Cheers to @Telstra for the continuous dropouts that interrupted @keeperleaguepod’s live stream this morning, especially after you’ve sent me two @NBN_Australia technicians who have assured me they have fixed the issue and the dropouts would stop.

@redruby17 @NBN_Australia @iiNet That’s a bonus. Sadly switching providers won’t help. Perseverance is about the only thing that gets action. Make lots of noise.

@NBN_Australia you're annoying the everliving **** out of me. tech came out, nets fine. you're congested to a point nobody is getting 40mbps to anywhere outside of Perth. fix your **** I swear to ******* god

  • mudgeepete 💧Mudgeepete (@mudgeepete) reported

Apparently you get awards for destroying the NBN and giving mates half a billion dollars. He should have got it for pissing Abbott off. That was a real service to Australia.

  • redruby17 Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported

@NBN_Australia I know you’re just the social media team so this isn’t directed at you. The fault is more widespread than with just a single ISP. We need a do-over. The infrastructure is substandard and was never designed to handle this volume of use.

  • mahootna2 Real (Not a bot) Robin :) (@mahootna2) reported

@redruby17 @NBN_Australia @iiNet Yep. It’s shaped to 6Mbps down and 1 Mbps up but better than nothing. It would be one reason to switch to Telstra.

@redruby17 Hi there, we are sorry to hear you're having issue with your services. That sound very frustrating indeed. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, 1/2

  • TBird75689468 TBirdWiradyuriyinaa (@TBird75689468) reported

@Optus I don't know what it takes to contact you mob about a billing error but I'm getting pretty over it. I use your NBN service so I no longer use or need the mobile broadband. Stop harrassing me to pay it! 0412521458 I've used every contact service you have to no avail!

  • mahootna2 Real (Not a bot) Robin :) (@mahootna2) reported

@redruby17 @NBN_Australia @iiNet Telstra. iiNet, Aussie Broadband and Telstra are pretty much the first choices. The real issue here is crappy copper. Had some replaced but the whole lot is ancient. Ended up contacting our local MP. 4 months later had some new copper. I feel your pain. :(

@YaleStephens @SimonJaysek What a joke. Turnbull will forever be remembered as the one who gave AU garbage NBN. Present/past pollies and their corporate mates.
