@Telstra your customer service is actually appalling. I’ve had @NBN_Australia techs tell me the wiring for our internet and @Foxtel has been done incorrectly and now Telstra is telling me it’s NBNs fault. All of you are making things so difficult, and wasting my money. 1/

Still relying on my so called 'smart modem' to access Twitter. Slow as a bloody snail, but better than nothing until the Telstra NBN CONTRACTER technician turns up on Tuesday. It's been nearly a fortnight. Can't do internet banking - too risky. Not happyyyyy @Telstra 🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌

@LesStonehouse Murdo had a lot riding on this Les, all down the crapper now, circling the Plug Hole as we speak,NBN will cut him out completely, even sports, fibre to the home, coming soon.
