    @Optus @NBN_Australia we have lost our home internet twice in the past week. we had a technician over to fix the problem Tuesday and two days later it has stopped working again. this isn't really acceptable

    @TweetrHatesMe I haven't, because I am poor and housebound in rural West Wales. When I made it clear in my email exchange to the JA pre-pandemic that I can't pay for myself, they literally stopped replying to me. Also in 2012 I'd received an email from NBN saying that 1/2

    Hey @telstra seems your NBN service has **** the bed in Sydney. Our box is on the blink and the wireless backup is no better than a 14.4 modem.

    Our internet shat a brick today and nbn Co in their infinite wisdom dont know if it's a them problem or not so no stream today. I'm gonna spend the day fenangling to see if I can find some form of semi stable connection for tomorrow's in stream commissions and will work off-line

    @SBSNews High Tech meaning they use NBN & the delay in use of the building is due to internet issues.

    @iTnews_au it’s pathetic that a piddle of rain takes more than 24 hours for Superloop to even lodge a fault with nbn on behalf of customer claiming COVID questions weren’t answered when they were. Hurry up nbn co you useless dogs and fix my connection

    @Optus @NBN_Australia this is out tenth outage this year. honestly, considering you are selling a service you clearly cannot provide, there may be a case for the telecommunications ombudsman
