@Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

@eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

@Telstra I was promised a callback within 1hr on Friday night... I'm still waiting. NBN were most helpful and told me the wholesale tier for my address is now 50/20. I'm still paying for 100/20 and I'd like the tier to be increased back to 100/20. Complaint reference number: 41964877

@VodafoneAU once again Nbn down in Leichhardt 2040 I don't bother ringing as they want you to go through all the test u have already done and if u don't have their router no help at all.

@PRGuy17 @RandaltsRandal Do it once and do it right, to quote Tony Windsor. The Libs stuffed the NBN rollout with dodgy plans, outdated tech and delivered a 2nd rate service. Guy will do the same with Vic infrastructure. Dodgy plans, deals for mates and a 2nd rate EW link instead of the rail loop.

@StephenLStClai1 @RoadknightThe Speed it 99% of the time a bandwidth issue, not NBN. I'm on a 50Mbps plan and rarely get a couple of Mbps away, at anytime.

@ng3_la The NBN will never call a residential customer for any reason, they're not a customer facing organisation. Everything goes through your ISP.

@Natasha57932694 @MatthewGuyMP Tampering with a big-build project midway, to solve an unrelated policy or budget problem, is tantamount to vandalism. Look what Abbott did to the NBN. Telling the voters that they have to choose between trains and hospitals is plain wrong.

@RoadknightThe @Telstra Q. Why haven't you installed an NBN service via Aussie/iiNet etc, and just used the modem wifi for your mobile devices (~$65 per month for a reasonable service)? Seems like this is flogging a dead horse, and only you are suffering.

I am angry tonight because I read a tweet today where #Barnyard had the audacity to say “You get better NBN in the Himalayan mountains”. No **** Sherlock. I’m living it in rural FNQ. GF yourself barnyard. You’re part of the problem.
