Incredibly the NBN requires that speeds in rural tas must be worse than 6mbp/1mbp for TWENTY FOUR HOURS before aussie broadband can escalate it to NBN. However EXACTLY when I was on the phone to the help desk the Internet literally died right then so we are getting a tech. lol

I need help, I’m streaming from an original PS4 and my stream cuts out after 2 hours and 3 mins everytime without fail. I’ve upgraded internet, restored licensing and run a LAN cable from nbn to PS4 but still having issues can anyone help please

@NBN_Australia Great, more **** Internet. Fix the city FTTN crap network. Won’t even deliver a 1/4 of what I would willingly pay for. Drop outs, dial up speed. Just an average day

@schmidtyr71 I had NBN call me on Tuesday morning out of the blue. I begged them to come over, which they did. I had one technician, then two spend all day and half the following, fixing the issue. The ISP called me when they were there, telling me they were escalating my matter.

@firstdogonmoon There's some tech-insider belief that a pre-NBN model floated in Labor days was kyboshed by the unions: If the banks wanted it, definitionally it must be bad. That model included structural separation of Telstra into wholesale/retail. coulda/woulda/shoulda
