Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

@iiNet CRAP service. No emails. Can’t login into email using the app or the url. What’s going on ? Not only do you slow down my speeds and charge me the same now this. And ZERO response. Time to change to Aussie Broadband.
