Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

It was only when I was talking to Optus to get connected, they advised what the actual address listed was, so definitely not a mistake at your end but thanks anyway 👍

Timothy Harrison 🤙 (@Tiim_) reported@NBN_Australia It's to do with the technology you set up. The max download I get is 38 down and 10 up because of the FTTN. I'm too far away from the node. My ISP even tested and has nothing to do with my house or tier. When is my street getting the fibre upgrade? @NBN_Australia

Anders (@alex_anders) reported@TPG_Telecom hi daisy, phone plugged in via nbn fttn (ie. phone line > phone1 port on router, router has a cord into dsl port) but all i get is an engaged signal on handset and doesn't connect when called.

Speed drops 66%, landline is unstable & customer service poor. “Wait 24hrs for the order to complete & devices to sync”… what nonsense… who should I move to? Penn is full of it.

Can only communicate via chat, the person asks me to do everything I have already done: turnoff,reboot etc,in the meantime Telstra increase charges by $5pm
