@Tiinsky Hi Tina, nbn attempts to limit non-essential maintenance to minimise scheduled, planned outages to maintain network availability as much as possible. 1/2

@LibbyCokerMP @nbn (For reference: green dots = FTTC premises; yellow dots = FTTN premises; purple dots = FTTP premises; bigger pink dots = FW premises; orange dots = satellite premises; dark blue dots = other sufficient service)

@NBN_Australia The service quality is absolutely disgusting. I pay top level and I cannot even get proper coverage in Mansfield Victoria. Continuous cut outs, buffering. The laughing stock when somebody on a banana box in Iraq has better service.

  • psg_au Peter (@psg_au) reported

@JodiMcKayMP I love they way both Optus & Telstra come out and find a REAL problem with the NBN, refer it to them & then, on the day the NBN Tech, still in his office, decides its not a real problem, so s/he cancelled the appointment without telling anyone...

  • petemullinsart Pete Mullins (@petemullinsart) reported

@NBN_Australia Still an issue. Is there someone here in Australia I can contact??!!!

  • XobiaCyan Xobia (@XobiaCyan) reported

NBN is worse than what we had before... how ******** do you spend millions of dollars to go backwards.

  • FeneleyJohn John Feneley (@FeneleyJohn) reported

@NBN_Australia So NBN now advises they no longer need to do a service visit. They say it’s fixed—problem solved. I hope this doesn’t mean that an on again, off again service is considered ok

  • Ducky306 Ducky (@Ducky306) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU Why has my NBN speed gone to 10mbps max sometimes around 1 for the last 2 days. When im paying for a 50 down and had that Thursday. And my ip location is in Sydney, and im in Adelaide. Ive done all the restart and nothing worked

  • psg_au Peter (@psg_au) reported

@NBN_Australia Hi Sarah, This is NOT an isolated incident.. I know of this happening to people right across Sydney... NBN cancelled TWO visits to my Father's house, arranged by Telstra and the only notification we got was when we rang Telstra to find out why no one showed.

  • psg_au Peter (@psg_au) reported

@NBN_Australia IT IS NOT OK for your Techs to review jobs from their office & decide there is no need to attend. IF Telstra and/or Optus Tech have attended site & decided THERE IS A PROBLEM, WHO ARE YOU TO CANCEL IT BECAUSE YOU "THINK" YOU KNOW BETTER?
