    @Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    Just had my FIFTH NBN tech visit since August. Despite two days of civic works last week, he's now identified a NEW hardware problem. He has no solution, and I now need to wait to be contacted, again, to arrange a time for someone to come sort this out. Ridiculous.

    @catedempsey Stop burning Labs, take an interest in their childs education - poor doesn't have to mean useless, plenty of poor people have educated children. As an aside, literally none of Australia is outside internet coverage, even Macquarie Island has a dedicated NBN Sat beam.

    @Rorymacabc Hi Rory, I have looked into the network in your area and it appears there is an unplanned outage affecting the NBN service in your area. The fault is currently under investigation and we are working to resolve the issues ASAP. Please DM for further assistance - Vin

    Hello Telstra, any chance of keeping my internet going for more than a couple of hours at a time? Since the NBN arrived it’s been a heap of ****, unlike before, when it worked great.

    @MagzGTV @NBN_Australia Sorry dude, but the Libs ****** fixed wireless. They removed the upgrade paths for the bearer network, so each tower is running off 100Mbps microwave links, possibly sharing it with a number of towers, each with 64 services

    @telstra NBN was knocked out 2 days ago, router goes to LTE, works alright the LTE drops. So does that mean we just don’t get internet anymore? Your support sucks too. Basically unreachable.

    I have just been told by my ISP that I will have no internet connection due to NBN issues until they can come & inspect equipment earliest appointment available 30th December. So I have no wifi internet for next 12 days over the Christmas period... Brisbane Australia WTF!!? #NBN
