It cost me $300 up front to connect to the NBN, and it's been heartache since then. Those in my local area have not reported any issues since connecting several years ago.

I remember the French government and their massive white elephant the Minitel system. Same government stupidity, every single time.

Did you know some areas still don’t have nbn and so are at the mercy of ineffective private companies charging money for a half arsed service - try Gold Coast Coomera for example - noooothing, starlink charge up an upfront fee of $1365…

Most of that debt is from Labors failed policies. NDIS & NBN ring a bell? The commitments were made under Labor. As for Covid it was Labor pushing for more spending!

Elon has spoken of SpaceX’s new data centre satellite constellation that won’t require water for cooling or electricity. But we’ll race ahead and ruin neighborhoods and farmland building irrelevant infrastructure anyway.

Catherine (@Catheri09875779) reported@22thinkinggirl I tripped on a footpath in a Brisbane suburb,because it had been raised and not put back correctly by the NBN,the council fixed it that afternoon.Councils work,the problem is these are state roads in Victoria.Should the councils be asked to help out the new state government to get this major problem to a manageable level.
