MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.
-
MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

And yet ... (@heresisted) reportedSeriously @iiNet I sent you an email in which I clearly stated I did not have time to talk to you on the phone and yet instead of replying by email you tried to call me AND when I didn't answer YOU KEPT CALLING interrupting my work. Seriously what is your problem?
-
Independents in. (@Laird_Bruce) reported@iiNet just canceled my ozemail account after nearly 30 years. That’s how dreadful your service has become, how empty your promises to fix things are, and how💩 your company is. Bought a 500GB SIM from Optus, immediate 40Mbps stable connection compared to your unstable 1.5Mbps
-
Paul Duthie (@pduthie_au) reported@iiNet any idea why the 2fa codes that are being sent when I try to login to the toolbox keep saying 'invalid code' when entered 5 seconds after the text message arrives?
-
🥷🏽 Zack 🥷🏽 (@ZackP1ngu) reportedHey @iiNet service is normally 90mbs+ but am hitting 1.5 atm. Is there issues in the Malvern area…
-
Stuart (@stueyissickofit) reportedOk @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will speak with me. This has been going on for months.
-
Nick Karpetis (@NickKarpetis) reported@iiNet I can not access toolbox error 503 service unavailable. When will it work again?
-
worm (@breadsommelier) reported@iiNet whys my thang so slow cuh cmon $100 a month for this 😭
-
Anthony | mostdope.eth (@0xMostdope) reported@iiNet What's happened to your quality of service? Mass outages, almost every day... I used to love #iinet, but if this keeps up, I'm leaving for another provider.
-
Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported@DodoAustralia’s emails nag it’s time to activate your SIM, when it hasn’t ******* sent them. Worse, I am told its mobile people don’t work on a weekend. So far, its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.
-
A Bloody Nice Chap (@Abloodynicechap) reported@Telstra There is no help there! And this doesn't answer why I pay for 4g backup when the speed is 2mbps? I will just cancel the account and move over to @iinet instead.
