@eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

@Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

@_BertHandsome Right? My router has 4G failover and has a green/orange/red light for 4G signal strength to tell me how good its signal will be on the off chance the NBN goes down. I don't care. It's going to suck regardless. Why light the entire lounge?

@TPG_Telecom My NBN provided by you has been turning off and on for the past two months and now has been off all of today. It says there are no outages in my area on your website. What's the problem?

@SarwarKabir13 your next step is to contact your provider so they can run a line test. If they find any problems on our side of the network, they'll lodge a fault and our nbn support team will work with your provider to get it fixed. 2/3

@Kongduino @Ken04989139 @lsjngs I think it’s my mobile service provider. It’s working now after I turned off my 4G and reverted to my NBN wifi. Internet service in Oz is so sh!t!
