    @QuilkeyStephen @john_odonoghue1 @SpaceX Been on skymuster, there was a set-up fee, plus on NBN you don't own your equipment. If you want to get rid of it you can't and they won't remove it either. Plus, its slow and ******. Any satellite that isn't LEO is ******, pretty much.

    Could @NBN_Australia validate that the technology FTTP/C/N etc doesn't matter when it comes to frame delay nor does it matter what speed tier you have 12/1 or 1000/50. As a residential customer you are at the mercy of how many people share GPON fibre with you with frame delay.

    @NBN_Australia Status only says "unplanned outage, we are investigating". Doesn't provide any information at all. Service provider tells me "issue is with nbn, cannot provide any further information". I do not have a medical alarm system.
