@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

@reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

@Telstra A number of month ago, Telstra NBN stopped providing an (DHCP) IPv4 address to the LH1000, so no-one on the Internet could connect into the LH1000. Their Indian support are clueless on Internet protocols. Wouldn't be nice to speak with some-one closer to the coalface.

@iiNet This post was much more about accountability, NBN and iiNet both have a history with clearly ignoring issues and refusing to provide clear communication. I wanted to highlight that systems used by both @NBN_Australia and @iiNet seem fundamentally broken.

Going from 1000 down/100 upload at my old apartment to 13 down/0.60 up at my new apartment has been a rude awakening 😯 Taking 3+ hours to upload a 13 minute video... Can’t wait to for the NBN to be connected in this new spot asap

@LTziolis I don't mind MT however he left us with the biggest POC that has put Australia well behind the rest of the world in technology advancement, aka the NBN. Unforgivable that Australian's were forced down this **** hole of a technology road map that is worse than what we had before
