@Telstra I have an old F@st 5355 modem on my NBN plan that is having some issues with WiFi and isn't compatible with the new Wifi Smart Booster from Telstra - is there any options for an upgrade on my plan?

@MaxLoomes As much as I have issue with NBN most of the time this is something else. What nbn technology do you have? What speed did you order? Are you further away from the router now than when you were on adsl?

@MaxLoomes @TedTexaco @NBN_Australia is a disgrace! Are we also bottom of the table for internet in Oz, like vaccine strollout? Cannot wait for wireless 5G, and first opportunity to rid ourselves of this scam which is No Broadband Network!

@skunk_cheeky Don’t get me started in our stupid NBN

@NBN_Australia I just got another call and the line was so bad and muffled i could barely hear the person

  • iiNet iiNet (@iiNet) reported

@MrWigglyAU I would recommend confirming with our team what type of NBN service is available at the property. If it is just NBN Wireless, however, then we will be unable to change that, and you would need to speak to NBN directly - Chris

@GraceH44 Thank you. Problem was that I was called by NBN tech. They sounded so true, about hackers from China and so on! Made me put 2 apps on. I fell for it, but my husband would have done, as well! It's the first time I fell for it, which angers me!

@MaxLoomes The Abbott NBN. Slow, dumb and farcical

  • mikebethune Michael Bethune (@mikebethune) reported

@V_garpend @BrowntownBrew @Scottludlam Private vs public isn't the issue as we're finding out with NBN, the issue is lack of network competition, which is going to be finally fixed with 5G and Star Link, unless Govt yet again puts its thumb on the scales to protect its NBN "investment." #auspol
