@timothy_89 @lukeacl @iiNet Lifx uses direct wifi only, the Hue bulbs use a mesh network

  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

  • Mcali4 liz franklin (@Mcali4) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @_bohemiaheart @slpng_giants_oz @iiNet @flightcentreAU @myer @JetstarAirways @ladbrokescomau I'll have a ritual burning of my myercard. Never used it much anyway.

  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

iiNet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ioldham Ian Oldham (@ioldham) reported

@iiNet Doesn’t help someone going overseas today does it. Try putting your management through some basic service training - don’t make changes that have serious flaws that require you to work on fixes. Two years ?! Pathetic service. Pathetic management.

  • RoenDavis 💧Roen Lloyd Davis (@RoenDavis) reported

@iiNet our home FTTC promising an average 40 meg down has done barely better than an average of 12 meg down since we got NBN 2.5 years ago. Yesterday morning @ 1.2 meg, I rang to complain. Tech got 52 meg down but by last night back to 1.2 meg. How do we fix it? Change provider?

  • lawyer_shipping The Shipping Lawyer (@lawyer_shipping) reported

@iiNet Thanks for not providing any internet for 5+ months, but double dipping on both the nbn broadband (not yet connected) and the mobile wireless broadband (never worked) to the tune of $375. Maybe sort out your story internally before calling me and telling me they can't help?

  • Real_LukeTaylor Luke Taylor - Leader Choice SA (@Real_LukeTaylor) reported

@iiNet provided me with the WORST POSSIBLE experience I could have ever asked for in the short 4 or 5 months I was with them. The regret set in the day after I signed up when I noticed I could get better for cheaper with other providers. Oh and the reviews say it all too. #Avoid

  • DanielCasey_CBR Daniel Casey (he/him/his) (@DanielCasey_CBR) reported

@NBN_Australia @goodtel My existing services with @iiNet are being cut because they are turning off the VDSL network.

  • JimothyGweedz Jimothy Gweedz (@JimothyGweedz) reported

@iiNet Is it in your company mantra to make customer service as excruciating and poor as possible?

  • lawyer_shipping The Shipping Lawyer (@lawyer_shipping) reported

@iiNet Except every single person who calls me is saying something different. Maybe have a senior person look at everything and get in touch about what the actual answer is? Instead of ruining my weekend with rude and condescending staff telling me I'm wrong?

  • MicheleDobb Michele Fay Dobb (@MicheleDobb) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@iiNet hello do you actually record in an@appropriante ( that is, not just computerised repetition) as I am frustrated as thought I sorted my issue yesterday and have messages and emails suggesting no attention paid. Bad business ethics.

  • lawyer_shipping The Shipping Lawyer (@lawyer_shipping) reported

@iiNet Oop. You guys just charged me for the service I cancelled so now I'm $300 out on a service that has never operated since January this year. Maybe jump on that issue first. My praise is for Fatima only. Not iiNet. Get it together.

  • MicheleDobb Michele Fay Dobb (@MicheleDobb) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@iiNet Look I just received another one 5 minutes ago after one earlier today to which I responded.m, and was told emphatically I wouldn’t receive anymore. #Do you actually believe you can help me?
