@Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

@eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

@Telstra and @NBN_Australia can you make up your mind whose responsibility it is for NBN technicians not arriving?Telstra is saying NBN Co, then the NBN Co website says it’s Telstra? Either way the customer experience is atrocious.

@NBN_Australia Thanks Rosemary. My frustration here is we live in a st. where we also don't have mobile reception. As a result of this outage and due to lockdown we're not able to work or communicate externally on Tuesday as our landline is also connected to NBN. @Telstra

@Internode The service was down for 15 minutes, during a time where I was in the middle of a game session (it dropped out at just after midnight), the outage window NBN advised was between midnight and 6am. I am not going to log a ticket.

Vaccination supply for #Australia & roll out has been stuffed up by LNP but Barnaby’s default is to blame labor. 3. WiFi nbn -**** in regions because of LNP.

@NBN_Australia I reported a broken line lying on the footpath three days ago using the @SnapSendSolve app. I am still waiting to receive confirmation the report has been acted upon. Is there any way of finding out how long it will take to repair?

@NBN_Australia we’ve had no internet for 2 days, NBN is down. For those who rely on our home internet to work from home to earn our wage, you are crippling us. Really not happy
