    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    @NBN_Australia Service is back up and working but just interested if this kind of damage will affect it in the future but I can’t seem to get a response from @NBN_Australia at all other than to reject any request my provider makes. That is not “as soon as possible”.

    Lawn mowing person has just managed to cut my NBN service with the brushcutter. {{{{sigh}}}} Looks like no home internet for a couple of weeks until NBN can send round a tech person to fix it.

    PS. Normal service resumes. NBN got technician out and fixed within 18 hours of reporting the fault

    @SlurrieFamily He also said we only needed 14mb/s for the internet and couldn’t see the need for a fibre network when he did the NBN business case. #auspol

    And you can't check the power because NBN so no phone and no reception up here AND the website is so ******* slow to load and don't know why I'm posting here when I've got no connection and I think I'll go get wasted to candle light but no candles can't get any bridges out woohoo
