Due to major internet issues there will be no streams until internet is back up and running. Hopefully NBN can fix this fast. #NBN #Streamer #dodo #internet

@chaigrima @Optus Bro - I’m telling you. I have had NO issues with Telstra NBN. Especially for streaming etc - Desi has had no issues at all. Sure we pay a bit per month but it’s basically guaranteed to work..

🧵A THREAD about @DodoAustralia. Proof Australia's Internet and @NBN_Australia has failed. Dating back to October I was having issues with @VocusComm's Dodo Internet. After a couple years of the service working fine albeit very slow. I was starting to get continuous dropouts. /1

These dropouts from @DodoAustralia would occur every second day and last from 8pm until around 8am. After 8 Support Tickets raised and 12 calls to the Mumbai call centre, I am still getting these issue and no support from Dodo. They blame @NBN_Australia, the modem or whatever. /2

I've also just paid my bill for the month (billing is the 8th), do I even get a refund for that? Or the difference between nbn and 4g plans that I was paying? Support said I was receiving constant emails and texts telling me of 4g, but I received nothing! Only my bill each month

@BelongAU hey Guys what’s the deal with NBN outages? NBN say the service provider is to give alerts but I’ve never received one from belong. I literally have an outage every fortnight, it’s ridiculous. What’s the deal?

@Glenn02936110 well I can report, that there is corroded copper wire to My house, Internet! and the NBN will Not be out to Fix it Oct 2023😮 therefore to get this result I have been sleeping with Telstra, you are in a Cue😧

@VodafoneAU not amused right now! Nbn got cancelled yesterday and when I rang to find out why, turns out my change of address from 18 months ago never happened and I've been paying for nbn and only receiving 4g backup for 18 months! Now to fix it, I need to sign up for a new plan

@NBN_Australia LOL, been there, done that, and doing it again. Now I'm resorting to social media. You lot claim to have fixed the problem, but as you didn't do anything, and the problem still exists, the claim is dubious, at best!
