  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@dalemunckton Hi Dale, nbn is examining whether current disconnection dates for legacy services will need to be extended. Our aim is to avoid disconnecting customers affected by the anticipated delay in activating new connections to the HFC network from their existing phone and 1/2

  • Grundywtf vGrundy on yt (@Grundywtf) reported

@Optus nbn has been out for 3 days now wtf is happening

  • btckr Barry Tucker (@btckr) reported

@AlexDGlengarry If NBN is turned on the phones don't work. I don't know who supplied phone service previously (or currently), but that, apparently, is the problem. They can use old phone service, or new NBN service, but not both simultaneously.

  • btckr Barry Tucker (@btckr) reported

@jason7870 @AlexDGlengarry Right. Not me, it's "my" cafe. They're switching phone service to NBN provider & this will enable them to keep same phone number -- essential for a business; disaster otherwise.

  • MRowlandMP Michelle Rowland (@MRowlandMP) reported

CommsDay is reporting NBNCo is halting activations on their HFC network from 7pm tomorrow because they’ve run out of modem chips… Let me get this straight: the Coalition have spent $57,000,000,000 and we don’t even have enough working modems? @Commsday #nbn #auspol

  • Mdm_Fahrenheit Madam M (@Mdm_Fahrenheit) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

Hey @NBN_Australia fix your system issues and stop rejecting orders so I can have the internet at my new house! People are trying to work from home you know.

@NBN_Australia hi chris, i am not experiencing a problem with my connection since it is taking upwards of 8 weeks to send out a technician to install our nbn box, we start the uni semester next week and this situation is not ideal, nbn has done nothing to compensate this issue

  • mtngry M.Gray (@mtngry) reported

@BOM_NSW I know the Newcastle radar has been down all week, but now the other radar maps are scratchy as well? Technichal issues due to El nina' or el NBN?

  • tennalisa kiara (。・ᴗ・。)ノ♡ (@tennalisa) reported
