    @eLFB57 @AusIndiMedia Yep Telstra upgrading network with optic fibre. LNP/Labor, must stop this! Bring in the Yanks, privatise, create NBN. Telstra stops & gives up. Those that have fibre lucky. The rest of us, too bad, pay for substandard crap! Don’t you just love privatisation.

    @Aussie_BB @DanGayfer @NBN_Australia Good on ya. But I bet you tell people to speak to their phone provider on faults. And that’s the start of the run around. You only provide the service & equipment to access. Not the medium where the faults are.

    @BroHilderchump @Spanners_cat My nbn died, tech came and plugged a gadget in and said my wire was broken 350 meters away. He went down the road to the pit. 30 minutes later, came back, all fixed.

    @Optus I’m just moving into a very expensive rental in Newcastle, NSW and ordered your premium NBN broadband service. When I got in today, I’ve found that the only phone/internet connectors are those last seen in the 1990s. The property was showing as NBN ready. What can I do?

    @NBN_Australia My RSP is @Telstra I run a line test and it says everything is fine. "There are no confirmed interruptions in your area". Well, packet loss is a massive interuption. The issue is also not with the local equipment in my home but 100% of the time the issue lies with the NBN.

    @VodafoneAU I've been trying to get to your support through phone for moving my NBN to a new address because your system is so primitive, there's no way to do it using a form or email. And I can't find the online chat you used to have anymore too. This is ridiculous.

    @grantrbeattie @NBN_Australia I’m with @kogan Internet. Yeah yeah I know they aren’t known for customer service. But I figured they all just resell NBN so I went with the cheapest option.

    @NBN_Australia If the multiple technicians that have tried to fix it cannot then I don't think it can be.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks, but every time it rains heavily this happens. The RSP does some checks and don't find an issue. The RSP/NBN assume it is resolved until the next time it happens. How do we get someone to diagnose the real fault and resolve it. It is not only me, but my neighbours

    @Telstra small business been waiting over 5 months for our NBN to be connected, technician didn't turn up yesterday to connect, ring customer service and they have no record of any appointment being made for yesterday. Seriously, whatever happened to your customer service....
