    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    @Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

    @NBN_Australia @Se77Evans Rubbish, you guys are doing nothing to support the providers, all you've said to my provider is that it's not NBN's fault as you can see activity and data packages being sent/received. Never thought @Australia would be so backward in their consumer support, it's bloody disgusting

NBN is doing jackshit to support the providers in resolving the issue as NBN thinks the net is working fine at my residence.Bloody frustrating.Will be lodging a consumer court complaint tomorrow, enough is enough. Disgusting customer service!

    Ever since the #nbn appeared in the suburb a couple of weeks ago to “improve internet speed” it has been as slow as a wet week- what a waste of space.

    @_thomasparkes @NBN_Australia Yep - starlink (and similar services in US) appear to be the primary use case. It's a per-device service; I'm using it to access a Raspberry Pi server. Setup involves installing wireguard and configuring a tunnel to the endpoint.
