Hi @Telstra. My internet has been down for 3 weeks. The @NBN tech was a no show for the first appointment. Just had an SMS scheduling another appt for tomorrow. The @Telstra faults operater in Australia just hung up on me. If I ran my med practice that way, I would be in jail.

Truly I have never experienced as bad customer service and plain incompetence as I have with @BelongAU and @NBN_Australia. Honestly incomprehensibly bad. We have had NBN internet through Belong for 2 years and then one day they just turn it off through no fault of our own.

@Borgus17 rectify speed issues or advise your nbn connection has been ‘hacked’ or is not secure. Unless you have spoken specifically to your service provider recently regarding any speed or performance-related issues you shouldn't be receiving these calls. 2/3
