@VodafoneAU I’ve been waiting to pick my Home 4G WiFi modem up from your Robina store since Friday (actually Thursday night but they redid the order on Friday). They’re not able to find and apply the promotion code to my order and it’s been escalated twice now level 2. Help!

As a web developer I learned that @VodafoneAU network blocks traffic to locally hosted web servers using ngrok (for testing purposes). I used my mobile phone to connect to local server running on my computer, but it didn’t let me connect to it. The work around was to use a vpn.

@VodafoneAU hey guys I've been having frequent NBN dropouts this week in Hamilton, QLD. Nothing has changed at my end, no tech issues here... works going on our something else?

  • TiernanEuan yo (@TiernanEuan) reported

@VodafoneAU so I now owe Vodafone $745.62 for something we already paid, but Vodafone messed up. Then the support agent just ended the call because it’s a bit awkward dealing with a customer you’ve just illegally scammed over $1400 from. Not happy.

@ImWithoutADoubt @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU You dont know you need the service until you log on notice the internet is a little slow!! Even for short outages it means you 'just keep working'.

@VodafoneAU my reception was fine up until a few days ago and i know i ain’t the only one with issues 😤

@VodafoneAU I think as a business we should also ensure not to impact the customers and charging customer for your down time is not fair. And it is not 1-2 hours but it is from last 4 weeks.

  • Pankajy79201584 Pankaj yadav (@Pankajy79201584) reported

@VodafoneAU As we are getting charged for these services don't you think, we as a consumer must be informed in advance. My experience has not been good with Vodafone switching my network.

  • Pankajy79201584 Pankaj yadav (@Pankajy79201584) reported

@VodafoneAU is having planned outage(confirmed by their customer support when called) in Australia pin code-2150 from last 4 weeks without informing the mobile customers, which caused lot of frustration of network drop. This is not fair. And as a customer you still need to pay.

So this is how it works over at @VodafoneAU pay out your device, pay for the last month of service, then change to another carrier. Takes @VodafoneAU over two weeks to port your number then they send you a $8.00 porting fee out of nowhere when you discuss all costs when leaving.
