    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    @Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

    Hello @Telstra. I must admit NBN is the worst thing I have ever experienced in internet terms. I am fed up with constant dropouts. WiFi is beyond dreadful. On the old ADSL Never had these sorts of problems. WiFi goes from green to orange to nothing. Very disappointed.

    @jxeeno Why take it offline when the quotes are all generated automatically? Or was the problem the number of people getting a quote and then following it up when th NBN?

    @PistolRoberts Hi Pete, we’re aware of an issue impacting some nbn HFC services today. Our teams are working to resolve this issue and services are currently in the process of being restored. 1/2

    @Optus its now been over 24 hours and internet has been >1mbps. Optus technical said it was NBN network issue affecting thousands. Keep getting messages saying your service is back online (still slow). Response time on chat and twitter 20-30mins min. I ring and left on hold 40min

    @Optus day three with no internet in 2226. NBN is down and still showing up as “under investigation” in the Optus app. Getting okay download speed but zero upload, so it’s unusable. The chat function of the app is also broken. Any advice?

    @NBN_Australia Oh, and by the way, WHERE is the HUGE speed improvement you promised me over the ADSL2+ Service I had ??? the ADSL2+ WAS faster..... Pitiful at best, If it was private enterprise, People would call it FRAUD & demand their money back....

    2/ Without a doubt, yours is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire 46 years. I'm amazed you're still in business, and hope that @SpaceXStarlink plus @NBN_Australia make you go bankrupt.
