@Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

@eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

@GreenJ @Telstra @NBN_Australia Telstra let us know that NBN fibre to the house was now possible for us. Woo hoo. While the speeds can be faster at times, I am very much over the "Dad, the internet is not working" shout outs. I am neither an IT fixit fellow, nor customer service at Telstra/NBN.

Hey! @NBN_Australia don't want to take you away from the lego team building meetings and parties, but can you kinda just get on with building the network? I.e Gunning NSW still relying in on satellite, can't even get adsl from @Telstra

@Aussie_BB Hi Lizzie. I did that and an NBN ... I can't call them engineers as that would be an insult to engineers was supposed to come out yesterday to fix the damage the engineer that came out on Monday caused. Looks like they screwed it up. No surprises there.

@NBN_Australia Already lodged several requests with my service provider and everyone regardless of provider was down for almost two days. Of course now the power is out, so who knows if the internet is still working... :-(

@Telstra 8 years of frustration here. Currently NBN and backup internet service crap, 4.31 Mbps upload on the back dongle Wifi. If there was a disruption or slowing of the service you would think that you would send a bulk message to peoples phones to advise fault and fix?

@_KangaWho @NBN_Australia Unfortunately it's very common for outages to affect some and not all services in a particular area, to tell if an outage is impacting your service and then troubleshoot accordingly if not, we would need for you to get in touch. @Diliboy0 @harrishfg @Trixie_Boo Compulsory super, like tax, is theft. Except tax goes to paying for things I use so it has a use. NDIS is being rorted, like everything the government funds. It is government funded privatisation. You a fan of privatisation? NBN still doesn't work, even if the other mob get in.
