@NBN_Australia Unleash your internet at home, switch to 5G, Starlink or anything else and get the speeds you were original promised but never delivered. While you wait for the Labor party's original NBN, sorry I'm mean FTTN -> FTTH upgrade to be rolled out to your area maybe within a decade

@NBN_Australia I’ve had nothing but problems for the last 4 days.. moved into my new home and being told I have to wait till MARCH before I can get a connection? Come on. Everyone else in my neighborhood has it but my house. Everyone in my house works from home. Unacceptable.

@Aussie_BB Could be related or not, but I think that there's a daylight-saving time issue with your outage notifications - I just got an email from you exactly one hour after the outage was first reported by the NBN.

@HabaneroOfDoom @Malk_AU Thats an NBN offer, for anything above 100Mbps, I believe. They need to sort out their wholesale pricing though at its pretty crap

@iiNet NBN status states outage and refer to provider for details. iiNet network status states everything is normal, despite it not being. Please assess/comment.

Another @iiNet NBN outage. Happens most days for about 30 mins. By the time you get through to the call centre everything is working again & therefore nothing happens to prevent further outages. Not good enough!

Happy a nbn issue I had got fixed, but never saw the tech. Sure technically the equipment can be all tested remotely to be confirmed alive but would have been good if they even just said hi and this was the issue.

@TPG_Telecom On hold for 1 + hour and I am your new NBN customer. What crap service. I will switch back to @AGLEnergy
