    @Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    The cafe has had NBN installed, but it's either have phone service or NBN -- you can't have both. So I've been off the air for a few days, drinking less coffee too. Constant headache ??

    @jjboonzaier @RahulKohli13 No. The NBN (National Broadband Network) just sucks *****. See, the Labor party (progressive) were in power and promising high speed fibre-to-the-house internet. It cost a bit more but was good for future use. Australians, being dumb as bricks, voted them out.

    Anyone in #Leichhardt Sydney, 2040, know anything beyond 'network down' re #nbn? ISP only knows what NBN says... 'unexpected outage'... coming up to 36 hours down... no meaningful information?

    @btckr When you ordered NBN from your internet provider did you also ask for landline phone service (it's an extra, and you need a phone which is NBN capable). Your mobile phone can have Wi-Fi turned on and you still get and make calls as usual.

    @AlexDGlengarry If NBN is turned on the phones don't work. I don't know who supplied phone service previously (or currently), but that, apparently, is the problem. They can use old phone service, or new NBN service, but not both simultaneously.

    @btckr Thanks, got it. I've heard of others with that problem. I didn't have choice, NBN or nothing. After a few glitches, NBN has been fine for past 2 years, Telstra has been good. Internet just a little bit faster the old ADSL+.

    Australians want a Govt that acts in their interests Instead, they get @ScottMorrisonMP & his broken promises, sports rorts, dodgy land deals, a dud NBN and a trillion dollars in debt Morrison's Govt never delivers - always there for the photo op, never there for the follow up
