    @Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    @TraceySpicer @Telstra For Telstra, yes. They made my 83 year old dad sign up for internet saying his phone service would be cut off due to NBN rollout. They gave him ADSL because their fibre was available at his house, and by the time he died several years later, NBN was still not available either.

    @NBN_Australia A website to notify of internet outages is a fundamentally forward idea. I have traveled to Cairns, where there is ok 4G, and that site gives no info apart from "there is an outage". Should show the log - when the techs arrived on site, when the parts are expected to arrive etc.

    @tangerinetelecom @networkoutage is service to Bondi Beach out? I've had no service for several weeks now. Replaced Router today, still no NBN :-( Very frustrating in WFH environment.

    @bkjabour I feel having Optus in there always skews the results to yes, which is why I left them and will never return. However yes, it’s was NBN rather than the provider - took a good 24 hrs to repair.

    Fixed wireless @NBN_Australia is down for my entire region, and has been since yesterday. Repair needs a part that isn't in Cairns, so probably over 1000km away. 4G backup getting < 1Mbit ↑↓ @SpaceX please activate Starlink in my area (FNQ Australia) 🙏

    @Accessdenied_03 Hi there, we're sorry to hear that your service has been impacted. Unfortunately, power outages are related to the power grid, and nbn must work with power authorities in regards to their restoration ETA. 1/2
