@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

@iiNet what is going on with your customer support? On hold for almost an hour and a half to get disconnected?? Not happy. Your system has clearly crashed but business has ceased as we can’t get emails

@iiNet can you guys get rid of the forced 2 factor authentication for toolbox? I've had nothing but issues with it logging me out nearly ever time I go to a new page since it became a thing, and now there's no field to even enter the code while I'm trying to pay my bill.

@iiNet so @iinet my home internet has been out for 24 hours. When I have called your operators they hang up and the wait is another hour to talk to another operator who again hangs up. Is this your business model? DO BETTER

@iiNet Extremely disappointed! The hosted email service has been down for more than a week, and no one answered the support line. Terrible technique, terrible customer service, should change the name to ‘iiTerrible’!

@iiNet Any news on when you will fix the email outage @iiNet? No contact with customers and offering OWA as a solution is terrible.

@iiNet Do you provide a customer service? Is your business model to simply hang up on customers who have spend hours waiting to talk someone for help? @MRowlandMP

@iiNet Maybe if you spent less time selling your crap products and more time supporting them then the sales would follow. Day 3 and still can't use OUTLOOK to access EXCHANGE. IT ISN'T HARD!!
