@NBN_Australia you’re doing maintenance work on Monday 12th in my area: Lane Cove. We’re locked down, trying to get our work done from home (during school holidays) and we’re completely reliant on internet connectivity for all of this. Maybe you could postpone?

@Nikstar81 Hi Nilkki, some of our customers have come back confirming their service is up and running. You can test it by switching the modem (NBN - landline) off and on to confirm you are back online. Kartik

@Telstra I also changed ownership of a prepaid sim and its still in my name. Was told could take 2 weeks thats will be on Tuesday. I have 8 plans or some type or another will you but with this and other issues of late i'm def considering not just canceling nbn and foxtel but all
