@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

@iiNet thanks for making me wait 20 mins then when I asked to be put through to the previous technician who i spoke to for 20 mins, i coincidentally got cut off… great way to lose a customer. Sumi from technical support if you are wondering why I’m now researching other options.

@LoveNotGreed @engagedpractx @iiNet I changed from Telstra at the beginning of the pandemic. I had a very expensive plan, and the service was hopeless. I’ve got so much data now.

@iiNet just wondering if there is an outage in the 2093 area. We have had bad weather.

  • LlordLloyd Peter Lloyd (@LlordLloyd) reported

Since returning to Australia a month ago, I have applied for a dozen jobs. But @iiNet have been unable to replace my lost SIM card, those those employers do not have the right phone number. Not a techical issue, but administration. Their overseas call centres are no help.

  • LlordLloyd Peter Lloyd (@LlordLloyd) reported

Once it was a good company. I would go elsewhere (and will), but without the SIM I lose my phone number of 25 years. It's all because the phone doesn't work without a SIM, but I can't activate the SIM without the phone working. And this possibility never occurred to @iiNet

  • CharlizeTheroff Charlize Theroff (@CharlizeTheroff) reported

@iiNet im not coping at all with swapping my internet box, could someone perhaps come out and help me?

  • LlordLloyd Peter Lloyd (@LlordLloyd) reported

Dear @iiNet I know the focus group said that nice, honest-looking Irish fellow in your ads gave them confidence but that was before Allan Joyce took a big dump on that whole 'honest Irishman' schtick. I'm happy with my iinet mobile service, though.

  • engagedpractx Daniel Reeders 🏳️‍⚧️ (@engagedpractx) reported

Anyone have any experience of the Vodafone network? I'm looking at a SIM only plan from @iiNet.
