    I'm not with Vodafone anymore, and the response of "you don't have to take the offer if you don't want" from their web support makes me feel like scammers have a foothold inside @VodafoneAU

  • becauseufollow Psychedelic Camel (@becauseufollow) reported

    @VodafoneAU The call was legit. The technique was scam. The discount was $5 more/month than I'm paying. Treat and train your call centre staff better so they don't need to rush and cut corners. Being told I'm eligible for a discount with no details then asked my PIN SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM.

  • charlietech Charlie (@charlietech) reported

    If you are having a nice day then dont try engaging with the customer service Aibot bot on the @VodafoneAU app. I did get thru to a real person only to have the app crash & now i start again with 'Timmy'.

  • thatdesigner that designer (@thatdesigner) reported

    No service at all in Terigal. SOS only on 4 #vodafone phones down in the office #Vodafonedown @VodafoneAU

  • makdaddy Makdaddy (@makdaddy) reported

    @VodafoneAU I had to go into the Vodafone shop to change the SIM card over for some reason the iOS 15.5 breaks the network SIM card connection

  • charlietech Charlie (@charlietech) reported

    @VodafoneAU omg this app is so bad. Right in the middle of chatting to a real person, after 'Timmy' was not able to help and it crashes. Its happened twice now. I am now onto 1555 & talking to a human is ofcourse is lovely & helpful.

    Hey @VodafoneAU I haven’t had a working network (data/texts/calls) since last Friday, have checked your maintenance pages etc., getting seriously concerned. Nearly a week without a functioning phone (outside of wifi). Please help.

  • JayMo31415 James M (@JayMo31415) reported

    Hey @VodafoneAU you have messed up my service so I am paying for expensive data I cannot use and the new expensive device you sold me cannot use the data I am paying for. After battling your text line to get to a person, they ghosted me after 10 minutes. NOT WHAT YOU PROMISED.

  • SharkShark05 Shark05 (@SharkShark05) reported

    @steampowerednet @VodafoneAU They are a **** provider. I swapped to Optus & haven’t had any issues.

  • thonarvalhalla Thonar Valhalla (@thonarvalhalla) reported

    @VodafoneAU why is phone/data constantly coming back up and down? Not just 1 area - 2154, 2126, 2156 etc whole hills distric6 area when I've been driving today (since 12pm). Completely ridiculous and you're saying that there are currently no issues with service in Australia?
