    I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

    @NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

    @reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

    Next stream gonna be funky, since nbn have maintenance I’ll try to start like an hour earlier if I can. Will probably have to cut runs off at like 10:30 tho really sucks

    @bentsolutionsau @AustinVTran @Paul_Karp Yes! Big mistake. What we need now is to fix the NBN and let them sell direct to Australians low cost high speed internet. Maybe if possible the lowest speed could be free, however we'd need to review if it's possible first.

    @Telstra so I’m curious why your doing nbn maintenance in the middle of a weekday? Constant Internet drops while working and taking meetings doesn’t seem like a viable way to keep a customer.

    @petersmdj @anmf_federal Disagree. Not even a penny. First stop over budget tax spending money on NBN and university 17% superannuation highest in country and 73 million bonus given to NBN during worst COVID time where ppl lost jobs etc so many to say and add. Stop cash payments too in business..

    @Telstra NBN is down at The Gap, QLD 4061. The 4G backup is so slow that even gmail is not responding. What is the ETA on restoring the service?
