    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    @Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

    Revisiting my complaint that the NBN hoards upload speeds for consumer plans: @NBNCo are afraid small-to-medium businesses will decide to go on cheaper consumer plans that offer similar download/upload speeds, because they often don't care as much about contention or SLA's.

    Well the NBN is down (unscheduled) for the first time this year. Thanks to a big truck that took out a few poles while turning a corner.

    @Lobow0lf @Spottyroo I suppose this wouldn't be a good time to mention the National Broad band network they've built in Australia to replace most of the old copper from node to node. Then if you have NBN in your street you can connect directly to fibre but if not then it's usually coax to node.

    Sitting here in my country home on the phone to my elderly city dwelling mother's telecommunications provider trying to sort her NBN problems from a distance. Just a bit frustrating!! 😖😩

    @trentdimo Sorry for delayed response, Trent. We're able to locate the account using your given details and ran an initial test, the results shows possible line fault on NBN's network affecting the service. (1/2) -Shane

    @Internode hey there, i’ve sent an email to internode but haven’t heard back. our nbn has been down in 2283 nsw for a few days now, was just hoping to find out why! my ticket number is: 22875820. thanks in advance for a reply!
