    @iiNet Thanks Waheeb, I can’t do that as the only Ethernet connection I have is over the Xbox. This issues has been happening since I was connected over a month and very rarely (if ever) have got the speed I pay for.

    @iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

    @iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

    @iiNet @ii_cMay Last invoice is 106162366, customer number is 64505970. I'm now getting less than 5Mb/s. The service is normally reliable and stable at about 92Mb/s. This is not what I'm paying for - we had to stop watching a movie because it's so slow.

    @iiNet I'm not sorry to say, but I ain't happy with your service. Been trying to get my phoneline up and running again from 2wks ago, and now you asking me for more money to re-activate when you didn't do the job in the first place! My family needs the phone on. Unprofessional.

    @IanNearhos @Telstra @TPG_Telecom @iiNet Been very happy with @Aussie_BB, great customer service. Even when we had bad teething problems with NBN (not Aussie's fault) they were very good at pursuing solutions.

    @iiNet we have been having serious issues for near on 3 months. We’ve spent literally hours on the phone, multiple emails, technicians and still we do not have reliable internet. It’s clear it’s a modem issue but we cannot get it replaced. This is my last try at resolving this.

    @iiNet internet has been off most of the morning. Request a call back at 0929. iiNet Calls back at 0958. Staff member hangs up. I request call back again at 0959 and still waiting. No internet. Business not able to function. This has been 2 weeks of poor service.

    @NBN_Australia Was an iiNet issue. Restarted all the things and then when I finally called iiNet OF COURSE it started working.

    @iiNet I asked for a call back but didn't received any call. There was no resolution given. Just told charges are for admin fee. But it was never communicated to me at first place.

    @iiNet It is very disappointing that iiNet deducts $10 fee on disconnecting the service. No one informs when you place a disconnection request and nothing is mentioned in the form as well.#disappointed #unethical #misguided #noterms #cheating
