    Here we go again @Telstra. With the arrival of the rain comes the crappy home internet connection in Burraneer. Ground pits flooded again @NBN_Australia Please don’t ask me to phone people. Hey NBN fix it so it doesn’t keep on happening.

    @LaniRefiti @NBN_Australia @SpaceXStarlink Good! #Skymuster is unreliable, constant maintenance, hours long resets, crap customer service, no warnings of scheduled shutdowns... etc No internet here for 13+hours, re-boots aren't working, retailer won't answer the phone. Skymuster is pathetic, intermittment service at best

    @KainraG If the issue is with nbn, they'll let us know by logging an Incident and we'll work together to resolve and provide updates to them. If anyone uses a medical alert/alarm or has a life-threatening medical condition, 2/3

    @Ozziebon Hi Edna, that sounds very frustrating. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, if required. 1/2

    @NBN_Australia The problem is the phone line nailed to trees. i.e. the NBN FTTN network. There is nothing I can do to improve the service other than swapping to 4G which is 5x faster.

    @ShadiKennedy @NBN_Australia NBN ALL Over. They cancel appointments with out cause, without informing anyone... Law unto themselves and are not held accountable for ANYTHING. The Govt have created a Monster, eating up BILLIONS & they have NO control over it.

    @Telstra Unable to get connection to NBN because of a HFC hardware shortage, ISP support unwilling to give an ETA despite the website giving me one for months away, ontop of this, the fallback 4g service is data capped making the service all but unusable.
