Its going to be one of those days.. so far I recieved a scam txt message, I can't remember the damn password for my pc, on top of modem be ******. Sometime this morning the NBN technician come over to have a look at my stupid modem..

2 days and still no internet and no assistance from @DodoAustralia. Paying $85 a month for super slow NBN that hasn't worked for 2 days and can guarantee you won't have worked for 3 days tomorrow.

@bugsnoffer @girlclumsy @NBN_Australia That was my go to when I had a landline. I would pretend I was clicking the keys to give them remote access for ages, and then go "I think I've saved at least one poor soul from your bullshit by wasting your time" and hang up. It was a public service.

@ausnotes In the end, reselling NBN and MVNO is a commodity. Good customer service builds a brand but it costs, as does advertising. Not a growth business even though I'm fond of ABB as a user.
