    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    @Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

    How low can @NBN_Australia get ?!?! You sent a letter addressed to my late mother… she’s been dead for over 4 years! She didn’t have the telephone service in her name, nor was she ever a listed owner of the property. @NBN_Australia is #useless #beaucracy #woftam

    @jagungal1 @NBN_Australia My parents had this problem - the last few metres of overhead cable from the pole to the house gets chewed by the cockies. Enough barneys with Telstra and it got replaced and lasted a while (till the cockies got back into it).

    @NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia Neither my father nor I ever opted in for ‘personalised letters’ (as we’ve never spoken to you). And every other correspondence from NBN has been ‘To the Occupant’. Yet you sourced the name of my late mother. How about telling me where you sourced this info?

    @VodafoneAU How **** is nbn Vodafone in rye. Must be one of the worst in Australia even though we are classed as metro Melbourne. Don’t even think about Vodafone NBN anyone.

    @iiNet having technical problems? I’m in Bondi NSW - can’t get or send emails and your webpage isn’t loading. My NBN internet is with iinet and is working fine otherwise….
