    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    @Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

    @a_swift_half Had a crap D-Link too once. Current one’s a ISP supplied TP, which I take to mean cheap, that came with our NBN box. I really was expecting to have got annoyed and bought something better by now but it’s been pretty good.

    At this point @Telstra I'm about one more useless support reply away from lodging a TIO complaint. Multiple NBN drop outs per day for a month, and support won't even book a technician, only 'watch for dropouts' Same issue every few years yet can't book a tech this time...

    @NBN_Australia Appreciate the reply, but after having waited so long for NBN to be delivered, and then receiving a - quite frankly - pisspoor speed, I should not have to be considering Starlink or 5G to try to get a decent internet service.

    @Peter_Fitz I just realised that I haven't had any of those Indian-accent Telstra/NBN scam calls for a few weeks. Perhaps the call centres have been locked down. If those buggers have stopped work, it must be serious. I wonder if 🦜has considered that possibility?

    @Aussie_BB Apparently you guys forgot to switch my nbn service on today as a part of a relocation of service request. Requested it 5 days ago so plenty of advance notice one would assume?

    Is it just us or has streaming services sucked over the last 24hr? Speedtest claims 21mbps download, but testing on multiple devices gives grainy results, buffering and network errors. FttH was supposed to banish buffering. Another factory reset I suppose @iiNet @NBN_Australia

    @9NewsAUS @nbnnews 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝟵 𝗡𝗘𝗧𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗡 "𝗛𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗗" 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡? 9 Network Channels through NBN Transmitters in Newcastle are breaking up freezing all morning. Neighbors report the same. All other Networks/channels are fine. How about telling us what's happening.

    What’s happening is what’s not happening. After 8 days of no service NBN technician failed to show at scheduled time. Why am I not surprised? #NBNfail
