    @Optus It has now been more than 48 hours that I’ve had no internet or phone service on my home NBN @Optus connection. I was told (see msg below) that normal service would return at 6pm yesterday evening. What is going on?

    @Zoom It looks like my nbn modem was blocking zoom. I had to make a change in the modem settings....now I can get zoom no problem

    Been trying to call from weeks now, poor customer service transferring the call but no one is picking on another side. So much disappointing service @DodoAustralia thinking to switch to @NBN_Australia now #poorcustomerservice

    @Telstra you are deadset hopeless signed up thinking I’d get good service. NOT!! You haven’t given any account details to me. Can’t sign into the account. Took 3 weeks to get connected to the NBN. Spelt my name wrong, email etc. how do I pay the bill. I’ll be cancelling.
