An issue with my flat came up. Need to get another power outlet because it's too far away from the aerial and nbn plug. Antenna repairman calls me, I explain. I ask my dad to let them in while I'm at work. Also lays out what the issue is. Both say they understand.

@NBN_Australia This is something to be fixed by NBN team but it looks like it takes ages for the NBN to fix any issue

@wc1756 @Telstra It’s the NBN that’s third world and all carriers have no choice. Question for me is. Why does Telstra have third world service and support?

@NBN_Australia Your website says there is an incident...nothing has changed since yesterday 2pm. It has nothing to do with my provider.

@ToomeyWright 1/ Instead we should invest in:A) a national water infrastructure line piped down from NT NBN -like B) massive solar panel farm ( don’t wait for batteries just triple it) C) Require all immigrants of working age to go rural for 10/20 years like police recruits

@yayKM How's it holding up? The old Foxtel HFC/Coax cable is pretty much life expired. A lot of the widgetty things that hold it together are old and corroded. What you're experiencing is being repeated for just about every NBN customer on HFC in Australia.

@binuvp We don't have access to the systems where service providers lodge faults they go straight to our nbn support team and this nbn team is only contactable by service providers. 2/3
