@NBN_Australia I am trying to organise NBN FTTN at my new place. The address checker says it is available but my order got rejected by NBN co as I need a new copper pair or something. Can you help me out with this? I work from home.

Wondering if my Telstra NBN will cut out during the service.

  • realeko gtrax (@realeko) reported

@Aussie_BB NBN don't deserve anything. Wish I picked a different provider. Mine was not installed properly so it drops whenever it rains. I've had answers from diff ABB ppl that contradict each other. Either way they say its not their problem

  • Hrtzy Hrtzy (@Hrtzy) reported

Hey @NBN_Australia if we’re moving from a current FTTP house to a FTTN house that has never had nbn connected to the house, is it possible to go to FTTP? Because there are 4 people and FTTN is not good enough

  • RitterWolfAU Julius Invisibus (@RitterWolfAU) reported

Getting real tired of my internet connection being flakey af. It sounds like it's an NBN problem, and I suspect it's my NTD. There's been 3 drops today that I've noticed, and an extra one that my ISP saw. Won't see a tech until Friday though 😧

  • duns3399 Amanda Dunstan (@duns3399) reported

@gusworldau @NBN_Australia Our fixed wireless has been unusable for months. Provider logged with nbn …. Still waiting. Paying $90 a month for a service we cannot use: Looking at Starlink now.

  • AustraliaPM Prime Minister of Australia News 🌻 (@AustraliaPM) reported

@MRowlandMP @AFL @7NewsSydney How about high speed internet? We've all paid $4000/each to get the NBN. And it's crap. How about we fix that?

  • realeko gtrax (@realeko) reported

@Chabayta91 @Aussie_BB Same happened to me. Made over 20 calls to them about the same fault and they said they can't get tech over its NBN who does that. They have zero control of tech support

  • TheOtherTara Tara Horner🌻 (@TheOtherTara) reported

@peterw That’s the plan. The NBN was crap at home so I’m hotspotting anyway.
