@NBN_Australia After #nbn arrived first time connection disappeared altogether- complaint from me and tech support arrived and was scathing of original sub-standard work. Connection reestablished but speed very slow. Don’t want a repeat of that thanks.

NBN is ******* useless and telstra are bastards that have closed a job that we've been complaining about for years wanting them to fix it. The wiring needs to be replaced but nooo they use more tape to hold it together even though it barely functions

@NBN_Australia Thanks Sarah! I find it hard to believe that a $100b company doesn't have a business continuity plan or SLA's with suppliers? 27hrs later, no update apart from investigating a power outage? Pretty crap for any organisation, let alone a large one

@SanatanaMishra I never wanted a landline, but for years I had to have one to get ADSL. There were no naked ADSL options in our suburb. Ditched it the moment I got NBN. Only my mother in law and robocalls ever used it tbh.
