    @Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    Those inconpetant tools at the NBN managed to cut off the one phone service that was WORKING instead of fixing the one that doesnt Do better and KEEP APPOINTMENTS.

    @NBN_Australia We lodge the faults. The problem is that the fault (s) is never fixed. We’ve had technicians come out six times over six months. This intermittent problem has been ongoing since 2018 but has got much worse in the past month.

    @rmdarnell NBN Co bonuses were higher but the prior Government's fault. If I got a bonus for administering a service that changed from essential service to a user pays post code lottery, sign me up.

    @JonDeeOz @Telstra Hope you get it sorted. So many people put up with Telstra even though they have shockingly bad customer service. I get that their mobile coverage is good, but get out of the Aussie relationship for everything else. NBN should be with @Aussie_BB

    2/2 we've submitted two new development applications, which have been declined because "the house isn't a new development" and their system says "there's an active service", when there isn't. Just got told to submit a 3rd app. @NBN_Australia

    @Optus NBN. 3rd time lucky with network adapter reset. It seems to be holding steady this morning. I'll DM if it starts dropping out again. Thanks for reply
