You chose to send me another modem because your staff did not want to call NBN and get a technician out to inspect my line. Way to go on customer service. Oh I will factory reset the device and send it back, but oh Dodo, how cheap.

@mrtonymartin Not to mention that the NBN itself is absolute garbage. Have had to ditch it for a 5G mobile broadband, because it wasn’t up to Zoom calls.
