    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    @Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

    @NBN_Australia Have had no internet since Monday. @Optus informs me that it's an #NBN issue, tried to ring your complaints line as it turns out that #NBN facilitated another service provider to disconnect me by mistake. #Optus puts it on you, and you do not answer calls. What next?

    @NBN_Australia @Optus Following interaction with you via chat - I will be contacting not only my service provider, but the federal communications minister and other interested parties. Rest assured that I will be complaining about the attitude and incompetence displayed by #NBN.

    Hey @NBN_Australia, there's been an ongoing "network degradation" in Bonnet Bay, NSW since Aug 2. Upload speeds are at 0, making the network unusable. Could you provide any updates? My ISP couldn't give any details.

    @NBN_Australia A simple reply won't fix anything. You just copied and pasted a reply template from your list. I don't think you even bother to make a follow-up on that unplanned outage. Your service replying to tweets does not add any value at all.

    Sorry to do this last minute but I'm cancelling stream today. My internet has dropped out again with no help in sight from NBN co and I'm too drained physically and mentally to deal with it dropping out in tge middle of stream again
