@NBN_Australia I can only ever get 60 Mbps down where I live and will only ever get 60 while I still have a copper line to my house. I would pay $150 a month to get 1Gbps download speeds on fibre but no I have to pay a $110 and only get ever at best 60 on FTTN because NBN couldn't care less.

@NBN_Australia Costs aren't the main issue, but now that the plug has been pulled on my active service, the delay to reactive is a problem that Telstra cannot handle without nbn's support.

@NBN_Australia Wow. My Internet service was cutoff this morning by @Telstra / @NBN_Australia. It is because the previous owner's service I have been using was disconnected to make way for my new one, but my new one won't be provided until an nbn technician comes out. Can't you do better?

@marie19705 Know the feeling Marie, Telstra doesn't really wish too help anyone, they just want dollars and their prices keep inflating especially for the NBN, had to switch as I got a better deal, lest money more data.

@NBN_Australia Thank you for getting back to me. Your website doesn’t note any outage and yet the NBN box is constantly having issues. My provider is working fine cause when the NBN box connects (10min then drops again) my internet works really well.

@MRowlandMP @RMIT The failure of the Department of Communications to warn @TurnbullMalcolm of the dire consequences of abandoning a fibre #NBN for old copper wires is a sad indication of the dumbing down of the senior #APS. A department head with subject matter experience could never have agreed.
