@NBN_Australia It's not good enough really. Unless they are repairing lines up poles, I don't see how work cannot be under other forms of lighting. Most organisations schedule planned change to minimise customer impact. 4 people in this house alone offline for 6 hrs

@Travelator1 It's 100% a bandwidth issue, NBN have a long-running case associated with it. They didn't understand the cable run in this area, and put the node too far from our houses. As one technician told his HO counterpart, "the only way I can improve the speed is to move the house 150m"

@daledix 100% sure. Aussie are one of the best. NBN acknowledge that the problem is theirs. One day they'll upgrade the infrastructure in this area.
