@Optus I’ve been experiencing a very slow and intermittent internet service on my Optus NBN connection, since 11am this morning. I’m located in Stanmore in the Inner West Sydney area. Please let me know when the problem will be fixed and running properly

@missrobinson @annaspargoryan There’s a subgenre of the internet problems one, where it’s “my NBN is really slow” and usually when I get involved it turns out they’re on a mobile hotspot and moved it inside a cupboard maybe One day I want to help someone achieve gigabit speeds 😩

@NBN_Australia Yes. Provider tells me they're waiting on you. No update from your crew, however. Whole suburb is out, businesses suffering. Have also sent a complaint to the TIO.

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@Claudsdee we will begin taking new orders from customers to connect to the nbn™ network via HFC. The recommencement plan is contingent on continued deliveries of stock, which nbn™ has started receiving throughout March, with further scheduled deliveries expected in the months ahead. 3/4

@adriancantrill @NBN_Australia Hi Adrian, Sorry for the trouble we do try pass on any outage or maintenance information as soon as it is available. This may of possibly been a field technician who noticed a critical issue that required them to disconnect the connection to repair it. - Adam

@PRGuy17 Malcs NBN was probably down, try sending it through fax.

@billshortenmp @stuartrobertmp A program developed by Labor in office, why go down that track. As usual it had faults in data gathering and now tax payers have to pay out again. Like the NBN never funded forward, left to LNP to fix and fund. NDIS same pattern launch, no funding place underestimated cost.

  • adriancantrill Adrian Cantrill (@adriancantrill) reported

This has to be the least notice ever for an outage .... get an @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia outage mail at 13:01 .. saying there would be an outage starting at 13:05 on the same day ... 4 minutes notice .... 180 minute window ... in the middle of the afternoon...grrr

  • JuliaEmBee Julia Gulia🌹 (@JuliaEmBee) reported

@kailaswild @HkarterKarter The pink batts not providing enough insulation to school halls, therefore impacting a debt and deficit disaster, which caused a fast, affordable, sooner NBN to stop the boats, as a result of poor people not driving cars, and franking credits enabling jobs and growth.
