@eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

@Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

@JawdanC @FiendLive We may not have had that info at the time! It's only very rarely we would ever raise a fault to NBN for an appointment if an outage was already listed, as in that case it almost always wouldn't be needed. We don't always have information from NBN super fast. Sorry! -Tara

@heart_explodes Yeah the NBN are it's own worst enemy with appointments, I think you can get reimbursed for taking time off for technicians who dont turn up on time, or are at least discussing it

@NBN_Australia we’re now in our fourth full day of no service in Fairfield Vic with no explanation except that a fault has been logged with the power company. We need this resolved with some urgency so we can effectively work. What is actually being done to resolve?

@NBN_Australia my nbn has been out since early hours Friday, it’s now Monday and all I hear is it’s a power issue, my neighbourhood has power 3070 so why is it taking 3 days to reroute what was meant to be the fibre of all fibres!!

ISP involved has just emailed that because of outage (3 1/2 days) a $7.89 credit has been applied to my account! ISP not named because reckon it's NBN's fault/lousy service that has log-jammed workload including studying major legal decision. Bottle of Coopers Stout=$8. I thirst
