours due to a nbn fault with no idea when it will be resolved. I work from home so this is not ideal. Fixed wirelss not avail due to signal. Cheers

    @Telstra is difficult. Service fault. ‘Not our problem NBNCo owns the line’ I dont have NBN. How do I get it fixed??? Rural living is only great when everything works!

    @JimmyFo41767163 If there is an outage listed on the app it would be NBN's side, if No ETR is listed unfortunately NBN would not yet have provided that info to us yet. But info as we have it we will update to the app. Thanks for your patience hopefully NBN get it back up very soon -Meg

    @NBN_Australia it has been nearly 24hrs since the NBN outage in Wentworthville (2145). How do I get an eta please?. Hard to believe it has taken this long to restore an essential service
