Due to major internet issues there will be no streams until internet is back up and running. Hopefully NBN can fix this fast. #NBN #Streamer #dodo #internet

@NBN_Australia 6:45pm home internet dropout again. Difficult to consider NBN a service worth paying this much for!

@belindasmilne @pauldutton1968 @iiNet In our case, with the power out, the dish doesn't work and we have no mobile cover, but our old phone still does work. We don't have NBN in our area. We're on the road to nowhere.

@SilkCharm @Telstra @NBN_Australia It took me 24 hours via messaging to get a simple response about changes to my plan. During one handover the guy asked me for all my deets again and seemed to want to start again after me spending 6 hours to that point. Told him to read the history, he never replied - 15hrs.

@tim_dunlop @Telstra Telstra NBN package delivered 21 December, asked on ordering if tech assistance needed, responded no, told good to go; hooked up - no signal. Spent morning troubleshooting, finally rang Telstra in afternoon, told technician would connect 5 Jan. No advice otherwise. #waiting...

@MMareeslatter @pauldutton1968 @iiNet If the power goes out and NBN router goes down, your old phone won’t work either unless you have a battery back up. Best to have a mobile phone on standby for emergencies

@NBN_Australia can you please tell me if there is a outage in Roseville in Sydney. TPG have been down for over a week, does that sound correct, any help would be appreciated.

heyup, I'm seeing huge (40-50%) packet loss to @Aussie_BB first hop tonight. Nada on theirs or @NBN_Australia status pages (till 10 days planned outage). Anyone else (tassie issue?) or should I start bouncing stuff and logging a ticket?

Hey @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia , how come your status pages say there’s no outage in Erina NSW when clearly there is, and it started when the storm hit here?

@NBN_Australia That's just the theoretical solution. In reality, neither Telstra as provider nor NBN wants to take responsibility for intermittent faults and just want to waste the customer's time without resolving the service fault. NFF "no fault found" is the excuse to do nothing.
