@Telstra is refusing to take customer calls. Tried chatting with robot “Codi”, which directed me to phone. Phone answering service says use the online tools and then hangs up. I just want to add static IP to NBN service- it’s not hard.

@Telstra I went to your store at bankstown and got horrible service. I spoke to your NBN GUY in Adelaide. He lied to me. So no. Not resolved.

The @NBN_Australia should stop posting automated responses and give some respect to the Australian citizens , The @NBN_Australia got a **** reputation, its no fibre and no fast internet At the moment the @NBN_Australia is a turtle slow network #nbn
