    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    @Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

    Apparently I have @NBN_Australia FTTC. The tech who came to fix my issue showed me my connection. My house > pit > across street to another pit where it goes into a joint. Then goes 100m up the street where it eventually connects to the DPU box. Might as well have FTTN.

    @profsarahj @NBN_Australia You don't usually book appointments with NBN directly, itis usually through your RSP/ISP. If they are being terrible you could try a better RSP?

    It comes to something when a show such as A Current Affair is the only one addressing poor internet for people working from home. WFH is the new normal but our crap @NBN_Australia cannot give us the necessary speeds #auspol @ScottMorrisonMP

    @MitchOates @lucas_boglis @AustraliaPs5 You have to connect a NBN service to get it. If you don’t have the service, you won’t be eligible even if you have been with them more than 15 years!!

    @AustraliaPs5 For vodafone NBN or any one with a Wifi + phone customer you can order a ps5, from vodafone online. have been told 2 weeks max. It's the same price as big w but you have to pay it off over 36 months - 24 months or 12 months.
